They accept credit cards, which made things easy and convenient. But as far as the car wash itself, it was pretty poor. I know my car was covered in pollen with everything in bloom, but there was still a film of pollen after the wash. I feel like I needed to run my car through again. They have 2 machines that you run your floor mats through. One doesn't work. The other works (turns on) but doesn't clean your floor mat. These look like old machines. I tried to run mine through a second time but the water wasn't even working. They came out dry. Several other car owners were trying to use it and couldn't get their mats to even go through the machine. As for the vacuums - there are about 6 bays on the right hand side. 3 of the six - the nozzles to the hose were either laying on the ground or when you went to use it the nozzle came off. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly.
