My visit to Salt Me Halotherapy in Los Alamitos was pure zen -- a space to breathe, slow down, and let the stress melt away. Highly recommend for deep relaxation and especially if your skin is feeling irritated lately! I've been suffering from dry eczema spots and this helped speed up the recovery! From Himalayan salt caves to rejuvenating salt sauna and red-light therapy, there's something for everyone. Perfect for couples, friends, and families with kids too! Plus open late till 5 pm or 8 pm (Tuesday and Thursday) depending on the day. DID YOU KNOW...? Red light therapy boosts cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and promotes smoother, healthier skin by stimulating collagen production. Halotherapy helps clear the respiratory system, supports skin health, and promotes relaxation by inhaling microscopic, mineral-rich salt particles.

I was brought to this wonderful, small business by one of my very good friends who has a membership.. He speaks very highly of the staff and experience, and I was not disappointed!! Upon entering, I was greeted by Riley and a huge smile! She was extremely helpful and right away made me feel comfortable. I had never experienced a salt room or anything quite like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. She was very kind and showed me the restroom, robes and towels. I was lucky enough to experience everything that they have to offer! I started with a session in their sauna, it had beautiful Himalayan salt bricks as one of the walls. Then, after sweating it out in a beautifully clean sauna, I was taken to the salt room. Upon entering the salt room, I immediately felt calm. The room had a nice calming blue light, and you can truly feel the effects of the salt room immediately. After we were done with 45 minutes in the salt room, we then continued onto the infrared light therapy. The entire experience and day was absolutely excellent! I cannot say enough about the experience, the staff and this business! I have struggled with multiple sclerosis for over 14 years now, and I can say that this definitely will start to become part of my program of staying healthy, and the sleep after was amazing!!! If you were wondering about this business, my advice would be to go! Immediately!!

I have been to other salt therapy facilities, but none quite like Salt Me Halotherapy. My sister and I bought the package that included the sauna with salt, the salt room and finished with red light therapy (which also included salt). All three were amazing! The inside was very cute and very clean! The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. They do offer lockers and robes. Tip: bring a bathing suit to expose as much skin as possible to get the maximum benefits of the salt and bring water with you - they do not provide water and you will get thirsty. We will definitely be back!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Salt Me! As someone who struggles with severe allergy issues and breathing problems--especially during allergy season and cold weather--I was desperate for relief. Since I started receiving Salt Therapy treatments, my breathing has significantly improved, and I finally feel like I can take deep, clear breaths again. The owner and staff are absolute angels, making every visit a peaceful and welcoming experience. The treatment center is incredibly calming and serene--the rooms are beautifully designed for relaxation and healing. One of my favorite parts of the experience is rubbing my feet on the salt floor during my treatment--it's soothing and adds to the overall sense of well-being. I also love Lilly works with us, Clinical Counseling with Tselane, as we facilitate our Healing Hearts Sound Baths at this wonderful establishment. Combining sound healing and salt therapy creates a genuinely holistic and rejuvenating experience. If you're looking for a natural way to breathe better, feel better, and relax, Salt Me is the place to be! I highly recommend it!

My lungs felt they needed a little help this morning so I googled salt rooms. (My chiro says first sign of trouble... get to a salt room!) I really liked the fact that I could go right onto the site and book an appointment at 6:30 am for a 9 am same day appointment. They sent confirmations which was nice. I arrived and it was really nice! Lily was very helpful she showed me the rooms. She was knowledgeable etc. I chose salt therapy and red light therapy. It was in a private room. It was very clean and nice. I felt really good afterwards!! I definitely will be going back!

Beware. My toddler caught Hand Foot Mouth after playing with the toys. I hesitated writing this review bc I don't want to shame the business or scare off any parents from experiencing Halotherapy. Salt Me offers a relaxing and fun experience. They offer a great deal on Mondays ($25 per kid, parent is free). My friend and I enjoyed a playdate in their large salt room. Lots of toys to keep the littles entertained. The salt room is a cool experience. The next day, my little guy woke up with a high fever and proceeded to develop blisters around his mouth, then feet, then hands. Doctor confirmed it as HFM & recommended Calamine lotion and Tylenol. I called Salt Me them know, they said that they sanitize toys in between session. I'm not sure their procedure... but it makes sense since sick kids go there to cleanse their respiratory systems. Again, not here to shame the business. Just want to share my experience and give honest feedback. As an adult yes, I would enjoy this halotherapy experience. As a parent, maybe not during cold/flu season.

Absolutely amazing!!! I cant say enough good things about this place! A true GEM! The red light therapy is amazing for adults. My husband and I had a date night in the salt room for 2 and I'm taking my 2 youngest boys to a play date in the family salt room so they can breathe in the salt particles to help heal their lungs, while they play with the trucks and toys in the "sand," aka salt. This new hot spot is amazing for the whole family! Family owned and operated by a local family.

Loved the red light therapy and salt therapy combination! Helped clear out my allergies and phlegm. I'll be coming back

They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.

K Spa is in a corner shopping area with a big parking lot. It was surprisingly busy on Saturday but I was able to find parking. The staff were very friendly. As soon as I entered the locker area I was greeted by one of the staff that asked me if it was my first time. She showed me where all the different areas were. The facilities were pretty clean. It was a busy day but it did not feel overcrowded. Everyone was really respectful and it was not too loud. I like that they provide some common amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairspray, and qtips. I brought my own shower supplies and they had convenient baskets where I could place my products while I showered. They constantly brought out fresh towels as well. The towels are small so if you want a bigger towel you should bring your own. Inside the women's area they have warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, steam sauna, and dry sauna. They also have a seated and standing shower area. The scrubbing area is in the back past the pools. They have a clock so that you can keep an eye out for your appointment time. But the scrubbing women do come out and call out for your number. I got called in a little before my appointment time. They do recommend you arrive 30mins before your appointment to soak in the tubs. The body scrub was really nice and the lady was very nice. It was a relaxing scrub with a good amount of pressure so I felt that she was getting the dead skin off. They also put product on your face and hair. The hair/head massage felt really nice and the products left my hair feeling soft. They give you an envelope to tip but they also have zelle and venmo if you do not have cash. The common area is smaller than the other spas I have been to but very nice. I did enjoy the salt room. Everyone was really respectful and kept pretty quiet. There is also a kiosk where you can order from the cafe. They text you when the order is ready and you have to go back out to the front to pick up your order. They provide slippers for you to put on and then you can bring the food back to the common area. The kiosk has limited options. For more food you can go to the restaurant itself with your spa clothes. The restaurant is very small so gets busy quickly. The food is delicious though.
