My wife and I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening and were seen almost immediately. I asked for the 60 minute combo massage and felt great afterwards. Requesting medium pressure was just the right amount for me. Sometimes it can feel a little painful, but that was not the case here. I felt like my tightness and tension melted away by the end. I also liked that the massage therapist ended the massage with a brief leg stretch which really helps after lying flat for that long. Great service overall and it's also quiet and clean, what more can you ask for?

Came in to get a 90 min combination massage. 60 min full body and 30 min feet. I had really been feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately and this is just what I needed. Considering it's Valentine's Day and they are super busy they made the accommodations for me. I truly appreciated that my massage therapist Mrs. Lana gave me such a great experience.I cannot put into words how great of a massage she gave me. Very attentive from beginning to end asking me what pressure would I like and kept checking with me continuously. A 10/10 experience I definitely recommend it very affordable prices as well.

Nancy is the blessing in the city of Downey, which is my hometown that I never knew that I needed until I found her. She takes her time and she is patient and understanding of how your body works. We were immediately serviced by the owner. A total of three of us got a couple massage as well as an individual massage. The pipes are immaculate. My husband and I found this place on Yelp! We usually go to an Asian foot massage place in Garden Grove but we just don't want to keep trekking all the way over there. Panda Foot Massage is 2 miles away!! We LOVED our massage! So relaxing, perfect pressure and felt amazing. We chose the couples full body and hot stone massage for $90. Whoaaa can't beat that price. They have private rooms. And for couples massages they have a pocket door that they open so you can see each other. The whole place seemed clean and there is a small waiting waiting in the lobby with a tv. I will say there was a misunderstanding with our appointment time. My husband called ahead and they said a certain time was available, but it seems they didn't write us down in their book. So when we got there no one was available. They told us another time, we came back then and still waited quite a bit. We almost left. But were eventually taken in. I'm glad we waited. But I am taking a stat away for that. They do have a punch card. Make sure to grab one. And I saw that if you leave a yelp or google review you can get $10 off. Bring cash, there's a tiny discount.

Well, What can I say, besides that it was the best experience from beginning to the very end hands down the best customer service I've experienced in such a long time with a massage location, I just have to say that was very refreshing. Thank you . My shoulders were very sore and tenselol They started off with working with me on the time, I literally made it just in time to get a quick 30 min session in with them. All the gas I wasted from being Speed Racer in order to make it work. Was well worth it. Once I got there they just let me know I obviously only had the option of doing the 30mins session but im grateful that they even went ahead and did that for me. They could've easily just locked there doors once they hung up the phone. Which that was a thought for a second but I'm more optimistic. So I was a bit confident id be able to get there lol Sorry for that excess side note ‍ lol In all seriousness the massage was hands down the best massage, if not it was 100x better than what I expected respectfully. It was honestly a perfect score in my opinion being a new loyal customer after the overall experience with PANDA FOOT MASSAGE . Foot massage services can be a gamble. I'll definitely be back. I had a 60min massage with Ellen and will be back for a 90min next time when I can make an appt with more notice. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, and very reasonably-priced. Ellen asked my pressure preference and provided the firm pressure I needed. It's been hard for me to find a place that's consistent and actually effective at working out the knots in my back so I'm glad I was able to find this place through Yelp. I saw a lot of great reviews mentioning Nancy and Lana so I requested for either one of them. They're both extremely detailed when it comes to focusing on areas with tightness or stubborn knots and they really take their time making sure those spots get the attention that they need. These ladies are strong too so if you're looking for a massage that actually gets deep in the tissue, you'll appreciate their technique. The place is clean and comfortable. I've been coming here every 2 weeks for about 2 months now. It's not the best but it's good & the prices are decent. It really depends who you get. I do not recommend the combo mix. I tried it last time I went. 60 minute full body, 30 minute foot massage. The gal did 10 minutes on my feet only after i questioned her. I've also had 2 different women end the massage a few minutes before, and only once have i been asked what level I wanted. read more

I was in the area and had been dealing with a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulder, so I decided to look up a place nearby. I came across Panda Foot Massage and decided to walk in and I'm so glad I did! Right away, I was welcomed by the lady at the front desk. She was super helpful and explained the packages to me. I ended up going with the 30-minute body + 30-minute foot combo for $55 cash (1 hour total), which honestly you can't beat! She took me to the back and got started right away. Great massage from Lanna. Ive been to her about 5 times. I usually get the foot massage on the way from work. I have fallen arches and I battle plantar fasciitis. I am a professor and im on my feet a lot. Even with supportive shoes, my feet are always sore or have pain. I am very experienced with getting massages and do not like to waste my money on bad massages. I try out new massage therapists for 30 minutes to find out if we are a fit. Lanna was a great fit in the first five minutes of the massage. She understands anatomy and is very precise and experienced with her techniques. I once had a boyfriend who was a certified massage therapist and worked for Burke Williams. He was amazing. Lanna is on par with him and also with my favorite massage therapists at LAX Massage So my point is, I know amazing and Lanna is amazing. read more

I called ahead of time to make sure there was availability and they were able to take me in within the hour of the phone call. Private room - although I wish they gave me instructions ahead of time of what was expected of me. I've only been to one other foot massage place before and they do things very differently. The massage was good. They started by giving the massage over the blanket, then they did oil and direct skin contact, then they did hot stone. Ambiance was nice. Loved seeing Tina today! Wow the massage was amazing, perfect pressure perfect technique. I got the foot massage for 60 mins. One downfall is that the foot massage area is in the front by the registers and door so when people check in or out it can get a bit distracting but wow Tina did so good that I have to go back tomorrow. Dear manager/owner, I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. My husband and I had previously come for a couples massage and were extremely pleased, which is why we decided to return. However, today's experience did not meet our expectations. During my husband's massage, the therapist was answering phone calls and frequently stepping out, which made it difficult for him to relax. My therapist was fairly good, but there was a lot of talking throughout the session, and toward the end, he began shouting at another staff member, which completely disrupted the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. I wanted to bring this to your attention because we truly enjoyed our first experience and would love to return, but this visit was disappointing. I hope you can address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future visits. read more

I was in no pressure and ran some errands before. I came back an hour later and didn't realize they have a lot of parking in the back. So when returned I parked in the back and they have a back entrance. Once I was inside I checked in and the person in the front let me know I had to pay upfront. I changed my mind and wanted to do 45 min but the didn't have the time for it so I stayed with my 30 min session. The person in the front charged me and walked me to my room and I went to lay in the bed it was peaceful and quiet. Once my masseuse came in she saw me scratching my shoulders and said "oh, got it working on your shoulders". She went to work let me tell you! It made the whole experience uncomfortable and the opposite of what you expect when getting a massage. The massage itself also wasn't great. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests. At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip. That made the situation even more uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Overall the environment, the service, and the way the tip situation was handled left a bad impression. I won't be returning.

They have plenty of massage beds available and plenty of staff on hand. I've been back here multiple times within the past two months and also have recommended to two others who are now repeat customers. The masseuses apply the perfect amount of pressure to accommodate you. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
