The one time I did speak to someone, they were calling me with a lot of noise in the background and they tell me they were on a school field trip with their kid. i found that to be unprofessional . when i f/u again they hung up on me because i was asking why she didn't leave a message in her alleged return call to me. I requested a refund and was told that "the website" says no refunds. well guess what?! I didn't sign any legal document stating there are no refunds while in person. and I never needed to go on her website given the fact that the original contact was via phone. if I need to report this to the BBB I will. This is by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL spa I've ever been to. You can refund me for the TWO facials of FOUR that I did not receive. These people don't even provide courtesy reminders. Worst botox experience I have ever had. I paid for 40 units of botox (the highest dose I get) - I waited 10 days and saw NO results. Zero. When the botox was administered, the "nurse" didn't have me make faces or feel for the muscles in my face, I felt very uncomfortable with her "eyeballing" the muscles in my face. I have never had an appointment where the nurse does not map out where the injection sites would be. I confronted the business, explained my issues and even drove to the site to prove that there were no results from the "botox"; the response from the "nurse" was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I am not convinced that the nurse/dr. is legitimate, I am not convinced that actual botox was administered, definitely not convinced that it was done correctly, and the fact that this business is okay with keeping my money when there was absolutely zero delivery of the service they sold me speaks volumes. This place is absolutely amazing--the staff, the atmosphere, and especially the owner, Brittany. Everyone was so gracious, compassionate, and wonderful. I came in as a first-time customer with a Groupon for an exfoliating deep-pore cleansing facial. During the intake, Brittany asked all the right questions and quickly realized that my recent use of Tretinoin made it unsafe to proceed with that treatment so close to my appointment. I was disappointed at first since I'd been looking forward to it (especially while going through some personal challenges), but Brittany immediately offered an alternative of a refreshing, relaxing facial instead by the wonderful Bianca who really blessed me. The spa is spotless, the environment is calming, the music is relaxing, and the team made me feel so welcome.
