I haven't had a working clock, radio or speakers in our car for about eight months now. We've learned to adjust and live without but always hated it. Bob kept me updated through the day what was going on, "Tow truck made it with your vehicle". "Lots of problems but they all tie in to this core issue. However, your clock/radio isn't tying in, was that a prior problem?" "Vehicle is ready!" Bob, Jason, you and your mechanic staff are always awesome! My car is back on the road AND I can see what time it is without needed to reach for my phone! I have speakers back too! My husband came with me to pick up my car. He hears me praise your facilities and how I'm treated, this was his first time in. He read your framed mission statement and was so encouraged that you have actions matching the volume of your words. He completely understands why I'll only use The Garage...and now he feels the same too! Keep up the solid work! Thank you!

They've always done great work for me…read morebut I'd like to share about a recent experience where they truly went above and beyond for us. We have had car trouble with a vehicle we recently purchased over the last few months. The defect in the car is not currently covered by warranty. There is currently a lawsuit against the manufacturer for the defect, but we've had to bear the expense for now and hope ours doesn't have the issue outlined in the suit or be accepted as one of the many plaintiffs on the case. Tim and the rest of the Panos team have been super kind to us, helped us borrow a loaner vehicle to keep our small business running when we desperately needed it, and been more than fair in their dealings with us in a way that I don't many other mechanic shops would... certainly not dealerships nor the majority of larger shops! This group is truly honest, fair and exceptional in what they do! I can't recommend them enough to anyone seeking great service with a business they can trust.
