No issues with the rim before hand or they would have told us while putting on new tires. They refuse to except responsibility and the owner is conveniently never there. We started using this shop several years ago, never had an issue. Noticed that he has new workers there, one specific that is very rude. Pick anywhere else to go except here. They used to be a great location for new and used, now they are neither. Will never go back here again.

Today I had a tire that had been punctured and needed another tire, and once again they took very good care of me. One thing I have noticed about Omega Tires over the years is something you do not find everywhere. The moment a customer walks through the door, someone acknowledges them and says hello. You are not left standing there wondering whether anyone has noticed you or is going to help you. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come in. I don't know a great deal about cars, tires, or motor vehicles, but I do know when I am being treated respectfully and fairly. I have always felt that Omega Tires treats me honestly and fairly. I have never felt taken advantage of, and I have confidence that what I am being charged for is what I actually need. I have never been unhappy with any tire Omega Tires has sold me, and I have never felt that I overpaid. I have always felt that I received good value for my money. Eddie, the manager, is always so nice. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about him. He treats customers with respect and even makes a point of asking whether you are comfortable while you are waiting. When I left today, he said, We'll see you later. It's a small thing, but that kind of friendliness makes a difference. Flo, who works out in the garage area, is also very nice and treated me very well. Another thing I appreciate is that the wait is not long. Even when they have several customers, they do a very good job of getting people taken care of without making them wait unnecessarily. After going to Omega Tires for years, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my tires. I called and made an appointment for the next morning, but drop my car off the night before because there is a key box. Apparently, my two front tires were pretty bad and there was no repairing them. I ended up ordering four new tires with free rotation and if I get a flat, I can bring it there for him to fix for the life of the tires. I feel like I got a good deal. I tried to work with him and asked if he could still order the correct tires. He told me the ones on the car could not be returned and they were an odd size he could not resale. I offered multiple times to pay the original quoted amount and he refused. He got very angry and said multiple times he would just write it off. I was very uncomfortable the way he was acting. I did offer as I left to still pay the quoted amount and he said it would do no good. The next morning he started texting my Husband that he could suddenly get the correct tires to swap. My Husband was not happy the way he had acted with me and I refused to take my car back to him or do business with him. We offered to have the tires replaced somewhere else and return his tires, but he continued to be difficult and not want to agree with that. He even filed a police report, in which we had done nothing wrong. Eventually he ended up taking a reduced price for the tires, but we still ended up paying $170 more than originally quoted for the tires we ordered. I just did not feel comfortable taking my car back and wanted him to quit texting and leave us alone. His prices may be cheaper, but I would not recommend doing business with him after the way he acted with me and if his ring camera works like he told me then it's all recorded.

Seemed great at first, one day I went to…read morethe storage lot and two tires were flat. tried pumping them up but the valve stems leaked right back out. at 70 yrs old I had to crawl up under it, jack it up and remove the tires and take to have the valve stems replace. turns out Chelsea Tire put the cheap rubber valve stems rated for 60 psi in my new tires rated for 90 psi. This is an extreme lack of knowledge and carelessness that cost me time and money. now I have to fix my other two tires before using my camper again. I don't trust these people to ever do anything for me again.
