If you care about your car, PLEASE do NOT come here. Ever. They use high-torque tools when they put your tires back on (owner admits it openly), i'm assuming to get people in and out quickly. This damaged the threading on my tire lug bolt. I had been driving around with only 3 lug nuts on on wheel. This could have actually caused me to wreck if my tire decided to go flying off. My husband got a new lug bolt and tried to screw it on, and that's when he realized that it was cross threaded due to This Company. They then put thread locker on the rest of the 3 lug bolts to make sure they didn't come off! My husband literally wrestled them to get them off. This place is very incompetent, and I'm lucky I knew someone that could re-thread the lug bolt for $350, because a new hub on a Mercedes would have been a fortune. read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years. Just bought a different vehicle that came with locking lug nuts. I had them do an allignment and tire rotation. Next time I went to get tires rotated, I discovered that they used high tork tools on the lock and broke it. (The manager even admitted that they use high tork on all the tires) They would not take responsibility! I am very disappointed in them...especially after the owner tells me how they have "integrity" I hope losing my business (and my husband's business, and anyone else I can find to tell) is worth it!! read more

Took my IS250 there this week with a screw in the side wall. Knew I was most likely getting two new tires (can't rotate directional tires and like to at least keep front/back even wear). They agreed and asked if I wanted the same tires. I said yes and the reply was "ok, give us an hour" - at 7:30 in the morning. Thought that was pretty dang impressive considering I can't get anything done before the first round of coffee some mornings. Only complaint was when I got my car back, the metal valve caps that came with the car had been replaced with lime green plastic valve caps (still have the metal ones on the back tires). First world problems, I know - but still. I'll go back, but next time I'll take my valve caps off before I hand them the keys. read more

I went to Omega tires just because it was near my work. I went the first time to get new tires, the nice man running the office helped me bc obviously I had no knowledge of tires or what I needed. He picked the best tire and best price for me and they had me in and out of there in less than an hour!! I was just there today 1 month after buying new tires and a few days shy of Christmas with a piece of metal in my tire (super broke, super stressed) after I was told at Walmart that it couldn't be fixed he said "We can fix that." and they had me ready to go in 15 minutes! They are fast and no non-sense but still have great deals. As mentioned in other reviews, you can get your tires rotated and balanced in less than 15 minutes. Most times it is closer to 5 minutes. I'll never go back to one bigger, national chains. read more

I usually go here to get my flat tires fixed but they close on Sundays. So I went to Firestone and they told me they couldn't repair the flat tire since there was already a plug in it and wanted to sell me a new tire. Went to Omega the next day and they were able to fix my flat tire in less than 15 minutes!!! Price was super reasonable and service was great! read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend. This place is the worst. They do not even deserve 1 star. Do NOT take your car here. You'd be better off letting the special-Ed kids at your local elementary school work on your car. I'm experienced with cars (in the auto salvage business and I also drag race) and can promise you these people are incompetent. I noticed my girlfriend's car was missing a lug bolt when we first started dating. I found a replacement bolt but when I tried to screw it in there were no threads in the hub. I then checked the other bolts for that wheel and could not even break them free with a tire iron. The reason is that they use high-torque impact guns on for lug bolts/nuts because they are too lazy to properly do it by hand. I read another review in which somebody had the exact same problem, and they said the manager even admitted they use "high-torque" tools. When I finally broke the bolts free and got the wheel off, you could see where they had used thread locker on the bolts in order to keep any more from falling out. Using thread locker on lug bolts/nuts is a big no-no. That also means they knew they stripped the threads for that one bolt and tried to cover it by make sure no other bolts would come out, which could easily cause a fatal accident. When we asked them about it they denied any responsibility or wrongdoing. It is obvious what they did, and it cost $350 to get more threads helicoiled into the hub. Do not pay these people to mess up your car. read more
