We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case. Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops! This group is truly honest, fair and exceptional in what they do! I can't recommend them enough to anyone seeking great service with a business they can trust.

I was told that it was not my wheel bearing, but my transmission that was making the noise. I went ahead and had the front brakes and rotors replaced. I then took my 2019 Camry to a transmission place, and of course, they said my transmission was perfectly fine, that it was my wheel bearing. So after have three different people/places (including my boyfriend, who has a master C license) tell me that I needed my wheel bearing replaced, not only time was wasted, but an extra $125 to have someone look at my perfectly good transmission, was also wasted. Today I had a tire that had been punctured and needed another tire, and once again they took very good care of me. One thing I have noticed about Omega Tires over the years is something you do not find everywhere. The moment a customer walks through the door, someone acknowledges them and says hello. You are not left standing there wondering whether anyone has noticed you or is going to help you. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come in. I don't know a great deal about cars, tires, or motor vehicles, but I do know when I am being treated respectfully and fairly. I have always felt that Omega Tires treats me honestly and fairly. I have never felt taken advantage of, and I have confidence that what I am being charged for is what I actually need. I have never been unhappy with any tire Omega Tires has sold me, and I have never felt that I overpaid. I have always felt that I received good value for my money. Eddie, the manager, is always so nice. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about him. He treats customers with respect and even makes a point of asking whether you are comfortable while you are waiting. When I left today, he said, We'll see you later. It's a small thing, but that kind of friendliness makes a difference. Flo, who works out in the garage area, is also very nice and treated me very well. Another thing I appreciate is that the wait is not long. Even when they have several customers, they do a very good job of getting people taken care of without making them wait unnecessarily. After going to Omega Tires for years, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my tires.
