We elected the couples massage + one add on package which comes out to $138. We chose the hot stone add on. I appreciated that they ask you at the start which areas you'd like them to focus on and how intense you'd like the pressure to be. They brought us into a cutely decorated room. They play relaxing spa music that was like a sound bath. You undress everything but your underwear under a sheet. The masseuse's knew what they were doing and targeted our knots well. By the end of everything we felt muscle relief and mushy in a good way. Would return again. The service for the more affordable packages is worth it! Their massages are fraction the cost of how much I'd be paying there here at Maple Day Spa in comparison to The NOW. Although both the aesthetics are different from each place, I did appreciate how clean the environment is. Angela did a really good job with my deep tissue massage & added hot stones. Ok so my hubby and I went here before and we love it so much that we decided to go back again. This time my masseuse wasn't that great. I have suspicions that she was falling asleep few times coz she spasm while massaging me.. I said to my self maybe she just have spasm problem. but my suspicion confirmed when I was on my back and towels on top of my face has a gap in between my nose I peeked thru it to see. While she is seating on the edge of the bed while massaging my feet, she stop for a bit then she fell on her side and quickly bounce back to massage me I was like omg... first time ever lol.. but we still tip both our masseuse altho not that happy this time. My hubby said his is great. Also, last time we went , we have our masseuse step on our back and that was great.. this time nope.. maybe will try them again next time and hope I don't experience this again lol. read more

The whole experience was great. First, they were able to accommodate a couple's massage same day later in the evening. Due to traffic we were running a little late but still, we called and they said no problem. The massage came with the choice of an add on which was such a great addition, definitely not a feature you find at other places without extra charges. Right at the beginning they asked about focus areas, pressure, and any parts that bothered us--another huge plus. While the masseuse was good, I had brought a Groupon that I received as a gift. I had made an appointment as indicated on the Groupon. During my massage, the operator got several texts and then the receptionist called her out of the room to answer a phone call from the owner. He indicated that the Groupon was not valid and would not be honored. Then he texted the operator to show me the image of the groupon (DURING MY SESSION!) Not clear why he did not honor it, but I ended up paying for the massage myself even though the Groupon was paid for in advance, and the spa had already breceived the money for it. I would NOT recommend this business simply because the Owner did not have the sense to recognize his own Groupon and ensure that the customer had a good experience. read more
