Visited here for a friend's birthday to escape and relax. It is hidden on a residential street in Long Beach with ample street parking, we visited on a Sunday morning and there was plenty of spots. Such a relaxing and peaceful entrance and overall atmosphere. We started with breath work which blew us away, at one point we felt like we were levitating it was so good (and comfy) and then went into the cold plunge, saunas, and hot tub. There was plenty of different types of saunas ranging from red light to two person, and a newer larger sauna. Just a complete serene and calming experience from end to end you forget that this place is someone's backyard. Our 90 minutes flew by, however we were not rushed out or felt hurried to leave. Human Aeon is a hidden sanctuary tucked away in a gorgeous house in Belmont Shore. A wellness oasis offering guided breathwork (about 30-minutes), meditation, cold plunge, hot tub, an outdoor steam sauna, an infrared sauna and a beautiful, Zenned out garden to lounge around in. The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. Last Saturday was my second time there and it was so the reset I needed. We start off with breath work, Vanessa is great, she walks you through everything and does an amazing job encouraging you as you step into the cold plunge "you can do hard things" and "focus on your breath" the sauna and the jacuzzi were a nice reward. This is something I highly recommend. I've only ever done the sessions with Vanessa, but she clearly cares about the work and is very friendly. read more

Sean, the manager / breath work facilitator made me feel comfortable and was so supportive during the cold plunge which was brutal but incredible. You can get a day pass to try for $80 and they have a discount for first timers. I brought my husband here for his birthday and it was even more wonderful than we expected. We had never done anything like this before ever. Sean led our breath-work and guided us through the contrast therapy process. I especially appreciated how he explained that what we would be doing that day would be challenging. Love my experience here. I brought a friend and Challenge my mind in the cold plunge, and then the sauna warmed us back up for some healthy recovery.
