I my rear view mirror shell had come off, and the young man that was managing told me that he would make a report and it's obvious. That it was their fault that it was damaged in the car wash and I've been denied my claim because it's 13 years old and so I believe that if I'm good enough to pay $40 a month for the services, then my car should be good enough to be repaired whenever it's damaged in your facility.. My car may be 13 years old. It is a beautiful car has been very well maintaining maintenance. And I've had no problems with it, mechanically or cosmetically, and so the young man was correct. When he said obviously we are at fault. So I wish that someone would take the initiative to reach out to me at least because all I've been able to talk to is foreigners that in the claims department absolutely refused to do anything further. That is the final decision, and that is it. And that's exactly what he was told to me yesterday. And i'm not happy with it very disappointed because I have been a loyal customer.

Every once in a while, the wash either doesn't do a great job, or it leaves something out like the wax, but when it happens, the staff is really good about letting you go through again.
