So far, I love it!! They made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. I've been to other yoga studios in Orange, I won't say any names, that acted very snotty the whole time. I love the fact that they offer affordable classes and at very convenient times. Don't let the prices fool you: the classes are taught with the same intensity as the other more expensive studios. This small studio in Orange has been my saving grace to long, stressful work hours, by offering Vinyasa Yoga classes at 8pm every week night. Their low drop in rates make yoga accessible to almost anyone, including nearby Chapman College students. The space is clean and parking abundant, and although there is a dance studio adjacent that sometimes can be noisy, by the time class gets going, most of the noise subsides. The instructors offer a variety of pose levels to keep things challenging. I'm very happy to drive out of my way to practice here. Namaste! read more

I took a class here a week ago with my sister. It was well needed not only for me to utilize parts of my body that I've neglected and be challenged so at my own pace. I needed the negative energy in me to be dispersed away and there; I was able to do so with the techniques guided by the teacher. I still think about that class and what I learned in there about the energy we receive and by the time I left; I felt great about how I let go of it with fierceness and a sense of peace. I was hoping to find a yoga studio where you can pay as you go since my family life right now isn't consistent. I love the $5 a class concept! My first session was this morning with Cosette and it was great. She took time to make sure we were all doing the pose correctly and gave tips to insure we were. I have gone to 2 other classes instructed by Erica and Christine and they also managed their classes like Cosett. I love this yoga place! I've been to three classes here so far, and I've really loved all of my experiences! The studio is beautiful and has a serene and peaceful energy, and all of the instructors I have met are so kind and welcoming. I'm really loving all of the focus on alignment during class as well! I recently went to a New Moon Sound Bath. I wanted to share the amazing experience! The musical/sound journey was nothing I had experienced before, but reminded me of the vibration you feel at a opera or a music festival but intimate and personal. The energy was soothing and comfortable. I understand the experience is different for everyone, however the energy allowed me to feel relaxed enough for the sounds to tap into my psyche and experience the perfect visualization that represent the new moon energy! Amazing!!! Came to an 8AM class on saturday tonight by Christine. The class was absolutely amazing. I think there were maybe 10-12 of us there, so it was nice and small. Today was my first time here. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. The studio was large, clean and sunny. The cost for each class is just $5. Check in was easy. The instructor, Molly was kind, demonstrative, and positive. It was a great experience and I'll be back. read more

I love this place. This is the only place that I have come across that offers $5 yoga sessions. I love Restorative Yoga on Thursdays with Christine. She is an amazing instructor. Her classes are $15/session. The only downside is the parking lot is small. They tell you where you can park on their we site. read more

My favorite place to go for yoga! Smaller class sizes allow for more one on one help with poses. A lot of places I've been too will not offer individual help through out the class to avoid messing with the work flow of the class but the instructors here will always take a few seconds to help you with adjustments. Great studio for beginners. All the instructors are very helpful and friendly. Just make sure to show up 5 minutes ahead of time because parking can be hard to find on the lot sometimes you'll have to park on the next street over (which is on Batavia). They will also be offering private lessons soon for newbies that are afraid of going to a larger class at first. And the beast thing is that all classes are only $5!! read more

This was my first time here and I loved it. Julia , the studio owner, is a super friendly and kind instructor. She has really created a place that makes yoga accessible in so many ways--price, teaching style, easy to find location. The studio is on the first floor of The Citrus Building. The parking lot is small so I would prepare to find parking on the street. On Batavia, there is street cleaning Tuesday mornings. There is also a gun partnership with Mead's Saturday morning where you get yoga and a smoothie for $10. I look forward to seeing this studio grow and flourish. read more

I am in love with this place. After moving and loosing our favorite studio we've looked for over 6-months to find a new one in the OC that fit our vibe (and that we could afford). Then came Our Place Yoga. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and comfortable. The staff, Julia, is so sweet! And both instructors I've taken class with were great! Alex is amazing with giving guidance when wanted. The flows are challenging enough for more advanced yoga students and yet simple enough for beginners to follow along. And there is complete freedom to come as you are and practice where you are. Plus, every class is $5 and they have a pretty broad schedule open. i almost don't want to review it because I want it to be my secret :) . Simple, affordable, all levels, all body types, open and friendly atmosphere. I've been doing yoga since the mid-90s and waiting so long to find a place that hadn't bought into the trendiness that came about in recent years. This place is so true to helping students find their own practice for whatever reason they came to yoga (and not about how cute they look in Lululemon). It's been over 3 years since I've stepped inside a yoga studio, but I was recently inspired to get back to my fledgling (at best) practice. Our Place is the perfect place for someone like me. It was inexpensive enough to talk me out of my excuse not to go. Julia, the owner, and Connie, my instructor this morning at the 9am class, were both super nice. The class was tiny (just me and one other person) and Connie was wonderful about helping adjust my positioning so that I finally got the right stretch for downward facing dog (did I mention my practice was "fledgling" at best?!). The space is open, with great lighting and energy. Totally welcoming and non-intimidating. I'm excited to go back regularly and support this studio. read more

Our Place Yoga is my refuge. I've never been too committed to any form of exercise but my body and mind are addicted. Every single instructor is amazing at their craft and very personable and kind. I have been to other yoga spots that can be pretty pretentious and this is far from it. I am entirely grateful to Our Place Yoga. From the second I step in, I feel at home.
