The first time in 2023, they admitted it and had to repaint my wheels due to scratches from careless weight removal. Fast forward to 2025, I returned for a simple tire rotation + balance and now all four wheels are scratched again, identical damage patterns. This time, they flat-out refused to take responsibility, even with clear photo evidence and a history of the exact same issue documented on their own service receipt. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to escalate, resolve, or even acknowledge the issue. If you care about your wheels, go somewhere else. The size trailer I bought was a 7x12 dovetail, and the first thing it was a true 7x12 unlike the box stores.. once I got home and measured the total width is 8' including the tires.... Oh and the tires are something you would see on a full size truck.. the durability of the trailer was next, when I say this is commercial grade... believe it! This is not your typical big box store angle iron trailer. It is well built and weighs 1090 something dry. It also has a double lock type coupler... it has a bracket that goes over the coupler as a band but it also has a hook on the lock part for double security... in other words you know it's locked and secure. Now that I have the reasons I bought from them... the lat is price... I got this trailer about 500 less than a box store for similar size... theirs was 6.5x12. The management was very helpful in December,2023 when she showed me the wormed out condition of the car's brake pads and rotors. I paid $600.00 for the two front brake pads and two front rotors for the car in December,2023. It was worth every dollar because I have not experienced any issues with the brakes. Customer service is always patient and willing to answer questions about the car.

Long story, starting short: I have been refilling one tire for the past week or two and only needing it every few days. Procrastination is a specialty of mine, so I waited until it was really needed. I happened to be over here and decided to stop in. The experience was fine with explaining what I needed and deciding on tires. And granted they don't do what the 10 minute oil places do and try to get you to replace a lot of small stuff. But I still was tried to sell all kinds of parts that were already checked out by my mechanic and simple things like wiper blades. That's fine. But what is not fine is taking 3 and half hours for a tire replacement! I felt like I was there forever. And not being updated very frequently. Overall the staff was friendly. But between the upsales and an ask for a Google review when I got home, it felt very gimmicky. It's never fun spending that much money. But much worse feeling when you have to wait that long and being asked to spend even more money.

We have gotten brakes checked / replaced, oil changes, and other misc services as our vehicles have needed them. They can get backed up, so I'd recommend calling and see what their wait is like and how long they might expect to get your vehicle back to you, just in case. They do have a key drop-off box if you are needing to leave your vehicle their overnight or before they open.
