I just recently had my car in for some repairs. The services was a wonderful experience from beginning. The customer service and the body shop handle everything with professionalism. I was impressed how they handled rental car services. It was very efficient to be able to drop off your vehicle and get into a rental car. They kept in contact with me throughout the duration. They went beyond the call of duty with everything. When I picked up my vehicle I could stop grinning it practically looked like a brand new car. It had been cleaned on the outside as well as the inside. The paint job was fantastic and all dents were out. Thank you read more

It was a pleasure doing business with this company! The staff was so kind and caring. I was very nervous as I had never had a wreck (I was rear ended). Of course my heart was broken that my car was damaged. Shane and Natalie made me feel special and took care of my every need. They kept me posted on the status of the repair frequently. My car looked liked brand new when they finished repairing it. Upon the return, it was shining like a silver dollar as they had detailed it. Such a treat! To add to the ease of a hectic moment, Enterprise Car Rental is right next door. How convenient is that??? I highly recommend this company. read more

Great work and customer service! The back of my Jaguar F-pace was hit by a truck and scratched and dented to where they had to replace and paint it. I was nervous for anyone to do it due to the color being a little different, but Professional Paint and Body went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They gave frequent updates about where my car was in the process and were very kind and efficient! My car was clean and detailed when we picked it up, and they even took care of getting my rental car back to Hertz. I definitely recommend them and would use them again as they made the process easy and did an excellent job! read more

We have had two cars repaired by PP&B and they are amazing! Recently we worked with Kelly and she went way above and beyond to have my son's truck ready for him. Oh, as we were leaving I asked the person that brought the truck out how to do touch up work (on some of the nicks and dings). He went to the back and brought me some touch up paint that they had mixed and used on the truck and told me how to use it. Just another example of how this place treats people right. Love this place. The service, work, and the people are excellent!! read more

After dealing with many repair centers, I have to give Professional Paint & Body an Excellent +++. They went above and beyond. I am out of town most weeks and they accommodated me. My car looked outstanding when I got it back. When I picked it up, they started my car and put the ac on and had it in front of the office. I was so impressed. I have only good things to say and would "highly recommend." Their customer service and craftsmanship is above and beyond. Without hesitation, I would recommend them. Great job and thanks to the staff. read more

I highly recommend Professional Paint & Body. They were communicative, and called me several times while my car was in their shop to let me know updates. The quality of the work on my car was great -- several panels/areas were dinged up from when I sideswiped a brick wall -- and when estimating it out, they pointed out to me all the different areas that would be worked on. There were no issues with my insurance claim, and all I had to do was pay my deductible when I picked up my car looking good as new. Thank you for quality work! read more

This is the third time I have had repair work done at Professional, and they are incredibly easy to work with. Kellie has helped with our vehicles the last two times. She genuinely cares about her customers, and it always shows. I have never been fortunate enough to meet the individuals performing the body work, but the outcome has always been amazing! By look or driving, you can't tell work has been done to the vehicle. Our vehicle has been returned earlier than expected each time. I appreciate them! read more

I had an incredible experience with Professional Paint and Body. From start to finish, their team was responsive, honest, and highly skilled. The paint job looks factory-new, and they even handled the insurance process seamlessly. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Kelly C. This company is amazing. I am very pleased with the job that was done on my red Mercedees. My car rides like new once again. And not only did they do an amazing job, but my car was also cleaned inside and out, tires shinning and it was smelling amazing. It is clear; they take pride in their work. And everyone I came in contact with were very nice and professional. They also explained everything thoroughly. If I body work again in the future, I will return to PP&B!!!! read more

Excellent customer service and collision repair shop. They kept me update on the repair process and estimate of when work would be completed. My truck came back to me looking better than it did when I left it. They detailed the outside after the repairs but went even farther by detailing the inside as well. I was very impressed with the quality of the repairs and the professionalism of all of the staff that I came in contact with. Thanks for an job well done read more

PP&B has a great staff and are great at what they do. Received quick solutions to my damages the 1st and 2nd time I took it in. Had a run of bad luck that month, was hit in the rear bumper and 10 days later rear ended again. Their staff had solutions for all my problems and had me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the progress reports as the work was being done. I knew I had brought it to the right professionals. s. adams read more
