We made an appointment and showed up a little earlier and they were able to take us in. The front desk lady was nice and explained the services well. While we haven't had massages before, we have looked into them and this location has affordable pricing, with additional discounts if paying in cash. We did the couple massage with hot stones and added the eucalyptus oil and foot scrub. The rooms are separated with curtains instead of individual rooms, but it didn't affect our experience; however we did go during a weeknight where it wasn't as busy, and I could see it being distracting when there are more guests. Post-massage we felt great, even wanting to cancel our plans afterward to take a nap. I also hadn't felt my back this relaxed since I was a teen! Would love to come back again.

Low key, it was worth the pain & suffering (lol) because after a day or 2 of numbness, my backache was gone. Came back here again a few days ago and had their regular 1 hour massage. The lady that massaged me was awesome! It was the best massage that I had by far and I didn't have to suffer the "hard" massage. Got out of there feeling like a new person -- too bad I forgot her name. Would definitely be back.

Super clean, calm atmosphere, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get. Parking was easy too which is always a plus. I left feeling relaxed and honestly in a much better mood. Definitely coming back and already recommended this spot to a couple friends.

I only waited about 10 minutes to be taken inside my private room. My masseuse was a sweet lady as well! She hit all the right spots and would definitely love to book with her again. I fell asleep for most of the massage, but from what I remember, it was amazing. I now have a deep love for full body massages and can see myself coming here again (and again!)

When I arrived, she let me know there would be about a 15-minute wait, which was no problem at all. The waiting room was comfortable and I loved the dim lighting. The entire place was extremely clean, including the bathroom, which really stood out to me because I've been to other massage places where the bathrooms weren't very clean. The front desk staff was also very friendly and never pressured me into anything. I booked a 60-minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Wendy. I also added CBD oil and cupping. Wendy was wonderful! She was respectful, professional, and worked in a private room. Before even starting, she asked whether I preferred light, medium, or hard pressure. Since I was in a lot of pain, I chose light. She checked in with me throughout the massage and again at the end to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated how much she cared about making sure I was enjoying the experience. Highly recommend this place!

I was going to give a tip regardless, but this was SUPER unprofessional! I was shocked, and will not be going back.

Her technique is perfect, and I never have to ask her to adjust the pressure or change anything. She's incredibly skilled at what she does. She also checks in throughout the massage to make sure I'm comfortable, although most of the time I'm so relaxed that I'm practically zoned out. The only downside is the noise level. Unfortunately, it's very loud, and there doesn't seem to be much consideration for keeping voices down. From the moment customers walk in, they're greeted very loudly. Other customers also tend to speak loudly, and staff don't encourage them to lower their voices. On top of that, staff members often shout to each other across the room, which is distracting and inconsiderate--especially for people who come here to relax and unwind. That's really the only thing I think they could improve. If they offered quieter appointment times with less foot traffic and fewer distractions, I would gladly schedule my massages during those hours.

At the time, the lady at the front wasn't the manager but another employee, she told the guy to be the person I wanted and I said no he's not Eric. She kept telling him to say he's Eric, they didn't know that I understand Mandarin lol but I gave that " Eric " a chance and he sucked. That's why I haven't came back here. I saw they remodeled the place and they have private rooms so I came back, I had an appointment with Kevin, he's a big guy and his massage was ok, better then most but the whole 90 months ($90) I was laying face down, I never turned over on my back, he didn't massage my face or neck. He did make my neck and arms from the back side but not the front side like most places, they used so much force to massage your neck, and that is what I wanted but I didn't get it. I was going to tip him $30, but took $5 back. Would I come back, probably not, for a dollar a minute, I can go to Green Leaf foot massage in Whittier or Ava foot massage and they're so much cheaper and better. And what is up with those Chinese music ? Is Cantonese and Mandarin songs, who wants to listen to them besides the workers, they need to change the music to something more relaxing with no voices, classical piano or waterfalls better. This time, however, a male therapist performed the massage, and he was extremely aggressive. I repeatedly told him that the pressure was too much. He would ease up briefly, then go right back to using excessive force. While my headache did go away, I lost a significant amount of hair during and after the massage. It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.
