Avoid at all cost! We have bought several sets of tires from Lee Rogers tire. They have periodically done oil changes, tire, rotation, and balance on our vehicles. Honestly, we have used them due to their proximity to our workplace. Our recent experience with them was reprehensible and we will never use them again. one week ago, we had an issue with a tire and had to get it replaced. The tire was one year old and they offered us no warranty or discount, which was fine. After having the tire replaced, we had all four tires, aligned and balance. One week later , another tire on the vehicle blew out almost killing all of us. The tire was totally misaligned and had been wearing incorrectly since we purchased them about a year ago. This was never noticed when we brought the vehicle in just one week ago and should have been. Clearly a safety concern. After addressing this with the management at Lee Rogers, they offered, no apology or discount on the tire which clearly was out of line and wearing incorrectly despite frequent trips there for Balance and tire check. If you value your safety, and want to be treated in a fair and honest away, avoid this business at all costs. I have experienced great service twice in recent years from Lee Rodgers. In 2018 they replaced 2 tires on my Lexus rx350 and I paid a fair price but the service was the best part. This summer I had 2 bridgestone tires replaced on my Hyuandai. I called ahead to make sure they could get the tires and made an appt. I arrived the following day and they had the tires ready to go. Dealing with a deflated rubber donut known as a flat tire is never a joyous occurrence, and on Friday to boot? Thankfully Lee Rodgers made the whole ordeal not as bad as it could have been. Whew. I ended up coming to Lee Rodgers due to a recommendation and its convenient locale, well to me at least. I had called ahead to find out the cost of fixing up a leaky tire and also to get a sense of how busy they were (they were kind of slammed that particular morning). I dropped off my car after a quick check-in process. They called me about two hours later to let me know that my pride and joy was healed and ready to the tune of $20. The guy I talked to both on the phone and in-person was very polite and nice, so no condescending vibes there. I certainly never want a flat ever again, but if a nail just so happens to insert itself into my treads again, I'll be sure to head over to Lee Rodgers right away. read more

I got into a minor fender bender that lead me needing to purchase 4 new tires and a new wheel. I knew that was not going to be a cheap fix so I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal. Being a woman, there's a rep that people in the auto maintenance field will try to take advantage of you. I shopped around and I did get the run around in pricing. My coworker has been going to Lee-Rodgers for years, so I decided to ask her what her thoughts were on my situation and she highly recommended them. I called the store and informed Mark (one of the owners) what I needed. He asked me to send photos of the damage and my tires to his email. He shopped around to find me a used wheel and got me a great deal on tires. You also get a free rotation on your set at Lee-Rodgers for the lifetime of the tires. I dropped off my car in the morning and they called around 3:30 to say it was ready. When I got to the store I didn't see my car- they went ahead and changed out another new tire because one of them deflated and they wanted to make sure I didn't have a bad tire. A+ service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while also not spending an arm and a leg. Highly recommended and they've gained a new client in me! read more

I needed tires for truck and SUV, called LRT, ordered my tires and dropped my truck off, had to wait, took a bit longer than I thought, but the tires were on. And they're great tires. SUV was the following week, did a morning drop and when my wife got off work the tires and brakes and alignment were finishing up. I shopped around calling 3 shops for the tires, before going to LRT, and saved $250 on the truck and $275 on the suv tires. Which more than covered the brakes n alignment. On both trips I had an idea of what the repairs would cost based on my own knowledge (and knowing how much the parts cost). My repair was completed the next day and I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the cost. On my second visit, I again received an exceptional value for my repairs. My budget is razor-thin so having a mechanic that I can trust to do the job right the first time without trying to sell me anything I don't need really means a lot to me. Omg! Amazing service! Let me tell you my story... I purchased a used 36' camper for my husband yesterday in South Carolina. On our way back to Mississippi, we noticed drivers pointing to our camper while we were on the interstate. We stopped. A truck driver also pulled over and said we lost one of the driver side wheels about a mile back. We limped off the interstate and went to O'Reilly's who gave us the name of Lee Rodgers Tire. It was another mile or so down the road. We were about 1/2 mile away when the 2nd driver side camper tire began to wobble and snapped off 5 lugs! We pulled over immediately, blocking a side road. We couldn't move the camper. I called Lee Rodgers Tire and explained our situation. They dropped everything and sent one of their trucks over. The man was able to switch the remaining tire onto the hub that still had most of its lugs and escorted us to the shop. These men were amazing! They sent someone across town twice to get what they needed. New lugs and nuts and a new tire!! They all stayed late to get the job done and get us back on the road. Who does that?!! Good prices on tires with a free rotation when you buy from them. I wish they would give me a ride to my office. They wanted 2 hours to do the free rotation. I tried to swing by first thing in the morning (for me) at 6:45 but they weren't open. Still.... good deals on tires. I need tires and I like good deals so its a win win. read more

We were leaving Children's Hospital on 9/7/17 when a stranger walking on the side walk signaled to us that our tire was flat. Sure enough it was. So we made another block and ran into Lee Rodgers. Psi was 7. Its suppose to be 36. There was a gash in my tire and you could hear the air escaping. Needless to say I was told I should replace the tire because it was leaking fast and the side wall couldn't be plugged plus we had an hour drive home. I opted to buy the tire and he said it could be an hour before they get the tire. Then within 3 minutes he said the tire would be there in 20 minutes. So my husband, two kids and I walked Mooyah Burgers and back. My car was finished (within an hour) and was even given a MILITARY DISCOUNT! I took my car somewhere else after noticing that I had low pressure in my tires. I was told at this other place that there was a screw in my tire and it could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. I was quoted a price for a new tire. I called around and called Lee Rodgers and they gave me a price of $100 less. I dropped my car off and when I went to pick it back up they told me that the tire could be fixed and they did this free of charge.
