Our car has been well overdue for a car wash. I decided to give New Day Car Wash a shot while in…read moreTrussville after seeing a coupon advertised on Facebook for a first visit. I got the signature car wash (valued at $30 for a single wash, or $35 for a monthly membership). Our car came out a lot cleaner and drier than it has when using other automatic car washes. The detailing stations were plentiful and well-stocked with microfiber towels and cleaning product to use after. The vacuums we were high powered and the hoses came in two sizes - standard and crevice. Our wheels didn't clean up very nicely but this is often my experience at automatic car washes so my expectations weren't dashed. I hope we get a New Day in Gadsden one day but in the meantime, will be sure to get our car washed during future Trussville visits.

Pretty good chain. Went to the Hoover location across from the Galleria. The first young man who…read moreassisted me came over straight away and explained the club membership process as I payed at the drive up kiosk. (Very helpful.) The Next young men met me at the car wash entrance to do the tire scrub. He was very nice, thanked me enthusiastically for the small tip I offered (he still seemed to have a great attitude tho it was almost 5pm), and did a good job. My only reservation to call in it great was I asked him not to brush the paint, but he forgot & brushed the hood. Not a dealbreaker, I'll be more clear about that next time. After the wash, I went to vacuum my car. Free self-serve vacuums are available with a paid wash. Some of the vacs had broken hoses, so I just found one that looked decent. It had been repaired but the suction seemed pretty good. Then I noticed some garbage was clogging the nozzle, & once that got sucked down, the suction was excellent. While I vacuumed my car to within an inch of its life, I noticed employees walking around picking up litter, emptying trash cans, just generally tidying up. The guy next to me was doing a full on self detail & nobody bothered him. All was good. After vacuuming, I went inside to complete the membership. The lady at the counter obviously knew her job & got it done quickly. She made sure I knew about Al the other locations, & the process for using my membership, as well as optionally upgrading if I needed more service on any future visits. She also gave me helpful information about when the automatic payments come out of the account. Seems like good info to have, and she was going above & beyond to explain everything in clear terms. Not always the case, so that was a plus in my opinion. I took away one star because the website links weren't all functioning. Maybe not updated. Specifically, there was a banner headline offer for a free wash for joining the online club, but there was no submission button or link after going thru the process of filling in the fields on the form to join. I hate when businesses don't maintain their websites. So. One star deduction. I would still recommend. It's a decent place to get your typical car wash with free vac, and they have full detail service there as well.

I have tried for the past three days to have my car washed. The Hoover location and the Vestavia…read moreHills location are both closed. We pulled up and asked a worker why are they closed. He replied, "we just are! Get out of here!" We immediately pulled around to speak to the manager as we know Chris the owner. We were met with more bad attitude as he said that people keep coming and they are trying to pressure wash the pavement. We have three cars and we pay a monthly fee for a service. If we can't take advantage of the service, why are we paying? How dare these people be rude because we asked a question. All memberships will be cancelled! Vestavia Hills, you must do better!!!
