I made…read morethe appointment for the radio and back up camera installation, as well as front speaker(s) replacement 2 weeks in advance after obtaining their price quote. The day of the appointment, I get there and the attendant says, "did we quote you a price"? I said, "yes". He proceeds to ask me what was the price quote. I showed him, as I had previously detailed the price points and total on my phone. The attendant takes a picture of it. They did not have any of the information that I requested for this appointment. I was suppose to get an installation of the radio, back up camera, front speaker replacement, and keep steering wheel controls. I purchased the radio from a different vendor. They did not say anything when I dropped my car off. However, what I got was continuous ridicule of the terrible radio I purchased. I then offered to purchase their higher end radio. After all of that, the attendant says we have a low inventory and don't have the radio, so we just installed the one you brought. In summary, they did not include the harness in my original quote. They promised steering wheel controls, but after installation, stated that this could not be done on the radio I purchased. They then asked me did I bring the speakers. I was honest and said no. The attendant proceeds to go to the back to verify and was told they did not replace my speakers, as indicated on the front of the ticket. My appointment was at 9am. I was told the car was ready and came to pick it up at 4pm. All I received was a $500 radio and camera installation. I did not get the front speakers replacement, nor steering wheel controls as promised. It was a botched and terrible experience. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. While the price appears fair, the service is terrible. Unless you know everything about cars and know every scenario and question to ask, I would NEVER go to them. I am so upset and disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!!

They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

I got the amp back today, and it's solid as a rock. Zero issues, no hum. I suspect Jeremy didn't want to install a customer supplied amp, so instead I'm out $60, eating shipping charges for something that wasn't defective in the first place.
