Been coming here for over 2 years. Sarah provides the best massage therapy and I'd recommend her to anyone who needs therapeutic massages!

Lizzy did an incredible job and alleviated some of the discomfort and strain that I was experiencing in my neck and provided some suggestions for stretching. Will definitely come back. read more

I've been wanting a massage for months and with Covid it's obviously been difficult but since OC has the go to open I decided to go not because we can but I was having really bad back pain and my usual place is closed so thanks to yelp I found Elements for Wellness. I called the number and it was a voicemail so I decided to call later. I went to work and later got a voicemail and the friendly lady told if I needed an appointment to just call or text this number. So I asked if they had a availability the next day and they did! I got a confirmation text that says when you arrive to text your massage therapist and they will let you in the building. Once I pulled up, I text that I'm here and she cane immediately and let me in. We walk and as I was observing the place is basically a bunch of suites and each suite is a different business. So I walk in the suite and filled out some paperwork. Used the restroom (it was nice and clean!) the. Started my 90 min massage and let me tell you it was AMAZING! Leny was able to release a lot of tension in my lower back and it feel so much better afterwards! I will be coming back and just referred my husband too! read more

I have been going to Sarah for deep tissue massages for years. Although I love Sarah, I am always open to giving her new therapists a try. I've had two sessions with Lizzy her newest massage therapist so far. Lizzy has quickly been able to evaluate exactly what I needed during our sessions. She has provided a relaxing environment putting me at ease during treatment sessions. Lizzy is warm, personable, and responsive to making subtle changes when the pressure becomes too much. She has an empathetic and caring approach. Lizzy is a positive addition to Sarah's business. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and peaceful. read more

LENY was absolutely awesome! I got a 90 minute massage with aromatherapy and I absolutely want to come back. I workout daily so I have some really tight spots that needed help -- she managed to find all those spots even when I forgot to mention them. My lower back, hips and neck needed it! I appreciate that there was very little talking during the massage because it allows me to relax better. Only to ask if I was comfortable/okay/ or to adjust pressure. A total gem of a spot! Give it a try! read more

I normally go to a normal massage place until my last visit hurt me and their lack of professionalism in massage techniques showed. I've always had lower back pain, but recently it has gotten worse due to sitting in an office all days with poor posture lol. The last masseuse kept rubbing harder and harder and it hurt so bad that I thought to never come back. Found this gem while browsing for new massage therapist with professionalism kept in mind. Was able to make an appointment for the next day with Leny. With COVID, they have you check in with your therapist via text message, which I actually prefer instead of awkwardly waiting around outside. The facility is locked and can only be opened from the inside, so that controls how many people are in the building. They definitely take their policies seriously. Upon meeting Leny, I can tell off the bat that she's easy-going and friendly. Really makes sure you're comfortable and listens to your needs. Compared to a normal massage location, her techniques are different and hurts just enough! No pain, no gain. I'm writing this a day after my appointment and I'm happy to say I feel better about my back compared to getting many massages at the other place. Leny can really find your knots and work them out... had a knot in my neck I would've never found EVER LOL. Paid intro pricing of $90 (compared to $105) and they have a special 3 visit package pricing @ $90 each which I opted for because after my massage, I could tell she would make a huge difference moving forward. Also wanted to note that the room is small, but something about it feels cozy and inviting, yet you could tell it was a professional massage facility. TLTR, way better than a normal massage facility, Leny is awesome and will take great care of you. Thank you, Leny! I will be back. :) read more

All I can say is, I wish Leny would massage me everyday and I would die a happy woman. Hands down one of the best massages of my life. You won't regret booking! read more

I hadn't received a massage for a few years but have been working out a lot and my body really needed one. I was so thankful I was able to make an appointment with Lizzy. She is so professional, very sweet and listens well to her clients. The massage was perfect with the right amount of pressure for me. Lizzy gave me an evaluation after the massage on areas that were tight and tips on how to stretch those areas out. Thank you Lizzy and Sarah! I'm glad I found you! read more

One the best massage places in the area! Leny is amazing and I would highly recommend her! The place is clean and nice, conveniently located in Cypress by the Hobby Lobby. read more

This review is long overdue. My mom was getting massages from Sarah for about a year and a half. She was very caring and attended to my mom every single session. My mom had back and shoulder pain due to taking care of my heavy (macrosomic) baby. Sarah was able to relieve most of her pain. I am so sad we moved to Riverside county/Lake Elsinore area. We haven't found anyone to give my mom massages quite like Sarah did. read more

I contacted elements for wellness after being in extreme pain in my lower back. After discussing my symptoms the therapist determined a therapeutic massage would do the trick. Just hours after the massage I'm already feeling relief. The salon itself is very peaceful and has a spa like feel to it. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks for helping me heal! read more

I love when she said her hands is like GPS it can find the right spots and indeed she was right. I highly recommend this place and I'm looking forward for my next visit. I've been seeing Sarah for massage monthly for at least five years and I can honestly say those sixty (sometimes 90) minutes are always incredibly looked forward to. Sarah is not afraid to get deep into those knots and leave you feeling the best kind of sore and refreshed. Her massages are amazing! I can attest to the fact that her deep tissue muscle work is top notch. Without her, my back and neck would be a solid rock. She is very knowledgeable and listens to both you and your body to give you the best care possible. Her work ethic and professionalism blends perfectly with her cheerful and always friendly attitude. Her new digs in Cypress are very nice and create a soothing atmosphere that gets you in the mindset for an hour or so of self care. I would follow Sarah anywhere, though, she's that good! read more

Elements for Wellness is my all time favorite massage place to go! I have probably tried 15+ different massage places over the past 10 years, and this place will forever be my last place I ever have to look to get a massage! To be honest, I've been to massage places from Orange, Westminster, Huntington Beach, even more south Orange County, LA, Anaheim, Pasadena, Long Beach, Cerritos- and really, nothing compares. I have daily, intense neck and shoulder tension, and I have worked it into my self care routine to come to this place monthly. My migraines have lessened and my 24/7 knots have become less noticeable! Pros: -Massages are very targeted to problem spots and tailored to your needs. Nothing about this massage place is generic. -Workers are super knowledgeable! My questions about my body are easily answered with anatomical/biological terminology which I really appreciate. -Communication is great- I know I can trust workers here and will see results. -Room is private, clean and comfortable. Found in the Phenix salons. -Packages and gift certificates are available- which I appreciate because I will be coming here for life! Trust me, this place is life changing...Thanks so much Elements for Wellness! You're guys are the best! read more

Leny and Sarah came through again! A few days after having the best massage of my life my son had a very stiff neck and a tight muscle in his back. Leny worked the knots out and he was back to normal the next day. My other son canceled plans with us on Saturday due to his girlfriend's stiff neck. Once again, they came through with an appointment Sunday afternoon; she came out a new woman, thanking me for recommending Leny and completely free of pain. Not only will you get a great massage here but rapid response to requests. I can't say enough about Elements; Sarah for helping to work them in and Leny for having magic hands! Thank you, Ladies! We all will be back. read more

I recently moved to OC from the Bay Area and was in need of a knowledgeable massage therapist. Sarah has been an absolute angel, after I told her my past injuries to my lower back she was able to make me walk painlessly again! I see her every 2-3 weeks and I always look forward to the relief. Her private suite along with the aroma therapy is comforting and relaxing. She is an absolute pro at pressure points, which can sometimes be painful but her intermittent transition back to a swedish/soft massage makes the experience much more comfortable!! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone with chronic pain in need of relief, and anyone looking for an all around phenomenal massage. read more

Sarah receives the highest recommendation I can give. I have been a loyal client to her for 8 years and I can attest that she is truly the best. No matter what physically ails you, you can believe that Sarah can help make it better. She is a massage master of many different techniques and knows exactly how to apply each one to your specific problem. Her prices are very reasonable but even if they weren't; her treatments are well worth whatever it costs. The massage environment is very relaxed and she is just the most down to earth girl in the world. Please stop reading this review and go book a session with Sarah today. You will thank me later. read more

Had my first Massage with Lenny and let me tell you she is amazing! I had a 90 minute massage and wanted her to focus on specific areas of my back, neck and hips which she did. I enjoy firm massages and Lenny can definitely take care of the hard to release muscles many of us have. The business is very clean and organized and there is plenty of parking which is great! Thank you Lenny and Elements for Wellness for an amazing first experience. I will be back next month! -Jessica read more
