When I paid at the end, it seemed like there was a hold on the card I was using to pay (holidays/pending transactions). She didn't have to do that, and it was extremely nice of her. I'll be back again. Would recommend.

Just what the doctor ordered (not a legit doctor) lol…read more Since I moved to Long Beach about 4 years ago, the first thing I looked for was a massage spot. I was driving down 7th street and decided to check this place out. Everytime I walk in I am always immediately greeted by the gentleman working the front desk right by the entrance. I usually asked for an hour massage but they have a few options. I usually decided on the 30/30, which gives you 30min body and 30min foot massage. I always pay up front which I am totally cool with and then I get guided to a private room to undress and get into a bed. Shortly after they come in and ask if you want the massage medium or hard...I of course ask for hard because that's how like my massages. I will say they are very good with giving you what you pay for if that includes time, products, and service all around. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk with offering you the service and payment ls to the actual massage. I have been coming here religiously for years and anytime I have friends or family in town I make sure we stop by for a nice relaxing time. They also offer gift cards for beautiful gifts and don't worry about parking, tons of parking in an open lot. Hope you enjoy your visit as much as I always do. SYoY :)

From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice and the whole place felt very calm and relaxing. I especially loved that the room stayed quiet during the massage. No unnecessary conversation, just relaxing music and the chance to completely switch our brains off for a while. We both left feeling more relaxed than we have felt in a LONG time, which honestly says a lot! I don't remember the names of both of our massage therapists, but the gentleman who worked with my husband was wonderful. Ross had nothing but good things to say about him and how much better he felt afterward. My massage was just as good, and the cupping was a great addition. We both felt like we really needed this, especially with how much we've been working out (and working) lately. We were so happy with the entire experience that we're already talking about making this a monthly thing, or at the very least every other month. Definitely coming back!

But they attempted to up sell me for an hour session and I communicated again this was a gift for someone else being paid by a gift card. Now, my partner did share this was one of the best massages he has received in long time! But, come to find out they booked him for a 60 min massage and then hit him with a larger bill. The staff at the front desk was unable to navigate applying the gift card QR code to the invoice. I was really disappointed with how the service transpired and not to mention over budget. I would advise booking in person so there is no confusion about services requested.

As someone who carries a lot of stress in my shoulders and works out regularly, I really appreciate someone who can identify problem areas without much direction. They also take the time to ask how much pressure you prefer, whether you like a deeper massage or something lighter. The quality of the massages is consistently great, and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you receive. Definitely worth it, and I highly recommend this place.
