The Next young men met me at the car wash entrance to do the tire scrub. He was very nice, thanked me enthusiastically for the small tip I offered (he still seemed to have a great attitude tho it was almost 5pm), and did a good job. My only reservation to call in it great was I asked him not to brush the paint, but he forgot & brushed the hood. Not a dealbreaker, I'll be more clear about that next time. After the wash, I went to vacuum my car. Free self-serve vacuums are available with a paid wash. Some of the vacs had broken hoses, so I just found one that looked decent. It had been repaired but the suction seemed pretty good. Then I noticed some garbage was clogging the nozzle, & once that got sucked down, the suction was excellent. While I vacuumed my car to within an inch of its life, I noticed employees walking around picking up litter, emptying trash cans, just generally tidying up. The guy next to me was doing a full on self detail & nobody bothered him. All was good. After vacuuming, I went inside to complete the membership. The lady at the counter obviously knew her job & got it done quickly. She made sure I knew about Al the other locations, & the process for using my membership, as well as optionally upgrading if I needed more service on any future visits. She also gave me helpful information about when the automatic payments come out of the account. Seems like good info to have, and she was going above & beyond to explain everything in clear terms. Not always the case, so that was a plus in my opinion. I took away one star because the website links weren't all functioning. Maybe not updated. Specifically, there was a banner headline offer for a free wash for joining the online club, but there was no submission button or link after going thru the process of filling in the fields on the form to join. I hate when businesses don't maintain their websites. So. One star deduction. I would still recommend. It's a decent place to get your typical car wash with free vac, and they have full detail service there as well.

So I'll start over with a review and up date all in one after it has sat and seasoned a bit. I was forced to looking into Insane after realizing my daily driver was in serious need of TLC. As much as I thought going to a soft touch automatic and driving into my garage a mile away and blowing it off and using a quick detailer was taking good care of my paint, I was sadly mistaken. It's nearly nine years of daily driving has worn and it's been professionally detailed once prior for $200 and a quickie wax or two for less that $100 at other "detail shops". I kept hearing about Chase Tubbs and his company from others, so I did a Yelp search and then went to his website where I was captivated by the videos avail which covered everything from Chase Tubbs personal mindset to a comprehensive understanding of each and every service as well as what it is to have a truly Insane Paint Auto Detail job. After watching the videos I was determined to visit and speak with Chase personally; which can be a challenge as his throttle is hung wide open. Finally, I popped in (which once you become a client- popping in is more like checking in with your buds at the shop) and we went over options for my 2010 Challenger. We decided on a package that included a Correction Polish, Interior Rejuvenation and Engine Bay Detailing. I also took advantage of having my windows tinted with a premium ceramic based film (it started out as just the sides in as dark as legal and I called back and upgraded to front and rear glass with more of a sunglasses tint to round out the look). The prices are clearly posted both on the web and in the boutique waiting room. A price was set and just put it this way- you get what you pay for. Don't expect to just drop off your car and hang out while major services are done. I had to make an appointment six weeks out; which makes the wait to be part of the Insane club that much more of an initiation. The shop was so accommodating that the day I was scheduled they were able to run me back to my house as this was a nearly a two and a half day process and I live a mile away. They then sent a shop worker to pick me up when the car was ready. I'm not saying this is part of typical service but they never blinked when I asked. The reveal is really rather special as I think these guys get there rocks off presenting a car to the client as much as the client does upon laying eyes on it. There she was, sort of on display in the back of the shop surrounded by special lighting that allows them to inspect the car and assure that every last swirl is removed. I was thunderstruck, it glowed and it wasn't just the lights! I was slowly toured around the car as Chase proudly explained the complications and efforts that were encountered. My car had a blemish that was an accident and he profusely explained how I was going to be made whole and to his word it indeed came to be. The tint was bafflingly in how it changed the character and look of the car. Then they back it out into the magic hour and Chase takes a few dozen high quality photos which he shares and I include for review. The interior and engine bay were equally impressive. The overall experience is part of the mystique that is Insane Paint Auto Detailing. I've been back to purchase Shine Supplies (used exclusively) to maintain my cars appearance and in the month and a half since I've been able to simply dust the car off with high quality micro fiber towels and performed one two bucket car wash and dry with a quick shine to restore the look without so much as a swirl or added blemish. It's also nice to know since I've now had the paint restoration and it is now an established entities with the Shine products, for the next year or so the shop can do an Insane Quickie version of a wash or Chase can do a mobile detail if need be. If you love your ride and expect the best, there's is only one option for premium automotive detailing in town. Period.

They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

Also it's not nearly as expensive as you'd assume. I contacted them on Thursday and they made an appointment for me that Saturday. He showed up to my apartment right on time and asked me what specific issues I'm most concerned about. He didn't need my keys or anything- I just went to unlock the doors and then I was able to hang out in my apartment. Three hours later he texts me letting me know he's don and I can check it out if I'd like. My car has never been cleaner. He magically got all of the stains out of my fabric seats that were there when I bought it used a year and a half ago. He was also able to get out a huge purple stain from when my shampoo bottle exploded all on the fabric seat. It's been there since last summer and even oxyclean couldn't get it out. I think he said he used a wax or polish on the doors and console, and it made it all look shiny and new.
