I cannot say enough about the job that Thomas and his team did tinting the windows on my wife's vehicle. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Prior to bringing the the brand new vehicle to Tint Pro I went to ANOTHER SHOP and had a terrible experience. The inner and outer seals around my windows were damaged during application; and the application did not cover the entire window. I am actually still in the process of getting reimbursed for the repairs I had to have completed due to the damage to my vehicle. After my bad experience I called Thomas at TINT PRO and he provided great customer service and his technicians did high quality work on my windows. When I arrived he immediately noticed the tint applied by the other shop looked extremely dark. When he measured the darkness it was 15% when I had actually asked for 30%. The guys at TINT PRO assured me they could do a quality job and leave no gaps; and that is exactly what they did. In addition Thomas explained the process and told me what to expect every step of the way. He listened to what I had to say about my bad experience and reassured me through the process. TINT PRO restored my faith in the window tinting industry. I live in Pelham and it is about a 45 minute drive to TINT PRO in Trussville. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I had my car tinted in the Spring of 2017. I live in Vestavia and I have a Mazda 5. The UV causes my autoimmune disease to flare up so I needed to get my car tinted. I knew nothing about window tinting when I realized I needed to get my car tinted and so I began researching. I called and spoke with someone at Tint Pro who answered all my questions well. But I really wanted to go somewhere locally because it was more convenient. I visited two local places but I was not impressed. I felt like my questions were not being answered very well. I do not know if it was because the person I spoke with did not know enough (I do tend to ask a lot of questions:) or because they were too busy. But, like I said, I wasn't impressed. So I drove out to Tint Pro. Their facility is was so much more inviting. Their waiting room was more comfortable, light, clean, and they even had coffee! The guy I was suppose to meet with was busy so I did not get to talk to him but the guy I did speak with at the front desk, Hunter, was super nice and helpful. Their front office is very educational and clearly presented. I ended up getting the Pinnacle Series Ceramic Tint and Air 80 on the windshield. I didn't really know where to go to get my windows tinted. I found this place and was interested. I called and made an appointment and came down and talked to the staff about the different types of tint that they have and really guided me in the right direction as to what I wanted. I came back two weeks later for the job and waited there for three hours for the job. It wasn't a bad wait at all. They had comfortable seats and complimentary drinks.
