The entire time I was talking about a car that I lost off the interstate in Pennsylvania while I am calling from Brooklyn, New York, and Evan never once corrected me that he was in in Alabama. We were out of town and transmission broke down. They worked hard to get the part in and hard to get it done quickly. During test drive Brooklyn notice a loud noise while car was running and said the ball bearings were faulty.
