I probably should have had them make it again, but it already took over 20 minutes to come out the first time, and the friend I was with was getting impatient. The grilled peppers and onions didn't really have any flavor. The bread was okay. The hot dog itself was actually really good. I also got the cheese empanadas, and those were nice and crispy on the outside, with good cheese inside. Still, I don't think there's enough here worth coming back for, even if they did get my order right next time. I'm better off at a real street dog vendor.

Who knew that would be great on a hotdog!? For the first one, we got most of the condiments on it including cream cheese, relish, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and BBQ sauce. We opted to not get the jalapeños or Sriracha. For the second one, we kept it simple and just got the cream cheese, relish, and sauerkraut. For $6, it was so worth! This Seattle staple really impressed me and I know I will be dreaming about it until my next Seattle trip.

I tried this hot dog when I wasn't even drunk or starving or anything, and it was amazing. It's sliced and grilled, which really bumps up the flavor. The bun is soft and a little chewy. It's hard to find good grilled onions. A lot of times they just don't have any flavor. These tasted great, and they also still had some crunch, so they weren't just goo. No seating or restrooms available here as it's outside. They were also out of vegan hot dogs, which didn't sit too well with one of my friends. For the Seattle Dog, it's a regular hot dog with caramelized vegetables in a somewhat lightly crispy bun and topped with some cream cheese. Hot dog was so good, vegetables added an extra savory tone that complimented the hot dog, and bun was so tasty I could have asked for another Seattle Dog, though each totals up to $10 before tax, which sounds pretty pricey for a hot dog.
