This is a great bouldering gym located in the heart of Long Beach!…read more Price: it's $10 for a day pass, which is pretty cheap compare to the other climbing gyms in LA. I usually get in for free since my friend has a gym membership here. Location: It's located near Anaheim St and Long Beach Blvd. It it centrally located near many awesome breweries and eateries Parking: street and meter parking. Atmosphere: spacious, nicely decorated entrance and check in area. Staff: Always friendly with great smiles Gym: The gym has about 4 walls. They're all for bouldering. They have all kinds of obstacle courses ranging from easy, to hard, to competitive. It does seem like their grading system is graded slighter harder. It's usually is nicely ventilated if they open the doors since there is no AC in the gym area. Bathroom: Clean and spacious. They have about, toilets, lockers, and 5 showers for you to clean up after the intense workout. They also have a sauna in there if you have time to relax. They used to have coffee scrub for use in the bathroom, I guess they took it away after Covid. Just ask the staff for towels if you wish to use the shower. If you're an avid climber, I highly suggest checking this gym out. There are so many obstacles here that provide lots of training to improve your climbing techniques!

How they could decide not to include air in a gym located in Los Angeles boggles my mind. Infested, they have vermin and I was eaten by some kind of bug, I don't know what because I couldn't see them but I left with so many bites. To top it off, the staff are rude and you have to agree to let them send you promotional emails when you sign the waiver. This place is for Instagram, not for training.

Such a relaxing and peaceful entrance and overall atmosphere. We started with breath work which blew us away, at one point we felt like we were levitating it was so good (and comfy) and then went into the cold plunge, saunas, and hot tub. There was plenty of different types of saunas ranging from red light to two person, and a newer larger sauna. Just a complete serene and calming experience from end to end you forget that this place is someone's backyard. Our 90 minutes flew by, however we were not rushed out or felt hurried to leave. Would absolutely come back again.

The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I will definitely be back for more healing and rejuvenation! Free street parking in the residential neighborhood.

What drew me to this place were the various services they offer: infrared sauna, compression therapy, salt room and other self-care treatments! I booked with the owner who was kind to share there was an upcoming special so I booked my appointment on the day of the special she had running. Thank GOD for the special because they are a bit pricey, imo but it is worth the coins. Arrived early and was able to get a tour by the receptionist (didn't get her name) showed me around everything was clean, well organized and a vibe. My service was compression therapy with Camille and apparently I'm a G (self-titled) because I was told after my session that most first timers are recommended to get 45 mins -- mine was 1hr. The therapy was like a combo of detox, massage with applied pressure and HIGH heat. It has low, medium and high setting mind you you're wrapped up and drenched from head to toe when you're done. What I loved most was the attentiveness and care Camille took with me. Explaining everything. Made me feel comfortable. Checked in on me during the session. Helped me get fluids in (because you can't move that much with the wraps). Camille is truly so sweet and I would love to do future sessions with her. I was on the waitlist for a 7:30 PM class and was only added at 7:00 PM--giving me just 30 minutes' notice. That evening, I came down with a fever. Wanting to be considerate and avoid getting other members sick, I had my partner go to the front desk in person to explain the situation and cancel. Despite this, I was charged a $10 cancellation fee. When I followed up, I was told they have a strict 'zero exceptions' policy. While I understand having rules around attendance, penalizing members for acting responsibly when ill, especially after being added from a waitlist on such short notice, is poor customer service. The facility and classes are great but this really rubbed me the wrong way.
