They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. They do require a $50 deposit to schedule, but will apply it to the total of the job once it's complete. The day I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the lobby was and all of the helpful information posted throughout. Hayes had my Grace (my vehicle, of course) in the back within a few minutes of arriving. I made myself a nice K cup of coffee and relaxed as he started the work. Shortly after, Hayes asked me to come back to show me an issue he ran into while applying the tint to my back windshield. When my back windshield was replaced, somehow the metal tray under the back dash was raised and there wasn't enough room to get the tint on the glass in one corner. Hayes showed me the issue and gave me the options I had, which included tinting but having a gap not tinted where the issue was, or to wait and see what I could do (if anything) about the metal piece. He was even patient and kind with me as I FaceTimed my son to ask his advice, and Hayes also spoke directly to my son to come up with the best solution. I really appreciated him not just going through with the tint job and being unhappy with the gap that would exist. I haven't had the job done yet, but I will absolutely go to Tint Pro when I'm ready!

Several days later my car wouldn't start and my engine light came on. It turned out to be a key fob battery. When i fi ll up on gas in an area that was potentislly unsafe i had gased up leaving my car running apparently this is whst caused my engine light to come on not to mention a fire hazard. Apparently, static electricity can cause and explosion. In my defense, i am an 80 year old widow living on a pension. In the 40's and 50's not only were there no cell phones, there were no computers. You can see how vulnerable i am. Nic and Brody have listened patiently and provided all the info i needed. Infact i was given a list of all repairs that were needed and the corresponding price. These were divided into those i needed right now, those that coul wait a momth,, and those that could wait longer. They both approached me with respect and kindness which has prompted this review. I have not felt that way since my husband passed. It was quite touching. Now i learned a new woŕd KeyFob. It has a CR 2032 battery. If the battery is dead so is your car. Lesson # 2. Now being 80 at night when i needed gas if i felt frightened, i would lea e the car running while i gassed up. Did you know that would cause the engine light to come on. Lesson #3. Or that you should never have the car running while gasing up because like static Lesson #4 electricity could cause the car to catch on fire or worse.
