Location: It's located near Anaheim St and Long Beach Blvd. It it centrally located near many awesome breweries and eateries Parking: street and meter parking. Atmosphere: spacious, nicely decorated entrance and check in area. Staff: Always friendly with great smiles Gym: The gym has about 4 walls. They're all for bouldering. They have all kinds of obstacle courses ranging from easy, to hard, to competitive. It does seem like their grading system is graded slighter harder. It's usually is nicely ventilated if they open the doors since there is no AC in the gym area. Bathroom: Clean and spacious. They have about, toilets, lockers, and 5 showers for you to clean up after the intense workout. They also have a sauna in there if you have time to relax. They used to have coffee scrub for use in the bathroom, I guess they took it away after Covid. Just ask the staff for towels if you wish to use the shower. If you're an avid climber, I highly suggest checking this gym out. There are so many obstacles here that provide lots of training to improve your climbing techniques!

Such a relaxing and peaceful entrance and overall atmosphere. We started with breath work which blew us away, at one point we felt like we were levitating it was so good (and comfy) and then went into the cold plunge, saunas, and hot tub. There was plenty of different types of saunas ranging from red light to two person, and a newer larger sauna. Just a complete serene and calming experience from end to end you forget that this place is someone's backyard. Our 90 minutes flew by, however we were not rushed out or felt hurried to leave. Would absolutely come back again.

The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I will definitely be back for more healing and rejuvenation! Free street parking in the residential neighborhood.

What drew me to this place were the various services they offer: infrared sauna, compression therapy, salt room and other self-care treatments! I booked with the owner who was kind to share there was an upcoming special so I booked my appointment on the day of the special she had running. Thank GOD for the special because they are a bit pricey, imo but it is worth the coins. Arrived early and was able to get a tour by the receptionist (didn't get her name) showed me around everything was clean, well organized and a vibe. My service was compression therapy with Camille and apparently I'm a G (self-titled) because I was told after my session that most first timers are recommended to get 45 mins -- mine was 1hr. The therapy was like a combo of detox, massage with applied pressure and HIGH heat. It has low, medium and high setting mind you you're wrapped up and drenched from head to toe when you're done. What I loved most was the attentiveness and care Camille took with me. Explaining everything. Made me feel comfortable. Checked in on me during the session. Helped me get fluids in (because you can't move that much with the wraps). Camille is truly so sweet and I would love to do future sessions with her. At one facial I was talking about my mom and Laura asked me if my mom's name was Judy. I was surprised and said yes, and then Laura told me she was a client too. Laura was only able to connect the dots because she knew my mom, not just as an appointment but as a person. The kindness and empathy Laura expressed to both of us during the last year of my dad's life was so appreciated.

Here's why I love it:…read more* The Gym is well lit, has all the equipment you'd need, and is never too crowded (or empty) to help us stay motivated to work out. * The Studios have great marked spots for each person, with instructors who bring the energy and fun to their classes. Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. Check it out!

I decided to join Club Studio for these following reasons: aesthetically pleasing to the eye,…read morebigger space, better equipment, and less wait time on equipment. (I would give them a 5 for this.) I also thought the cost would be a huge motivator to get my butt into the gym more often! The reason for a 2 score: I'm an experienced yogi, 10 plus years. My yoga practice was developed in small owned yoga studios where care for asanas were taken seriously and instructors adjusted your movement, hands on, to make sure you were doing everything safely and accurately. I can't seem to adapt to the fast paced, hands off dark dance club vibe of corporate yoga studios that are, unfortunately, popping up in every mini mall corner nowadays. Club Studio yoga classes are just that. Firstly, classes blast music with lyrics so loudly that you can't even hear the instructor. For the love of God, why, just whyyyyyyyyy would you blast a depressing song about heart break while you're trying to get your students to follow your instructions and focus on their mindful asanas? I can't hear the instructor clearly because it's literally like two people talking at once: the instructor and the singer belting out his/her song! Lol! There are hundreds of amazing, energizing tribal techno instrumental beats ( no lyrics) to choose from that would elevate the classes and enhance the yoga experience. Also, it's hard to see the instructor well because of the annoying night club blue hue that is equally distracting. It's mind boggling that the instructors, let alone the company that owns Club Studio, are not mindful of this. I would think that this is probably very frustrating, intimidating, and discouraging for new students who are trying yoga for the first time ever. I promise most people ( the younger generation) aren't complaining because they think loud, dark yoga is the norm. I leave their yoga classes more irritable than at peace because of all this ridiculousness. Also, the support blocks that they have are falling apart and soft like kitchen sponges, giving no secure stability. When I used it for the first time as a prop during warrior 3, it caved in and I almost fell over! There are also little wear and tear holes/marks on most of the blocks. I recommend that they upgrade them to quality, hard cork materials for a safer, more stable support. In addition, I'd rather not bring my own yoga mat, but I have to because the thin spongy yoga mats they offer are so oily and slippery so you need utilize a long towel to make it function correctly, ever time. You speak about wellness and the importance of fitness but your yoga classes are dangerously unsafe. The reason I'm so upset is because I stopped putting money in yoga classes outside this gym so I could then focus on the yoga classes offered with my over $200.00 monthly membership. I'm really disappointed in what they offer in their yoga classes. Not the quality I would expect for this type of pricing. PLEASE offer more yoga classes with a variety of teachers and styles for those who don't want loud pop music or darkness. I am now going to spend additional money to go back to my old yoga studios that don't use dance club lighting or blast loud lyrics that take over the instructor's guidance. Do better, Club Studio. Your members are paying for quality. Fast, loud, and a night club feel is not that unless your a 20 something raver.
