Zach is a kind young man who got me checked in quickly and made the process easy from the start. Chuck stepped in to assist when there was a question about whether the tire could be repaired. He took the time to clearly explain why it wasn't safe to repair it again. I had only purchased the car about a month ago and had no idea there had been a previous patch. I really appreciated how thorough he was, and his patience when I asked for a few minutes to check with my son about what to do next. They didn't have a matching tire in stock, so it had to be ordered. Chuck let me know it could arrive between 1 and 5 and promised to call. I wasn't expecting to spend $267 that day, but I truly appreciate their focus on safety over shortcuts. Once the tire came in, I got the call and returned. Zach handled the installation and had me back on the road in no time. I will say, when I first arrived, Chuck came across a bit strong. But that's just his personality. The employee at the desk immediately understood what was wrong through my gibberish, explained the issue & varying ways to fix it, then assured me he could handle it. What started as a dent in my fully planned day turned into no more than a brief stop as he had it good as new extremely fast, which was a lovely surprise considering I was a drop-in. Was further surprised when I was informed this job was free of charge?! I really wish I had gotten the employee's name but overall he was so extremely tentative and nice.
