This is my go-to massage place to help heal my aching body. It is a no frills massage parlor that keeps the prices low by not having all the fancy decor, furniture, and other miscellaneous items that other massage places have; all that fancy stuff makes you pay double the price than what you would pay here. I try to come at least once a month just to recuperate and it doesn't break the bank. All of the massages come with hot stones at no extra charge which is a nice touch. I enjoy doing the super combo massage, but they are all great packages. All the ladies are great! The gentleman in the front speaks good English and always answers the phone. I will say that it's not a quiet massage place, and it's not the most private, but those don't matter to me as I'm just trying to heal. I tune the noise out, but I totally understand if that's not for everyone. Lots of parking in the private lot. 10/10 best massage place ever . I was a bit hesitant at first because the photos online looked a little sketchy, but once we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. This was my first time ever getting a massage, and I brought my mom and grandma along , we all absolutely loved it. We chose the foot and full body combination massage. They started by seating us in chairs and soaking our feet in warm water. Before even touching our feet, they gave a short (about 5-minute) head and neck massage, which felt amazing. Then they moved on to the foot massage, which was thorough and relaxing. Afterward, we were taken to a private room for the full body massage. For the massage, you do need to remove your shirt and pants so they can properly apply the massage lotion but it was done very professionally and respectfully. As a nurse, I deal with constant back pain and came in with a lot of knots and tension in my back. The massage therapists were amazing,I could feel the difference immediately. I left feeling lighter, with significantly less tension in my back and spine. All the ladies who worked with us were incredibly skilled and kind. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Affordable, friendly staff and great massages! It's a small little spot, but dimly lit to give the right massage vibe. I've also gotten massaged from a few of their folks now, all have been great honestly. However my favorite, Yoyo! When I go back now, I always ask for her. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, since they first opened. It's fantastic. It's clean. The bathroom is very clean too, which is rare these days. I LOVE the 60 minute full body ($50). They massage both sides for me. The Super Combo (60 min body + 30 min foot/shoulders: $60) is good too, but i prefer the other much much more. LUNA IS MY GO TO! She's incredible. They tried to make me pay first once, but once they got to know that I'm a legitimate paying customer, they started to let me through immediately. I don't get offended by those things. Also, the man in the front answers the phone very loudly. I always bring my headphones and play spa music for myself. It really tunes out everyone there. I have only gotten deep tissue massages. Let's talk about my experience here. My mom got a 60 minute massage and 30 minute foot massage. She said that a deep tissue was too much pressure for her. She asked the masseuse to lighten the pressure, and they complied, and she had a wonderful massage. She did say that 90 minutes was too long for her. I believe her service was $70. My sister and I got massaged today. 60 minutes for $50, and we tipped $30 ($15 each masseuse). Usually, I don't like getting massaged by women because they are all elbow and forearm. This wasn't any different. We got what we asked for, DEEP TISSUE, wow did my masseuse go in deep on my shoulders and upper back. I do bowl, I drove a lot during my time in Long Beach, I sit at my desk a lot. But man, she barely focused on anything else. She was light handed on the legs and lower back. Didn't at all go in on the glutes. It's been 8 hours since my massage and I am sore. I anticipate that I will feel better tomorrow or the next day. I do feel more range of motion. This place is very clean (despite what the exterior looks like) and the people are very nice. The one thing I did not like about my massage, was that they do not use oil, they use lotion. I like to feel like a slip and slide when I get a massage. I would recommend this place as you get what you pay for. You cannot beat the prices they offer. Would I come again? Affordable, high quality massage in a slightly noisy environment. Great massage on a budget! Service was great. We booked same day appointments and found parking easily in the lot. My husband and I chose a $50 combination massage which included a 40min body massage and 30 min foot massage. We started in a public room for the face and foot massage. This area was more noisy because incoming calls to the shop were answered on speaker phone. (Yes, we can hear you being rude/ignorant to the front desk person- not okay). After the foot massage, we were relocated to a private room where we undressed and received the body massage. You could still hear incoming calls but it wasn't as loud or noticiable. The masseuses provided great massages with lots of pressure and stopped right on time. Since the massage was so cheap, we tipped each masseuses $20or more. Tipping 20% (which would be $10) is frowned upon in a situation like this so be prepared to give more. This isn't the fanciest place but it gets the job done. Went twice first time they said they were closed but the hours said they were still open. The second time I went at 11am they said to come back at 4pm because they were busy. I came back at 4pm for a foot massage and they upsold it into a half foot and half body massage. The linens were threadbare and gross, the chair for the foot massage was too firm and they had me move to a different room for the second half of the massage. All in all not very relaxing and all I wanted was a good foot massage which it was the first half. So I guess I might go back and be firm about all I want is the foot massage. read more

Worst massage ever. I left damaged and bruised. I repeatedly told her it was way too hard for me. Normally I enjoy hard pressure on my muscles. The force was not applied correctly and not with the grain of the muscle. She applied pressure to my bones & popped a few out of place. No knowledge of how to give a safe, proper massage. Complete disregard for my continuing to tell her that hurts, please stop. She just said ok and did it just as hard. The punching was also not on the muscles, but knocked my bones out of place. Finally after an hour she mocked me & said you said hard in the beginning and you meant medium and laughed. I should have gotten up but I didn't want to cause a scene with my friend there. She walked on my calf with full body weight applying pressure in the wrong spot and damaged my shin. She also had a SHARP finger nail that kept scratching me even when I said ow that hurts! Did not leave a big tip and the guy at the front desk kept repeating "she's very tired, she's very tired" and would not start the transaction for my friend to pay for her massage because he wanted me to leave a bigger tip. My back has been so achy and sore for a few days. I couldn't get an appointment with my chiropractor or regular massage therapist. I decided to give this place a try. It was on my way home from work. I chose to do a combo 60 minutes body and 30 minutes foot massage for $60 plus tip (gave her $20). Started on the reclining chair for the foot massage and then moved into a private room for the body. It was not a traditional massage but it was great and I feel so much better. I'm sure I'll get sleep tonight. Linda was my massage gal and Jake is the one that man's the front desk. Both of them speak limited English but I do speak some mandarin and that helped. I was offered a card that is buy 10 get one foot massage for free! This place is convenient and stays open until 9pm. They massage your feet and legs and depending on your massage selection, they might include more time for neck and back. I chose the "combo" and it went well. It'd been so long since I got a massage! Luckily, Rejuvenate Spa was located 5 minutes away from the hotel I stayed at. I didn't know if I needed an appointment, but it was randomly in the middle of the day so I took a chance and stopped by. There was no one at the front desk, so I hung around and looked at the decor in the waiting room. My eye caught the framed anti-trafficking flyer on the wall, and I knew immediately this was a 5-star spa. I volunteer at a human trafficking shelter, so I felt an instant connection. I finally flagged down a masseuse and requested a full body massage. I was immediately taken to one of the rooms and prepped. The 30 minute massage felt like an hour. I could feel the stress melt away and unknot from my body. I declined the use of feet on my back, but I welcomed the hot rocks. That was something new. Like always after a massage, I was floating on a cloud... not entirely sure how to function. I drank water and paid $30. Tip is in cash. The ladies were so wonderful, even if we couldn't communicate in English. I would highly recommend this place and would go out of my way to come back here the next time I'm in Long Beach! read more

I came here at 10:30 AM on a Wednesday seeing that their hours were from 10 AM to 10 PM. Upon arrival, the door was locked, so I called the number on the door, and the guy that answered told me that they are open at 11. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes and called again. This time the guy said they will open at 12:30 PM. I told the guy I will take my business elsewhere. It's one thing to post fake hours on their website and your door, but to lie and say that they will open in 30 minutes but Not open is unacceptable. read more

I was hoping this place would be my next "go-to" massage place, and had a high expectation due to a high rating. I asked for a person with strong hands, but the lady was not so strong. I understand her English skills may be limited but at least I'd expect she asks if she is doing OK, if it's too strong or weak, etc.. but no communications. She also used menthol with oil, which I didn't really like. My back was burning all the time while she was working on it. The place seems clean and have private room(s). It is in a ghetto-like area and there are other spas with more competitive pricing. With a $50/hr price, I don't think I'd come back here. read more
