Zach is a kind young man who got me checked in quickly and made the process easy from the start. Chuck stepped in to assist when there was a question about whether the tire could be repaired. He took the time to clearly explain why it wasn't safe to repair it again. I had only purchased the car about a month ago and had no idea there had been a previous patch. I really appreciated how thorough he was, and his patience when I asked for a few minutes to check with my son about what to do next. They didn't have a matching tire in stock, so it had to be ordered. Chuck let me know it could arrive between 1 and 5 and promised to call. I wasn't expecting to spend $267 that day, but I truly appreciate their focus on safety over shortcuts. Once the tire came in, I got the call and returned. Zach handled the installation and had me back on the road in no time. I will say, when I first arrived, Chuck came across a bit strong. But that's just his personality. We drove over to Express Oil and Change and they were able to look at the tire right away and diagnose that we had a problem. They were able to patch our tire and get us back on our way home within 30 minutes. I can't say enough wonderful things about their customer service! I highly recommend them!
