I probably should have had them make it again, but it already took over 20 minutes to come out the first time, and the friend I was with was getting impatient. The grilled peppers and onions didn't really have any flavor. The bread was okay. The hot dog itself was actually really good. I also got the cheese empanadas, and those were nice and crispy on the outside, with good cheese inside. We came across Monster Dogs and were immediately hooked by the smell. We ordered 2 Beef Polish Sausages Seattle Style ($6 each). What makes it a Seattle Dog is the onions and cream cheese. Who knew that would be great on a hotdog!? For the first one, we got most of the condiments on it including cream cheese, relish, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and BBQ sauce. We opted to not get the jalapeños or Sriracha. For the second one, we kept it simple and just got the cream cheese, relish, and sauerkraut. For $6, it was so worth! This Seattle staple really impressed me and I know I will be dreaming about it until my next Seattle trip.
