Found this massage place because I was no longer happy with the one I used to go to. Came here for the first time because of an upper back pain - paid extra for "pain massage" too. Low key, it was worth the pain & suffering (lol) because after a day or 2 of numbness, my backache was gone. Came back here again a few days ago and had their regular 1 hour massage. The lady that massaged me was awesome! It was the best massage that I had by far and I didn't have to suffer the "hard" massage. Got out of there feeling like a new person -- too bad I forgot her name. Would definitely be back. read more

I've been dealing with a lot of stress and tightness in my shoulders and lower back lately, and the massage was exactly what I needed. They really took their time and focused on the problem areas instead of rushing through it like some other places do. What I liked most was that the pressure was perfect and they kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell they actually care about the experience. Super clean, calm atmosphere, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get. Parking was easy too which is always a plus. I left feeling relaxed and honestly in a much better mood. Definitely coming back and already recommended this spot to a couple friends. read more

Well, What can I say, besides that it was the best experience from beginning to the very end hands down the best customer service I've experienced in such a long time with a massage location, I just have to say that was very refreshing. Thank you . My shoulders were very sore and tenselol They started off with working with me on the time, I literally made it just in time to get a quick 30 min session in with them. All the gas I wasted from being Speed Racer in order to make it work. Was well worth it. Once I got there they just let me know I obviously only had the option of doing the 30mins session but im grateful that they even went ahead and did that for me. They could've easily just locked there doors once they hung up the phone. Which that was a thought for a second but I'm more optimistic. So I was a bit confident id be able to get there lol Sorry for that excess side note ‍ lol In all seriousness the massage was hands down the best massage, if not it was 100x better than what I expected respectfully. It was honestly a perfect score in my opinion being a new loyal customer after the overall experience with PANDA FOOT MASSAGE . I appreciate your hard work and dedication to this, you guys are amazing people . See you tomorrow I need that hr 30 mins was a teaser still have some knots that need to be worked on read more

It's been hard for me to find a place that's consistent and actually effective at working out the knots in my back so I'm glad I was able to find this place through Yelp. I saw a lot of great reviews mentioning Nancy and Lana so I requested for either one of them. They're both extremely detailed when it comes to focusing on areas with tightness or stubborn knots and they really take their time making sure those spots get the attention that they need. These ladies are strong too so if you're looking for a massage that actually gets deep in the tissue, you'll appreciate their technique. The place is clean and comfortable. Overall, a really solid experience. read more

Foot massage services can be a gamble. I'll definitely be back. I had a 60min massage with Ellen and will be back for a 90min next time when I can make an appt with more notice. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, and very reasonably-priced. Ellen asked my pressure preference and provided the firm pressure I needed. A light stretch ended the massage, which was perfect. read more

I went here off the May 15th for a body massage. The day after I had bug bite marks all over my face where the pillow sits, my chest and my arms. All areas exposed during the massage. Today I had pest control to my house and he said he sees no signs of bed bugs. No one in the house has bites but me. And that it's very likely the pattern where I was bitten that it is from my massage. I'm never getting a massage again. read more

Came in to get a 90 min combination massage. 60 min full body and 30 min feet. I had really been feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately and this is just what I needed. Considering it's Valentine's Day and they are super busy they made the accommodations for me. I truly appreciated that my massage therapist Mrs. Lana gave me such a great experience.I cannot put into words how great of a massage she gave me. Very attentive from beginning to end asking me what pressure would I like and kept checking with me continuously. A 10/10 experience I definitely recommend it very affordable prices as well. read more

My wife and I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening and were seen almost immediately. I asked for the 60 minute combo massage and felt great afterwards. Requesting medium pressure was just the right amount for me. Sometimes it can feel a little painful, but that was not the case here. I felt like my tightness and tension melted away by the end. I also liked that the massage therapist ended the massage with a brief leg stretch which really helps after lying flat for that long. Great service overall and it's also quiet and clean, what more can you ask for? read more

Nancy is the blessing in the city of Downey, which is my hometown that I never knew that I needed until I found her. She takes her time and she is patient and understanding of how your body works. We were immediately serviced by the owner. A total of three of us got a couple massage as well as an individual massage. The pipes are immaculate. Music is good and comforting, and the ambience is relaxing. Will come back definitely. Thank you Natalie! read more

Massage was too rough, mostly used forearms. Not a lot of technique compared to other places I've tried before. Didn't come out relaxed. No focus on head, neck, shoulders, and lower back areas. Felt rushed and half-effort. Pressured about the tip and was rude about how much we gave. Gave another star because they took us in as a last minute walk in. read more

This is now my 5th time back and many more to go! I've gone with multiple masseuses and ALL have done a great job! The vibe is definitely relaxing, with the dim lighting, privacy of your own room, and relaxing water sounds when you initially walk in, it all just sets the tone. Also, very price friendly! I've been coming here every 2 weeks for about 2 months now. It's not the best but it's good & the prices are decent. It really depends who you get. I do not recommend the combo mix. I tried it last time I went. 60 minute full body, 30 minute foot massage. The gal did 10 minutes on my feet only after i questioned her. I've also had 2 different women end the massage a few minutes before, and only once have i been asked what level I wanted. read more

Came in for a foot massage, had an appointment scheduled, I show up to my appointment and they are not ready to take me, ask me to come back 30 min later? I made an appointment that's not ok! This is the second time they don't write down my appointment and when I show up pretend like it was a mistake. They over book clients and have them waiting long time, it is really inconsistent and inconsiderate when we make appointments! The front person in charge of scheduling had to jump in and do my foot massage but constantly talking answering phone calls, talking to clients, was not enjoyable at all! I really needed this foot rub to be relaxing as I come from long day of work and pay for the service and leave hurting because my massage was rushed because they over book clients and when they show up they rush and cut my time short. PLEASE STOP OVER BOOKING CLIENTS!!! read more

My husband and I found this place on Yelp! We usually go to an Asian foot massage place in Garden Grove but we just don't want to keep trekking all the way over there. Panda Foot Massage is 2 miles away!! We LOVED our massage! So relaxing, perfect pressure and felt amazing. We chose the couples full body and hot stone massage for $90. Whoaaa can't beat that price. They have private rooms. And for couples massages they have a pocket door that they open so you can see each other. The whole place seemed clean and there is a small waiting waiting in the lobby with a tv. I will say there was a misunderstanding with our appointment time. My husband called ahead and they said a certain time was available, but it seems they didn't write us down in their book. So when we got there no one was available. They told us another time, we came back then and still waited quite a bit. We almost left. But were eventually taken in. I'm glad we waited. But I am taking a stat away for that. They do have a punch card. Make sure to grab one. And I saw that if you leave a yelp or google review you can get $10 off. Bring cash, there's a tiny discount. read more

Great massage from Lanna. Ive been to her about 5 times. I usually get the foot massage on the way from work. I have fallen arches and I battle plantar fasciitis. I am a professor and im on my feet a lot. Even with supportive shoes, my feet are always sore or have pain. I am very experienced with getting massages and do not like to waste my money on bad massages. I try out new massage therapists for 30 minutes to find out if we are a fit. Lanna was a great fit in the first five minutes of the massage. She understands anatomy and is very precise and experienced with her techniques. I once had a boyfriend who was a certified massage therapist and worked for Burke Williams. He was amazing. Lanna is on par with him and also with my favorite massage therapists at LAX Massage So my point is, I know amazing and Lanna is amazing. read more

I was in the area and had been dealing with a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulder, so I decided to look up a place nearby. I came across Panda Foot Massage and decided to walk in and I'm so glad I did! Right away, I was welcomed by the lady at the front desk. She was super helpful and explained the packages to me. I ended up going with the 30-minute body + 30-minute foot combo for $55 cash (1 hour total), which honestly you can't beat! She took me to the back and got started right away. I didn't catch her name because by the time I walked out, I was sooo relaxed but the experience was amazing. I'll definitely be back! read more

Private room - although I wish they gave me instructions ahead of time of what was expected of me. I've only been to one other foot massage place before and they do things very differently. Dear manager/owner, I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. My husband and I had previously come for a couples massage and were extremely pleased, which is why we decided to return. However, today's experience did not meet our expectations. During my husband's massage, the therapist was answering phone calls and frequently stepping out, which made it difficult for him to relax. My therapist was fairly good, but there was a lot of talking throughout the session, and toward the end, he began shouting at another staff member, which completely disrupted the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. I wanted to bring this to your attention because we truly enjoyed our first experience and would love to return, but this visit was disappointing. I hope you can address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future visits. read more

It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.

Man oh man, where do I even begin? One word comes to mind: OUTSTANDING…read more From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Sorra at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She took the time to explain the services they offer and even asked if it was my first Thai massage, which I appreciated because it showed she genuinely cared about understanding my expectations and comfort level. But the real star of the show was Nikki. Without a doubt, Nikki is the best massage therapist I have ever had--across both the United States and the Philippines. And that's saying a lot. I came in carrying the consequences of two consecutive workout days, tension headaches from work, and what felt like months' worth of stress stored in my muscles. Nikki immediately knew exactly what needed attention. She found every sore spot with incredible precision and consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was right. What impressed me most was that she didn't just provide a massage--she educated me throughout the session. She explained the importance of stretching, muscle recovery, circulation, and how tension affects the body. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident in everything she did. Every movement felt intentional, calculated, and therapeutic. She worked diligently from head to toe, and when I requested extra attention to my neck and head toward the end, she delivered exactly what I needed. She could immediately tell how tight and overworked my muscles were. Even the way she incorporated back-walking techniques felt incredibly controlled, safe, and effective. By the end of the session, I genuinely felt like a brand-new person. The heaviness I walked in with was gone. My pain and discomfort improved dramatically, and I felt lighter, looser, and more relaxed than I had in weeks. And can we talk about the balm she used? Absolutely magical. It had that soothing hot-cool sensation similar to Bengay, but far more refined and relaxing. Not overly hot, not overly cold--just perfect. Beyond her technical skill, Nikki was simply wonderful to talk to. She thoroughly explained what she was doing, shared stories about her life and her children, and made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable. She is relatable, genuine, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to connect with. There are good massages, there are great massages, and then there are the rare experiences that remind you what true expertise feels like. Nikki delivered that experience. If you're considering booking here, do yourself a favor and request Nikki. Your body will thank you. One final touch that made the experience even more special was the tea they served after the massage. Thank you, Sorra! I had to request for an extra cup. I honestly don't know exactly what kind it was, but it was absolutely delicious. I was told it was imported from Thailand, and it was the perfect way to end the session. Warm, soothing, and incredibly flavorful--it complemented the entire experience beautifully. It may seem like a small detail, but it's those thoughtful touches that make a place memorable!

After checking in and paying up front, you get taken to your room where you can undress to your liking. My massage started on time, which was nice. I have been going to Lana for massages for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say that she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Her technique is impeccable, and she always manages to find and address any problem areas I have. She is also extremely professional and has a warm and welcoming personality, which makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments. One of the things I appreciate most about Lana is her ability to customize each massage to my specific needs and preferences. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and adjusts her pressure accordingly, whether I need a deep tissue massage or a more gentle, relaxing treatment. In addition to her massage skills, Lana is also knowledgeable about different techniques and products that can help improve my overall health and well-being. She has recommended stretches and exercises for me to do at home to help alleviate tension, and she has also introduced me to some great skincare products that have made a noticeable difference in the health and appearance of my skin. Overall, I highly recommend Lana as a massage therapist. She is incredibly talented and dedicated to her clients' needs, and I always leave her feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. read more

This massage place is amazing! The prices are unbeatable and you definitely get more than you are paying for. The owner is really friendly, nice and accommodating. They have plenty of massage beds available and plenty of staff on hand. I've been back here multiple times within the past two months and also have recommended to two others who are now repeat customers. The masseuses apply the perfect amount of pressure to accommodate you. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. If I had to make only 1 recommendations it would be for them to try to cut off the front waiting area a little more so that you won't be able to hear those talking in the waiting area. I highly recommend the foot massage, it's only $20 and you get a little bit of everything massaged. They also have promotions on their website so be sure to check it out before going in. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 years now; at least once a month for a couples massage, and it never disappoints. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and professional. The ladies here truly know what they're doing and take such great care of both my partner and me every time. What I really appreciate is how they always take my specific injuries and sensitive areas into account, adjusting pressure and techniques to make sure I'm comfortable and leaving feeling better than when I walked in. Another bonus: they offer great discounts for paying in cash, which is always appreciated. The space is clean, peaceful, and relaxing perfect for unwinding and resetting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for consistent, quality care and a relaxing experience. read more

New Chat I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Lana and I have to say, it was truly amazing. From the moment I walked into the spa, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Lana has a warm and friendly demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. During the massage, Lana was incredibly professional and skilled. She listened carefully to my needs and tailored the massage to address my specific tension points. Her technique was both gentle and firm, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Lana to anyone in need of a massage. She is truly a gifted therapist and I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.
