They are always very professional. If you want to try them out, call them for an appointment first. It is best to drop off your car and let them call you when it is ready. Etheridge still does an outstanding job.

You have options to pay as little as $7 and as much as $21 on your car wash, you go through the wash area, and you then can use their vacuum for as long as needed to clean out your car. There was no wait time and I was able to get my car clean and back on the road in 10 minutes.

Pretty good chain. Went to the Hoover location across from the Galleria. The first young man who…read moreassisted me came over straight away and explained the club membership process as I payed at the drive up kiosk. (Very helpful.) The Next young men met me at the car wash entrance to do the tire scrub. He was very nice, thanked me enthusiastically for the small tip I offered (he still seemed to have a great attitude tho it was almost 5pm), and did a good job. My only reservation to call in it great was I asked him not to brush the paint, but he forgot & brushed the hood. Not a dealbreaker, I'll be more clear about that next time. After the wash, I went to vacuum my car. Free self-serve vacuums are available with a paid wash. Some of the vacs had broken hoses, so I just found one that looked decent. It had been repaired but the suction seemed pretty good. Then I noticed some garbage was clogging the nozzle, & once that got sucked down, the suction was excellent. While I vacuumed my car to within an inch of its life, I noticed employees walking around picking up litter, emptying trash cans, just generally tidying up. The guy next to me was doing a full on self detail & nobody bothered him. All was good. After vacuuming, I went inside to complete the membership. The lady at the counter obviously knew her job & got it done quickly. She made sure I knew about Al the other locations, & the process for using my membership, as well as optionally upgrading if I needed more service on any future visits. She also gave me helpful information about when the automatic payments come out of the account. Seems like good info to have, and she was going above & beyond to explain everything in clear terms. Not always the case, so that was a plus in my opinion. I took away one star because the website links weren't all functioning. Maybe not updated. Specifically, there was a banner headline offer for a free wash for joining the online club, but there was no submission button or link after going thru the process of filling in the fields on the form to join. I hate when businesses don't maintain their websites. So. One star deduction. I would still recommend. It's a decent place to get your typical car wash with free vac, and they have full detail service there as well.

When I pulled up to the kiosk, their payment system was down and they had an employee standing there to accept payments and get people thru. Kudos to them for fixing the problem, but I don't love tapping my card onto an iPhone. Even if it's the company iPhone and not the employee's personal one, it lacks a little bit of trust from the consumer end. The car wash went fine, they offered me a little air freshener for inside. I rounded the corner to hit the vacuums, which were nearly full. Once I started cleaning my car, I noticed a piece of my side mirror missing. Ugh. I went up and told the guys at the front of the wash, and a couple minutes later one of them came back and snapped it back on. I do like the system they have for cleaning. They offer two kinds of spray bottles to clean glass and interiors with cloth rags. All in all, the problems I had which felt pretty major, were sufficiently fixed by the wonderful staff. Kudos to them!

Not A1 customer service one bit today, sorry for the 1 star rating but when the actual "manager" works he doesn't choose favorites he treats everyone equally with kindness and respect and offers a air freshener for the mirror which they didn't provide to anyone. Im not going to ask for what is supposed to be provided every time within getting a car wash.

Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. Despite putting "self serve" in my search, I was directed to Mister Car Wash. Tracy was the employee that was standing at the entrance/pay station. "But if it doesn't rain HARD ENOUGH, I'll still have bird poop..." Tracy smiled and tolerated my fussing so politely.
