Do to my own mistake, I had decorated my car for a Christmas parade with our club, I placed some Garland on the car. It then rained and somehow the garland stained the Xpel and ceramic on my hood. I called Chase and while he was able to get most of it out, some staining remained. He and his guys removed the old expel and reinstalled new expel and the ceramic coating on the hood. Now It looks better than new. He kept me informed of the progress and the price was reasonable. I've had Chase work on my car before and never been disappointed. I thought I had made and posted a review for this shop only to discover I either failed to hit enter or some other gremlin snuck in. So I'll start over with a review and up date all in one after it has sat and seasoned a bit. I was forced to looking into Insane after realizing my daily driver was in serious need of TLC. As much as I thought going to a soft touch automatic and driving into my garage a mile away and blowing it off and using a quick detailer was taking good care of my paint, I was sadly mistaken. It's nearly nine years of daily driving has worn and it's been professionally detailed once prior for $200 and a quickie wax or two for less that $100 at other "detail shops". I kept hearing about Chase Tubbs and his company from others, so I did a Yelp search and then went to his website where I was captivated by the videos avail which covered everything from Chase Tubbs personal mindset to a comprehensive understanding of each and every service as well as what it is to have a truly Insane Paint Auto Detail job. After watching the videos I was determined to visit and speak with Chase personally; which can be a challenge as his throttle is hung wide open. Finally, I popped in (which once you become a client- popping in is more like checking in with your buds at the shop) and we went over options for my 2010 Challenger. We decided on a package that included a Correction Polish, Interior Rejuvenation and Engine Bay Detailing. I also took advantage of having my windows tinted with a premium ceramic based film (it started out as just the sides in as dark as legal and I called back and upgraded to front and rear glass with more of a sunglasses tint to round out the look). The prices are clearly posted both on the web and in the boutique waiting room. A price was set and just put it this way- you get what you pay for. Don't expect to just drop off your car and hang out while major services are done. I had to make an appointment six weeks out; which makes the wait to be part of the Insane club that much more of an initiation. The shop was so accommodating that the day I was scheduled they were able to run me back to my house as this was a nearly a two and a half day process and I live a mile away. They then sent a shop worker to pick me up when the car was ready. I'm not saying this is part of typical service but they never blinked when I asked. The reveal is really rather special as I think these guys get there rocks off presenting a car to the client as much as the client does upon laying eyes on it. There she was, sort of on display in the back of the shop surrounded by special lighting that allows them to inspect the car and assure that every last swirl is removed. I was thunderstruck, it glowed and it wasn't just the lights! I was slowly toured around the car as Chase proudly explained the complications and efforts that were encountered. My car had a blemish that was an accident and he profusely explained how I was going to be made whole and to his word it indeed came to be. The tint was bafflingly in how it changed the character and look of the car. Then they back it out into the magic hour and Chase takes a few dozen high quality photos which he shares and I include for review. The interior and engine bay were equally impressive. The overall experience is part of the mystique that is Insane Paint Auto Detailing. I've been back to purchase Shine Supplies (used exclusively) to maintain my cars appearance and in the month and a half since I've been able to simply dust the car off with high quality micro fiber towels and performed one two bucket car wash and dry with a quick shine to restore the look without so much as a swirl or added blemish. It's also nice to know since I've now had the paint restoration and it is now an established entities with the Shine products, for the next year or so the shop can do an Insane Quickie version of a wash or Chase can do a mobile detail if need be. If you love your ride and expect the best, there's is only one option for premium automotive detailing in town. Period. read more

Wow!!!! I was downtown and a monsoon of a rain came coming up the side of my car. When the water receded there was 4 inches of mud and water inside my car. Someone recommended these folks so I took it to Insane Auto. What an incredible group of very talented people. I went two days later to pick up my car, could not believe my eyes, my car looked like a brand new car. Seriously I thought they put new carpets in my car and the outside of the car was stunning. They treat you like a friend or family. The customer service they have is phenomenal. I've been using IPAD's mobile service for my daily drivers as well as the shop services for a little over a year now. My most recent visit was a "spruce-up" on my Jeep which made me feel like I got a brand new Jeep back! After taking my 2016 Rubicon on a couple of off-road excursions I started looking at options to protect the finish of both the paint & the black plastic. With guidance from other Jeepers, I contacted Chase at IPAD and he happily explained all of the options available and a little bit about what each entailed. With Chase's guidance, I opted for the Crystal Serum Black treatment. I could not be happier with my choice. The mud literally beads up & rolls off of the paint like water. I've been on several Jeep rides over the last year and it makes me smile when I pull up on rigs out on a trail that are covered in mud and I get the "look" as if to say 'your jeep isnt muddy enough to have possibly been down the same trails' ... yet there I am! ...and when I get home I spend 5 minutes with the hose and she's all clean and ready to be put back in the garage ... Most of the time I have the cleanest car in the parking lot. I thought I took excellent care of my 2016 F150. I am obsessed with having a clean car. Maybe even OCD. I have had "professional" detailing service on my new truck before. And I have spent hours working for that shine myself (even a few weeks before my IPAD appointment).
