So so good. I've gone a few times now with friends and it's A. Super cheap. Only $5 cash per session and B. Such an amazing way to de-stress. I've had class with Molly each time and she is so encouraging, calming, and has the best playlist. The environment is very much about your skill level, so as a beginner I didn't feel intimidated at all. Tip: bring your own mat or check in on Yelp to rent for free. Also, pay in cash because it's a dollar extra on card. Saturday's they only accept cash.

The minute I stepped into the Studio I felt home! Such a warm and beautiful comunity! Every single instructor is amazing, caring and super professional! What a bunch of beautiful souls. I'm so grateful they are offering such an affordable class price so everyone can practice. I love yoga but I just can't afford the 15-20 dollar class in other studios. I'm so happy we have them! Million thanks!!

Took my first class here today! I signed up for the $20 for two weeks new student deal. The instructor Salem was amazing and lead us through a great and relaxing Vinyasa class. The room is so pretty and is just a really nice and relaxing space to perform yoga in. Really looking forward to the next classes I will be taking!!!

Now it's $938.70. This company is insane. I cannot recommend enough not doing business with them or you will be dealing with them for years. A Nightmare with Discovery's Billing and Leadership While my son's medical treatment was acceptable, my experience with Discovery's administrative and financial departments has been an unmitigated disaster. For nearly two years, I've been relentlessly trying to get them to submit a claim to my son's secondary insurance. Despite countless emails and phone calls, I've been met with an endless cycle of excuses, including claims of missed emails, misdirected communications, and empty promises of escalation and follow-up within 24 hours--promises that were never fulfilled. This gross incompetence has resulted in me paying approximately $3,000 out of pocket. To compound this frustration, Discovery inexplicably sent a fraudulent charge of over $400 to a collections agency. When I disputed this erroneous claim, the collection agency itself confirmed that Discovery verified the amount was invalid and ceased their collection efforts. It's clear that Discovery's insurance billing, accounting practices, and overall leadership are severely dysfunctional. Their operational failures have caused significant financial strain and immense personal frustration.

She would have a better understand of what I was talking about. What I love about Mrs. Amie is that even thou she wasn't my therapist to start with she has never pick sides or favor one more then the other. About 1 year ago my boo and I had to relocate to the Bay Area and this had been super hard for both of us but more I feel for me since I had to give up everything that took me years to build. That being said I was getting really really depress but being about to still have Amie as my therapist and couple therapist. I truly feel like she has saved my life. I need to write this review so I can stop thinking about this neglectful shithole excuse of a "Teen…read more& Parent Wellness Center." Let me explain. I was a client here about a year ago for depression/suicidal ideation, I "graduated" and tried to leave it behind me. However, any reminder of this place even now brings me extreme discomfort and ruins the rest of my day, sometimes the next until I can get it off my mind. To respect the privacy of all involved parties, I will need to leave out many details, most irrelevant to this review. I will also not speak of anything regarding the legality of ROWI's operations and practices. As a client, I was driven nearly to suicide by the horrible care here. I saw another client commit self harm as a direct result of the staff's actions and nothing was done. I saw another client experience a panic attack due to a staff members actions, they were told something (I couldn't hear but it sounded annoyed) then left to sob and hyperventilate in the open where both staff and other clients could see. I, as well as other queer clients, were told some very transphobic/homophobic things by other clients and mothing was done, not even a reprimand by the staff. One client was called a racial slur by another client and nothing was done. Briefly, I even had to abuse drugs just to make it to the next day. I never developed an addiction. The program was focused solely on meeting a quota so the insurance companies would keep paying. We had several "groups" over the course of the day, interrupted by lunch around noon. This means we have to sit in an uncomfortable room and do some activity decided by Staff member or visiting associate (the professionality was a mixed bag), regardless of our needs. These groups never once had a positive impact on me, despite their intention and description. Completion of the group activity was prioritized over all else, especially the client's health. They had two therapists, one gave a fuck about the clients and the other gave a fuck only for their own inflated ego. The building itself wasn't too bad. It was a bit dirty in places and had the most corporate looking furniture I've ever seen; something that looks good in pictures but when people actually occupy the space it becomes obvious that it's only function is to look good. I spoke with my mother about her experience and she agreed it was shady. She was never told about anything, even things that could've been dangerous to me or others. As of writing this, I still cannot pass the intersection by the location I went to without feeling a sharp and painful anxiety. I am not a naturally anxious person; I wont stress out for an upcoming test, event, etc. But even now, just being in that area puts me on edge. This place fucked me up worse than the traumatic event leading to my hospitalization. For obvious reasons I wont go into that much, but to illustrate, it included self inflicted (intentional, yet mild) traumatic brain injury that has effected my memory permanently. If you are a parent with any care for your child, do not send them here. If you are a client, then I'm sorry. Get your child a quality therapist, get family therapy as well, and if your teen needs something safe to occupy their days, find them something that will at least prioritize your teen's wellbeing and health. I hope this finally gets it off my mind. I hope this helps at least one parent save their teen the suffering, or helps a teen get through ROWI just a bit easier. I just want this place out of my head so I can leave it behind. To the parent yelp reviewer who lost their son: my heart goes out to you. I hope he rests peacefully. I hope as well you can find some comfort in knowing you aren't the only one to suffer from this facility's neglectful practices towards teens and their brazen dismissal of caregivers. Stay strong; all good days will pass, yet our darkest will end as well. The sun will always rise in the morning to burn away the tears of last night's grief.

And it will certainly impact you mentally. Mental clarity and the ability to be most connected with the best of who we are, requires effort and focus. While we have to do the work, finding the right therapist to help us navigate that path should be one of the first steps. I don't need to tell you how qualified Erin is because you can see that on her website. I'll tell you about my experience with her. Erin made me feel at ease and safe from day one. She has been consistently open-minded, non-judgmental, and empathetic. She is a good listener and a good communicator. She worked with me to create a session flow that works for me, and has often provided me with tools to help me continue my progress on my own. If you have faced fears about therapy, or have had difficulty finding a therapist, give her a call. You deserve it!

I never like to leave a review that isn't positive, sadly, my experience with Erin was…read moredisappointing. She is a great person, she had a great energy. However my joint session with my ex-husband and Erin was literally the turning point of the failure of our marriage. He was a complete narcissist, and during the session, I remember clearly discussing something heavy and crying, and my ex was literally "shooting the shit" with her, talking over me (typical dismissive gaslighting behavior I was accustomed to)...and she was chuckling with him. Ignored me as I tried to finally open communication with him. Then she literally looked at me and in front of him, said, "I think you are the problem." So the "safe place" turned into another episode of the 'Todd Show'. Humiliating beyond belief and I felt like I was thrown under the bus of my own trip to healing. WTF?! Well, years after our divorce, I am happy, self-sufficient, and healthy, which is what matters the most. Maybe she could've been more present during our sessions, she didn't even remember some extremely traumatic events in my childhood I shared. Which is hard enough to do as is. Take notes, please Erin. That experience with you still haunts me to this day and I often wonder, had I selected a therapist with more experience, maybe I wouldn't be a single mother now? She is a great person, I did feel comfortable with her so I don't mean any harm with this review. But I am the one with these depressing memories of what could've been....everything happens for a reason? Or did I manifest the end of my union by hiring her. Sadly I flaked on the last of the appointments because I didn't have the nerve to tell her I was angry and disappointed.

My first 2 sessions were ok, I thought they would improve, but did not. She spent the time just talking with me, which I understand as a way to get to know me in order to do the hypnotherapy. But after 7 sessions, I stopped going. She wanted to just chat even after I told her I wanted to do the hypnotherapy on 2 different occasions. Seems she doesnt know how to do it, maybe wants to be a psychologist. She did do one "hypnotherapy " but it was 10 minutes and just a basic guided imagery meditation, which I can do on my own. The sessions were supposed to be one hour long, but she kept running over to 2 hours and then charging me for it! I told her that it's her responsibility to keep the time, not me, and then to charge me more after the agreed amount and time, is outrageous. I paid for 10 sessions up front, as she said it would take time, but we werent doing anything. I've already had years of talk therapy and that's not what I wanted to spend $100/hour on. I can get talk therapy for $40/hour. Even with the package, she gave me a slight discount, but when I asked for a refund on the reminder, she refused and said she could give it to me as a gift card. I explained that theres no way I could gift her services since shes not providing the services she advertises and I'm unhappy with. I do not recommend her.
