They are always very professional. If you want to try them out, call them for an appointment first. It is best to drop off your car and let them call you when it is ready. Because of covid, they attempt to be safe, and the customer lounge is not always available. In a day and age that everything cost more, and you still get less. When I pulled up to the kiosk, their payment system was down and they had an employee standing there to accept payments and get people thru. Kudos to them for fixing the problem, but I don't love tapping my card onto an iPhone. Even if it's the company iPhone and not the employee's personal one, it lacks a little bit of trust from the consumer end. The car wash went fine, they offered me a little air freshener for inside. I rounded the corner to hit the vacuums, which were nearly full. Once I started cleaning my car, I noticed a piece of my side mirror missing. Ugh. I went up and told the guys at the front of the wash, and a couple minutes later one of them came back and snapped it back on. I do like the system they have for cleaning. They offer two kinds of spray bottles to clean glass and interiors with cloth rags. All in all, the problems I had which felt pretty major, were sufficiently fixed by the wonderful staff. After completing the transaction, I selected the option to receive a receipt; however, the machine was out of paper. I informed the attendant on duty, who confirmed that the machine was out of paper. I then asked if he could provide a receipt from inside, but he declined. When I requested a refund, I was told to return the following day at 2:30 p.m. I also suggested placing a notice on the machine to inform customers when receipts are unavailable, but he indicated they do not monitor when the machine runs out of paper. As I require the receipt for reimbursement purposes, this situation was very frustrating. I ultimately left without receiving the car wash due to the lack of resolution. I have been a customer of this location for over ten years and have never experienced difficulty obtaining a receipt when the machine was out of paper, as staff have always assisted in the past. Unfortunately, my experience today did not meet that standard and felt unprofessional.
