Went to the spa for the first time and I must say this is the most beautiful space, everything from the decors to the comfy furniture is absolutely beautiful. Tamara was able to answer all of my questions regarding the benefits of the infrared red sauna, I loved the experience, all of the beautiful smells, the cold wash cloth covered in eucalyptus was so refreshing at the end of the 140 degree sauna, also enjoyed some hot tea, there where many flavors to chose from. Absolutely amazing facility! I had my own room with all the privacy desired. I forgot the owner's name but she was very friendly and helpful. I only paid 25 bucks and had close to an hour in the sauna. I finally know what it feels like to be a rotisserie chicken as I was cooking myself at 145 degrees! I've been coming here pretty often this year, and I would have to say that this is by far my favorite place to be. As you walk in, the relaxing scents of essential oils immediately eases your mind and body. It's truly a haven to just get away for a bit. Tamara, the owner, is super accommodating and sweet. She greets you and makes sure that you're all ready to go before heading into the room. You get to choose 2 essential oil scents for your personal sauna room. In the room, you get infrared light therapy, a guide which provides the benefits of each light color, and a remote to change the color. The sauna also has a Bluetooth speaker where you can play relaxing music or a guided meditation which I like to do. My favorite part of this establishment is the privacy. I get my own room to myself with music, heated towels and robes, and a lavender infused cool towel towards the end to refresh. I look forward to visiting every time! read more

I can't say enough about this place! Tamara is so sweet every time I come in and knows exactly how I like my sauna session to be, hot as I can get it, 3rd heater on, and eucalyptus oil. She is also great at communicating appointments and keeping it all organized. Yes the sauna is warm, kind of the point, but you don't have to be at 160 degrees to feel the benefits. I feel so refreshed after every session. My skin glows, my face and body acne has cleared up, and I love the mental game of how long I can I can stay in for the 40 minute session. This is my fav infrared spot. I have been to some others before and while they were nice, this place just does a couple things extra that puts it above them all. Tamara is amazing and so welcoming to every guest that comes in. She personally takes you to your room, lets you pick the temp, aroma therapy scents and walks you through the process. She has a very calming presence about her and that is felt throughout the place. While this place doesn't have TVs with netflix, you can hook your phone up via bluetooth to listen to your music or do guided meditations (my personal fav). If you don't want to hook up your phone, there is calming music playing throughout the studio as well. **Pro-tip -- the restaurants downstairs get busy and parking can be a little rough. There is plenty of overflow parking in neighboring lots (not far at all, like 4 aisles over) or even some in the back. Make sure you give yourself some extra time to find parking. Also, don't come hungry because when you leave the studio, you'll smell amazing food :) read more
