We came across Monster Dogs and were immediately hooked by the smell. We ordered 2 Beef Polish Sausages Seattle Style ($6 each). What makes it a Seattle Dog is the onions and cream cheese. Who knew that would be great on a hotdog!? For the first one, we got most of the condiments on it including cream cheese, relish, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and BBQ sauce. We opted to not get the jalapeños or Sriracha. For the second one, we kept it simple and just got the cream cheese, relish, and sauerkraut. For $6, it was so worth! Came here before we went bar hopping on a Saturday night. $5 gets you a loaded hot dog on Capitol Hill. The actual hot dog is grilled and juicy. The bun is nice and chewy and compliments the dog well. You can choose to add jalapeños, relish, and other condiments. Monster Dogs is a nifty little food stand that was right beside Nuemos when I got out of a concert a couple of weeks ago. This is a food cart and is open late so it's perfect if you are out and about gallivanting around in Capitol Hill in the later evening. They have several hot dog options including a vegan one. I got their beef polish dog which was a tasty little meal. The hot dogs are pretty large (or long) and even if there is a line they get people through quickly. I generally enjoy trying things that are indigenous to an area. Monster Dogs serves something called the "Seattle Dog" at a cart right outside of a concert hall called Neumos in Seattle. In their defense, for me - it's hard to measure up to a Chicago dog. This hot dog had onions and cream cheese. While it was unique and I certainly ate most of it, I definitely couldn't finish it. We were within the unfortunate few (and by few I mean like hundreds) of people who stayed out until the bars and clubs closed. This stand was closer than the one in front of Neighbors, so we ended up in a line like 50 people deep here. The line took about thirty minutes to get through. The food came quick, thankfully. However. the two guys got my order mixed up with someone else and thought they'd already given mine to me, so I just sat there waiting for like five minutes longer than my friends until they noticed...
