The Next young men met me at the car wash entrance to do the tire scrub. He was very nice, thanked me enthusiastically for the small tip I offered (he still seemed to have a great attitude tho it was almost 5pm), and did a good job. My only reservation to call in it great was I asked him not to brush the paint, but he forgot & brushed the hood. Not a dealbreaker, I'll be more clear about that next time. After the wash, I went to vacuum my car. Free self-serve vacuums are available with a paid wash. Some of the vacs had broken hoses, so I just found one that looked decent. It had been repaired but the suction seemed pretty good. Then I noticed some garbage was clogging the nozzle, & once that got sucked down, the suction was excellent. While I vacuumed my car to within an inch of its life, I noticed employees walking around picking up litter, emptying trash cans, just generally tidying up. The guy next to me was doing a full on self detail & nobody bothered him. All was good. After vacuuming, I went inside to complete the membership. The lady at the counter obviously knew her job & got it done quickly. She made sure I knew about Al the other locations, & the process for using my membership, as well as optionally upgrading if I needed more service on any future visits. She also gave me helpful information about when the automatic payments come out of the account. Seems like good info to have, and she was going above & beyond to explain everything in clear terms. Not always the case, so that was a plus in my opinion. I took away one star because the website links weren't all functioning. Maybe not updated. Specifically, there was a banner headline offer for a free wash for joining the online club, but there was no submission button or link after going thru the process of filling in the fields on the form to join. I hate when businesses don't maintain their websites. So. One star deduction. I would still recommend. It's a decent place to get your typical car wash with free vac, and they have full detail service there as well.

Anyway, the prices are about what you can expect nowadays and this wash is no different. Cheap, medium, expensive... and a TON of options to make that price fluctuate depending on what you're looking for. The wash, itself definitely got the job done. Drying was standard; did a good job but still some excess water. Didn't notice any excess soap, so that's a plus. Speaking on the vacuums again, these were not only the quietest vacuums I've ever used in life (at a carwash or otherwise) but it still managed to have very good suction. It was really weird to have this quiet hose in my hand but it still is picking up dirt and debris from the carpet. My car was cleaner than it usually gets in an automatic car wash. I love how the guys there kind of scrub the front end before you enter. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

They are always very professional. If you want to try them out, call them for an appointment first. It is best to drop off your car and let them call you when it is ready. Because of covid, they attempt to be safe, and the customer lounge is not always available. In a day and age that everything cost more, and you still get less. Etheridge still does an outstanding job.

She said, "Ohhhh...if you don't say anything, I don't know." Ummmm...the special is on your employer's website in a couple places. If someone says they want the Hot & Wax and it's Monday, that should prompt you to charge $10. Next, was the car wash. It's the one where your car goes through it, but at the end, they hand dry it. I went through the car wash and the guy hand dried it. Well, there were still soap suds on my car and my car was still dirty. Like, I could have gotten a hose and sprayed it with water for the same outcome I got after taking it to this car wash.
