I've come twice now to assess their hyperbaric oxygen chamber for Long Covid illness. I was ready to move forward with their $7000 package deal for 20 sessions, but I found their environment to be too chaotic. Lots of cooks in the kitchen with different information. There's a lot of people working there, but it felt like they weren't working together, and therefore communication was disjointed, and knowledge of different treatments varied wildly. The only doctor that I sensed had credibility and understanding was Dr. Nealy. Dr Brown lacks bedside manner. Anyone with a chronic illness with high sensitivities won't be able to put up with this environment. They don't understand complex illness here. I don't feel that the staff is consistently trained in empathetic communication. But if you have a sports injury, I'm sure this is a good place to go to

Checking was smooth, Cassandra helped us get checked in and led us to our rooms. Cassandra went thoroughly on what the experience consisted of. Made our visit pleasant. The pod itself can fit 2 if you go with your better half. In our case I decided to schedule us for different rooms so my bf could relax and enjoy the experience. There's a shower in the room to shower before(optional) and after the Float therapy. Towels are provided. I do recommend you take sandals for use when getting out of the pod. Float therapy is 60 mins but you can walk out at any time if you don't want to stay the 60mins in there. You do have the option to close the pod or leave pod open.
