This is my favorite place to get a massage in all of SoCal and even Hawaii. I've tried so many places within Long Beach and the South Bay. Places are either too expensive or massages are not satisfying for the price. Hello Foot Spa is THE BEST place for price and quality of service. No matter who you go to, they deliver consistently great body work. You know how some places you go and you know they are going through a routine? It's almost like clockwork. Not this place! I swear they custom according to what your body needs. Listen, I come here so often I already received 2 free massages (there's a stamp card system. I think 10=free). My favorite therapists are Daniel and Andy. Don't let the lady behind the counter fool you. She massages too and she got a firm grip. This is a place to get your muscles worked tho. No no no. Just NOOOOO. their bathroom is disgusting!!!! This place hurt me so bad that I'm in worse pain than when I came in with. I can't even move my neck and possibly have to go to urgent care. When you walk in you get greeted by an older lady who is not very social and not very happy. She points to assign that has the prices and then tells you to come on the gentleman I had kept going harder and harder and harder and when he asked me how the pressure was, I said ow it hurts and he just laughs kept laughing for the whole massage. I would tell him to stop he would laugh He'd continue to go harder and harder and harder. He also did this pounding thing at the end and it was so hard and forceful that I couldnt catch my breathe and was dizzy. At the very end I paid and they didn't tell me that I was going to be charged to use a card (until she had my card in the system) and they ridicule me for the tip that I left. I don't usually write reviews, but I need to warn people. I called for an appointment, and the lady said only a full body massage was available. I agreed. Masseuse walks in and starts massaging HARD directly on my spine and neck. Later to find out they gave me a male masseuse without telling me. This man pushed so hard on my back and neck that I'm a bit worried that he may have screwed something up. Very unprofessional. Please go to AA+ massage down the street. It is not that much more expensive. These people have no idea what they're doing and they're going to hurt somebody. read more

This place is trash. We used to come here all the time prior to the pandemic and they were good. Couldn't beat $20 for an hour foot massage. Fast forward to yesterday, my husband, daughter and I booked appointments. We showed up 10 mins early and immediately were attempted to be unsold after stating we only wanted the 60 min foot massage for $30. The lady kept saying $5 more for combo. We didn't want the combo, because with the foot massage they do spend about 20 mins on your upper body and that's all any of us needed. So we go to back and sit, same lady again says you want combo? No. We want the $30 foot massage, she goes to the back and another woman asks AGAIN if we want the combo. WTF is the issue?! No. We want the $30. So now that both women have asked a man comes out walks to my husband and guess what he says..you got it, asks if we want the combo. At this point, we're annoyed and I told myself that if they asked again, we'd walk out. Finally we get to the massage. They do the upper body, feet, all the things right? Wrong. We walk out after leaving a $30 tip and my husband says that his upper body wasn't touched. We won't ever be coming back, I don't like to be constantly unsold and I don't like paying for something we didn't get. They've lost customers forever. Still a really great place for an affordable massage. It's a small place so if you don't like the sound of the sweet girl at the front taking calls from other customers, or the sound of people snoring, wear ear plugs. She kept going fast. She kept massaging the wrong area over an over. I looked at her and she was paying more attention to what everyone else was doing. I normally don't write reviews for spas, but this review is for my masseuse. This was my first time visiting this place, and it was way better than I thought. Not the nicest looking spa but $40 for 60mins and the quality was REALLY GOOD. My shoulders are really stiff because I slouch a lot, and the masseuse was able to work on my shoulder and neck area more with adjusted pressure. They usually offer a bottle of water, but I like warm drinks, and my masseuse Helen gave me hot tea (which was only included in the 90min package). Great service! Helen is the best! My wife and I have been coming here for the past 2 years, she always get the same masseues everytime because she does such a great job at it. Her name is Helen, she is a very sweet lady. I'm not sure what people expected from a Asian massage. They are supposed to dig their elbow into your muscles to relax them. Reading some of the comments shows me that they are being a little dramatic. But I will always suggest the $35 dollar body and table massage. Been coming here for a while. This is the best part of my week. Anna is my girl! She's the best deep tissue therapist they have here. Their English ain't so great :-) but they get the job done . I do the hour full body deep tissue for 40 bucks. Helen is the front desk lady and she tries real hard to make you feel at home broken English and all. I used to be a frequent customer here for years. The pandemic hit and I stopped coming. I just came back this past week and I was sooooo disappointed. They make you pay before your service and really did not want to sell me the massage I wanted, I just wanted the combo but the lady at the front kept insisting I buy more expensive packages. If anyone working there is reading this, when someone says which massage they want more than twice just freaking listen. Please stop that. If I said combo, it's combo. That's it.
