I try to get a massage at least every other month. I've tried many massage spas looking for my go-to spot, and I always find myself coming back here. As someone who carries a lot of stress in my shoulders and works out regularly, I really appreciate someone who can identify problem areas without much direction. The workers here are great at finding where you're tight and focusing on those areas. They also take the time to ask how much pressure you prefer, whether you like a deeper massage or something lighter. The quality of the massages is consistently great, and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you receive. Definitely worth it, and I highly recommend this place. read more

Always a great experience. This time around k had Cyndi and she was very professional and kind. I got a 90 min deep tissue with hot stones.

Excellent pressure, technique by the masseuse. They check with you and execute, very diligent. Not too strong when I asked for strong-medium, she really put her best effort. Calm relaxing clean, no interruptions and hot stones. $70 was well worth it for combo 1 hr. Gave a nice tip as she earned it, please tip them. Their wages are low and they depend on that for their pay to make it worth it. Physically demanding job to rub someone for an hr straight read more

Been coming here for years . Very Professional. I highly recommend Anna. She does an amazing job at working out the pressure points. Will definitely be requesting her in the future. If you need a great massage, I highly recommend AA+ massage. read more

This was my first time coming here. The staff was very friendly and patient while I decided what massage I wanted. The women was professional. I will be coming back in the future. The pressure is great they got all of my knots out and I felt very relaxed. The music was calming and the hot stones and oil was a new experience but felt great. I recommend this place for anyone looking to get a deep tissue or foot massage they are excellent. Thank you for the relaxing massage. read more

I stopped by on a whim this past Thursday night after a yoga class and had such a great experience. Although I didn't catch my therapist's name, her technique was perfect! The whole thing felt both calming, and effective. I left feeling deeply relaxed and slept incredibly well that night. Highly recommend! read more

The hands on these girls was exactly what I wanted tough and humble. Definitely coming back for another round. Peaceful and relaxing.

I've came here twice and the service has been pretty good. It's very clean, the prices are fair, the masseuses are really nice and accommodating. I also like that they always seem to have someone available. I've gone with Sophia twice and she's really nice and checks in on you often making sure the pressure is good. :-) oh and a plus side is there's A LOT of parking and they're not crazy about you being a few minutes late. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 star rating is because I still feel like I've had better massages elsewhere for about the same price but this is still one of my favs and definitely worth it. Oh also I have yet to go at night but the fact they're open pretty late I would say is a bonus. Def check them out I don't think you'll be disappointed :-) read more

I am still a grateful disabled customer. Prices went up to 70 bucks for an honest hour but we'll worth it and the 20 dollar tip i leave. I have moved since my first review but still drive out of my way to do business with them. Still clean as ever but getting popular new so I highly recommend making a reservation. I prefer Mia for my specialist but have found all the ladies very capable. read more

I went in for my first and requested a 30 minute massage of my back, neck and head and all I got done was my back buttocks and legs even after telling the masseuse I only wanted mid back and above for whatever reason she decided on doing my whole back , buttocks and both legs which wasn't part of the package. She totally miss listening to the customer and I ended up going home and massaging myself with my machine. I could've save $65 dollars had I known. I did enjoy the vibe in the room because it was private although she did leave the door wide open on the time she walk out of the room. read more

Very professional and great for athletes needed deep tissue sports therapy. They really know the body.

I go every week for a massage. All of the masseuse are very good and professional. It feels good to not have that awkward solicitation for five minutes. Doing Uber eats puts a lot of strain on my back. All of them are good at what they do. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. The place is clean and private. The lady was excellent and provided a great professional massage. I really enjoyed the hour. Definitely the best massage I want to go back again. read more

My husband and I love this place. Our got to spot for massages always. Also is always consistent. Have tried other places and none compare. Customer service is always great. Definitely would recommend! read more

I had one of the worst massages ever. It was so bad that I wanted to ask her to stop mid way and give me my money back. She purposely ignored the knots I had on my back. To top it off I got a friction burn from the dry towel that she used to wipe off the oil/lotion from my legs. I left in pain. read more

I come here at least twice a month with my boyfriend. We both love this place. The ladies are all attentive and excellent at their job, they know exactly where you're hurting without you having to tell them. My boyfriend and I always opt for the 1hr full body massage, it is a great deal in my opinion. The option comes with hot stones. The atmosphere is very relaxing, I can just fall asleep I highly recommend this place! read more

AA Plus Massage - Price - Massage Near Me - Lakewood, California

Was experiencing major shoulder and neck discomfort during my travels. It was refreshing to find a place that could take me immediately. The vibe entering was a bit shady though and off putting. And I've never been required to pay for a massage prior to the massage itself. But I actually enjoyed not having to worry about payment after the session. Just tip and go. The walls were thin so I could hear other sessions around me which caused a bit of unease. And the abrupt coming and going of my masseuse without communication was a bit unnerving laying on a table exposed to who knows walking by. Lastly, tipping at my usual places recommend leaving a tip in an envelope in the room or with the front counter. The awkward crowding of the exit was unnerving. I'm happy to tip but communicate and dont block the exit. I almost left it in the room to begin with, so it was uncomfortable to think what the encounter would've been had I done that. TLDR; got the job done, a bit sore a few days later, maybe mention you're leaving the room for stones, don't crowd the exit waiting for a tip read more

I had stopped by a different massage parlor, and no one was there to serve me. I googled massages near me, and I found this place. I called to find out if they could take two people and they said yes. I was glad to find someone that could help me. The man told me to go about an hour after I called since they were busy. When I searched up the address, I saw a different storefront which appeared like an alleyway. However, it turns out it is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. My mom needed to use the restroom, and the man was kind enough to let us in before receiving services. I believe the prices are fair, but I ripped myself off of an hour massage due to my busy night. I paid $40 for 30 mins for each my mom and myself, when I could have and should have paid $50 for an hour for each of us. I was nervous because I hadn't gotten a massage in a year and I didn't think I could last an hour, plus it was late. I didn't get my masseuse's name, but she did a good job. They satisfied all my requests and I felt comfortable to speak out if I needed to. My mom and I were placed in the same massage room and we were able to keep our clothes on because we wanted to and requested to. As soon as I put my face down; I smelled the cleanliness of the bed. It smelled clean. I will most definitely return for an hour massage as I feel comfortable now. I hope my review helps. Thank you! read more

I was in need of a body rub down! I was browsing through Yelp and wanted a location that was close to my home and not a chain massage establishment. I called on a Wednesday and made an appointment for Saturday (my birthday!) for a 2 hour massage. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. I arrived Saturday to be greeted by the same gentleman I spoke with on the phone and he walked me to my room. What I loved about this place is the darkness. The hallway was dark as if it was lighted only by a nightlight. I used the restroom first and the bathroom was immaculate clean! Not a dust ball in sight. Upon entering the room, it was bare: corner table with oils, massage table, rolling chair, and one painting on the wall. The room was just as dark as the hallway except it had a red light. I requested a woman masseuse and it seemed I got a bonus today. My massage therapist was a psychic! She asked me was this my first time here. I said yes, I needed a little relaxation, and it's my birthday. She said how old are, you look 25!? Boom! She got that right. She then said, not married and no kids! Ding Ding Ding! She was on a roll. She even made me blush. She then asked what I do for a living and I told her I am a teacher. She replied, high school, English?! Damn she's good! I knew at that moment, I was coming back for her to tell me what my future holds lol. 2 hour massage was relaxing. She was firm yet gentle. I was able to relax (it's very hard for me to relax my mind) that I caught myself dozing off a couple times. She did the whole body massage with oils and hot stones. Prices are decent here and I tipped her 30%. My only recommendation, please use a digital clock rather than an analog clock. The ticking of the clock was messing with my relaxation. I will definitely return for a massage and I can't wait to hear about my future! Massage therapist name is Cece! I definitely recommend her! read more

I definitely won't be back. There was a dog in the front room and it barked 3 times within the 60 minute massage I received. There was nothing relaxing about that. Like who thought that was a good idea? Massage was mid, definitely had better in the valley. When it was time to tip, the lady watched me like I was going to run out with tipping. Extremely rude. I won't be back. And please let folks know you have a dog at the establishment ahead of time. 3 stars is very generous read more

Good service and clean! Nice establishment, only complaint is the massage was too soft for my liking. I enjoy a deep tissue and it was not as advertised. read more

Update : 2023 It's been awhile since we came for a massage. As usual John was really nice for accommodating us even though they are a little busy. Our Masseuses for today did not disappoint! AA Plus Massage - Can't beat these prices with a good rub - Massage Near Me - Lakewood, California

Massages were great! We did the body combo massage A. You can either choose to do your massage in a private room, or if you're coming with a plus 1, you can both be in a double private room. Everything was clean, and relaxing. The body combo A is 40 min body + 20 min foot massage with a free hot stone massage. My masseuse was attentive, careful, and very strong! She always checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and that she was applying the appropriate amount of pressure. She walked on my back, and got in the deep fascia of my muscles. Felt a nice relief the next day, despite there being some bruising (this is normal, I was very tight and workout 6x/wk). But you can always ask for the pressure to be lighter or more intense. Highly recommended, and will definitely return! read more

I requested a last minute massage and they took me in. They were very pleasant and the massage was good. Had a bad headache and it helped ease it a bit. The only downfall was the noise from the hallway where they kept loudly talking but overall it was really good read more

This is my go to spot for a couples massage. Business is in a great location. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I got a full body massage with hot stones and oil for $60 for 60 minutes. They do have other packages, but this is my standard I generally get . I went in there yesterday with stress from another planet and ended up leaving feeling like I was in heaven. I definitely recommend the spot they can get busy so you might wanna call and check availability.. sorry no pictures. I did not take my phone in with me. But their website has some good photos on it. read more

Yoo, this place is the SH*T! I've been coming here since 2022. Ma girl Angela NEVER disappoints me! I'm someone who has very tough knots in my back, as I stress out a lot. Most masseuse's aren't able to get rid of my knots, but Angela's so strong! And the man in the front is always super patient and attentive. I luv it here read more

Walked in on a Friday after work. Asked for a full body 60-massage. The person at the front was very welcoming. Once I walked into the room for the massage, it was clean and was dimly lit. Massage was great! I only wish they would have had relaxing music to add to the experience. I will definitely come back! read more

Many husband and I have been looking for a new spot and I think we found it. They took us both as a walk in, did a great job and everyone was very nice. My only thing I will say is I I asked for just their head neck and shoulder option when we first got there, but ended up receiving a full body. Same price it was still a good message, just gotta make sure you're vocal. We will be back :) read more

Great massages every time! I love that I can make appointments for the same day or the next day!

No pressure massage at all, very disappointed. I told her to use strong or medium pressure but she just put her hands and leaned in her body weight. Usually therapists use a mixture of techniques but this was bad. I had to cut the session short and at the end felt like I was basically robbed. read more
