I came in as a first-time customer with a Groupon for an exfoliating deep-pore cleansing facial. During the intake, Brittany asked all the right questions and quickly realized that my recent use of Tretinoin made it unsafe to proceed with that treatment so close to my appointment. The treatment by this place was insanely bad. They asked for confirmation on the day of hooking - we completed, and then again on October 17. We confirmed again. They then tried to confirm multiple times the day of when we were clearly going to be driving there and not paying attention - and claimed our appointments were cancelled due to not confirming. Obviously we are coming if we have confirmed and purchased the appointment. They're claiming since they don't have a credit card on file they had to cancel, when we had already purchased the vouchers. And on top of this, they have also said that they cancelled appointments due to Covid 19. However if this the case then why was a masseuse servicing clients in the salon when we arrived? They obviously do not have their story straight on whether they have canceled for purposes of COVID 19 or for not confirming the appointment when we were clearly already confirmed. If you want to purchase a groupon voucher and attempt to be serviced here - do not do it. They do not value you as normal customers and will put you through BS. If you really wanted to confirm the appointment you would have called us instead of texting the morning of appointment. Additionally, if you were cancelling due to COVID 19, since when is canceling an appointment 20 minutes before the appointment proper etiquette? RESPONSE: Why would I pay for a $40 deposit when I have already purchased my vouchers? What sense does that make? What kind of business practices are these? And how many times exactly must I confirm my appointment? 10? 15? Clearly you don't know how to run a business. Additionally - no one used profanity until your employee or "manager" got disrespectful and nasty so we matched her nasty energy. We wouldn't want to book here anyways since you have no respect for customers and no common decency to not cancel an appointment when the customers are outside. You have a disgusting business practices and are awful people. We will happily take our business to Spa Riveria which is a MUCH better salon with respect for people! read more
