Overall a nice private sauna to be at. The ambiance is very appealing and calming. The sauna was able to hit 160° this time. Although it has a hard time maintaining it if you step outside for some water or anything really. The magnetic lock on the bottom was a little wonky, and you can still feel the breeze from the outside seep through the bottom. The shower still has the hard water and everything to it-- so they're not properly maintained. I understand having normal wear to the showers but if it's properly cleaned between users then it shouldn't look that way. I used suite #3 and attached photos. read more

Bad taste in my mouth. Horrible 1st experience. Both my friend and I wanted the membership before our 1st visit/experience. The girl was rushing us and didn't explain the halotherapy. Then once I figured it out during the session, I asked to add on the halotherapy. It didn't work. I had to ask for a switch out. She didn't believe me so she tested it (during our first session) then the 2nd one didn't work for 15 minutes like she said. Then we were told our time was up and we didn't get to take the cold shower (which was a promo for trying out the sauna) she said that was including our time and we met our time and they are now closed.. conveniently closed. We found another spot- with way better customer service. read more

I love this place! I had a membership here for a few months during the winter and I fell in love! They have an app so it's super easy to book. The place is always spotless and I love that I can watch a little TV while I'm sweating in the sauna. I also enjoy being able to shower right afterwards as an option. read more

my wife and i had a session at Perspire Sauna Studio this past Tuesday. it was my first time and they were very friendly. i was given a tour of the studio and their amenities. i was impressed with the cleanliness and the rooms available. everything was explained before we actually started our session in the room. i tried the sno shower after my session - very similar to a cold plunge- it was invigorating and was right in the same room, so it was very convenient as well. afterwards we were given information and options about memberships. they were informative but not pushy. i don't know if i will get a membership but it was a great experience and i would go back again. read more

I love how I feel after the sauna! Wanted to start this review off on a positive note but need to explain the 2 star review. Other than the previous other low review about cleanliness, Management Team does not care to take care of their customers. Policy: You get 90 days to use your membership visits. You can pause every other month. But be aware that if you cancel, all your unused visits disappear also. This was never clear when we signed up. I was always told the visits were good for 90 days from purchase. When I called to cancel, the girl who picked up said she had to ask her manager to see if the last visit I still had, could be honored, or if I could pause another month. She said she'd call me back to confirm. I never received a call back. Level of care: note that there are no trash cans or trash baggies in any rooms except the bathroom. I've recommended this suggestion to management. They put on a kind face and said that was a good suggestion but there have been no changes since. Why even ask what you could be better if you don't genuinely care? Through the first few weeks that they had opened, you can tell that as the opening day became further and further, their level of care also became distant. The staff are amazing, helpful, and informative, the vibes are very peaceful the pricing is amazingly reasonable and it doesn't take up much of your day I was in room 3 which came with a shower so I could feel even cleaner and more relaxed , I also use the packet of sweet sweat which helped me sweat even more if I was a cartoon character I could've been rung out and filled a pitcher or two with how much it helped me sweat the eucalyptus towel was very cooling after my shower I put it on my face felt so refreshed they don't pressure you to get a member ship or a package I felt relaxed and refreshed once I was done you can bring your friend or partner with you for the same price come as empty handed as possible and not a lot of clothing I do wish they had a place to hang my clothes if you chose a shower room they do have complementary shampoo conditioner and soap or you can bring your own the time frame is for both the shower and the sauna together not separate you can watch tv, play music , or nothing at all , you have the option to wear little to nothing or if your comfortable no clothes there is a door that closes so no one sees you (private room) I will be returning the have a shower the comes from above as well but it cost extra ( like a cold plunge but you're standing) read more

Finally a sauna studio that's not too far! Taylor was friendly and answered all my questions. I love that it's a private space and some of the room also have their own private shower. Amenities were super clean too! My only complaint which is NOT to the fault of the studio at all... but it was so noisy on the other side of the wall. I could hear loud banging sounds the whole time. But it's because there is a bakery next door and the room I was in must have been a shared wall with their kitchen. Will try to book a different room next time. This was a super relaxing experience I really needed. I was fortunate enough to score a free visit with my yelp account status. The staff was very friendly and even gave me free high quality alkaline water when I told them I forgot mine. The session, 40 minutes, was just enough time before feeling too hot. The different light impulses were soothing. The red light therapy very comfortable and calming. I don`t think the membership would be a great value for me due to my busy schedule, but I will definitely be back for another session or two. And yes, once I have more free time I would totally go more frequently! read more

I recently visited PERSPIRE Sauna and was looking forward to experiencing their facilities, especially since it's a newer establishment. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. The sauna itself, while promising in concept, didn't feel as fresh as one would expect from a new facility. I noticed dust in certain areas, and there were visible marks on the walls and debris on the floor. Cleanliness is such a key part of a relaxing and rejuvenating sauna experience, so I hope the management addresses these issues promptly. That being said, the concept and potential of PERSPIRE Sauna are great, and with some attention to detail and upkeep, it could truly offer a top-notch experience. This location was my first introduction to infrared saunas, and I fell in love immediately. The ambience is super relaxing with a minimalist aesthetic. Navigating around that area can be a bit annoying depending on when you go, but don't let that deter you. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the location. Just a warning to others - Room 6 is excessively loud. I use my sauna sessions to meditate and mentally check out for 40 minutes..unfortunately it's not possible in that room even with my earbud volume up all the way. I assumed it was construction next door, since it legitimately sounds like a garbage truck the whole time. Turns out it's the business next door doing dishes, so it doesn't sound like that will change anytime soon. Just something to be aware of if you're wanting a relaxing experience, Room 6 isn't it! read more

Its clean and helpful the irony is that you come here to relax and unwind and release the toxins. However the application will cause you the stress you are trying to relieve. You cant book online and when you call to book they don't answer. Also when you call the nearest location it all goes to a central line and if you get the wrong location while driving they cant transfer you. So you cant try to be spontaneous. Also beware if you plan to take a break use up all your visits before putting it on pause. They make it sound like it's easy and work with you but really its not. You will loose money and your vists. There is no pause incase of emergency you can only lower your membership. But you will always be paying about $80. If you pause your account and haven't used up your visits you loose them even though you paid for them. Its a SCAM really. great when it works how it should but rarely does it. Oh, by the way, if your membership was open with a location that has showers even though you don't use them, you will pay more for your membership than those locations that don't have showers that they didn't tell you either I had to find out by accident only because I was trying to pause. Also, when I requested for a manager to give me a call to figure out how to pause my account no one ever called me back. I had to hound them for an answer. read more

I recently tried Perspire LBX with their $20 trial. The facilities were clean and impressive, but I faced issues with minimal information on different sauna room settings. The staff seemed new and inconsistent, making the experience less enjoyable. The second time around we booked room 6 with a cold shower/cryotherapy. I highly recommend requesting a tour of the facilities and learning of the different rooms when experiencing the $20 trial. We enjoy the benefits of the infrared sauna so we did move forward with a membership. We were told we could book out since we found out for ourselves that we preferred a specific room. We did book out for an entire month, only to be told we couldn't book so far ahead, despite our membership. Working in the same business complex, I was intrigued by a $99 deal offered by the owner to the local businesses however, never heard back in time. Im not sure if it's a strategy to limit the number of people taking advantage of the offer. Overall, while the sauna has potential, these issues made my experience less than satisfactory. read more

I just had an awesome experience at Perspire! This location is brand new and has SNO showers, which are basically like cold plunge showers. It felt amazing to use the SNO shower after my sauna session. There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash available to use after you're done so you can go about your day afterwards and not have to rush home to shower. I really enjoyed my experience here and can't wait to make this a regular part of my self-care routine. read more

She was really knowledgeable about the benefits of using a sauna and cold showers, I had so many questions and she patiently answered me, plus she was friendly and pleasant! I was informed about some deals they had, such as a discount with a purchase of 2 sessions and their non-commitment monthly memberships. I'm still on the fence about purchasing a membership because it's a little pricey for me at this time, but I think I'll at least try it for a month sometime this year and see how it fits into my budget because I really enjoyed my time, the room set up is so relaxing and I'd love to start my mornings with the sauna and a cold shower. read more

I have been recovering from Pneumonia and the heat in the Sauna helped clear my lungs and sinus' so I can finally breathe without coughing . I was so excited to hear that Perspire is in Long Beach and have read so many great things and the benefits of infrared saunas and have been meaning to try it but the locations of the other saunas was too far. So glad that they're in Long Beach Yay! We tried the introductory session with snow shower, and it was a wonderful experience. They provide towels and eucalyptus towels that elevated the relaxation. The TVs in the rooms are a nice touch so you can play your favorite music while in the sauna. The red light therapy and different light therapies are really nice and relaxing. It's a 40 min session and we had our temperature up to 160 degrees and it was very comfortable and perspired incontrollably. We experienced the snow shower that was in our suite and it was super cold. I wasn't able to last for the full 45 seconds, and understand the benefits of cryotherapy. After the session, I felt so relaxed and my skin feels phenomenal. read more
