I've been wanting a massage for months and with Covid it's obviously been difficult but since OC has the go to open I decided to go not because we can but I was having really bad back pain and my usual place is closed so thanks to yelp I found Elements for Wellness. I called the number and it was a voicemail so I decided to call later. I went to work and later got a voicemail and the friendly lady told if I needed an appointment to just call or text this number. So I asked if they had a availability the next day and they did! I got a confirmation text that says when you arrive to text your massage therapist and they will let you in the building. Once I pulled up, I text that I'm here and she cane immediately and let me in. We walk and as I was observing the place is basically a bunch of suites and each suite is a different business. So I walk in the suite and filled out some paperwork. Used the restroom (it was nice and clean!) the. Started my 90 min massage and let me tell you it was AMAZING! Leny was able to release a lot of tension in my lower back and it feel so much better afterwards! I will be coming back and just referred my husband too!

LENY was absolutely awesome! I got a 90 minute massage with aromatherapy and I absolutely want to come back. I workout daily so I have some really tight spots that needed help -- she managed to find all those spots even when I forgot to mention them. My lower back, hips and neck needed it! I appreciate that there was very little talking during the massage because it allows me to relax better. Only to ask if I was comfortable/okay/ or to adjust pressure. A total gem of a spot! Give it a try!

    Do they give prenatal maasges?

Hi there! Yes absolutely we do prenatal. We are honored to take care of expecting mommies!!

Hello, I was wondering how the place looked? I want to come here for my birthday and have like a spa day with my girls. I wanted to know if the place also had somewhere we could get our nails done after relaxing?

AJ, the owner, is a cool dude...and his wife is great too. AJ is definitely a talker and very upfront with the rules, but they're simple and reasonable. As long as you listen, respect the space, and follow directions, your visit will go smoothly every time. Rinsing and washing off before and after is mandatory, which honestly just keeps the place clean and enjoyable for everyone. They're open daily Monday through Sunday, opening at 12pm and usually closing at 2am...sometimes later depending on the day and request. Walk-ins are welcome. Cash is preferred, but they do accept credit cards as well. The rooms are very intimate and relaxing. Some rooms include a sauna, and all rooms have a shower. The lighting is moody and adjustable from bright to dim. Radios with Bluetooth are available, blow dryers are provided, and they supply full body towels and washcloths. You're also allowed to drink and smoke inside the rooms. Cups and ashtrays are provided, and if you bring a drink that comes in a glass bottle, they give you a plastic container to pour it into since glassware isn't allowed in the rooms for safety reasons. It's a solid, well-maintained spot that's clearly been doing things right for a long time. I highly recommend Neptune's Lagoon and will forever book a visit here whenever I'm in the area.

We hop in the car, drive 20 minutes, and I'm already halfway in vacation mode thinking about how nice it's going to be. We walk in the door and the girl looks at me and says, "We're closed." I literally check my watch, it's 40 minutes before closing. She then hits me with, "We only have one girl working and she's busy." Busy? Busy doing what, practicing origami? Playing Candy Crush? If you only have one person working and she's booked, why on earth are you telling customers to drive down like you're running a spa at the Four Seasons? So instead of a full body massage, I got a full body workout pacing around the lobby wondering why I wasted my gas. Here's the move... show up early (at least 30 minutes) before your appointment. Head straight to the wet room, shower off, and sink into the hot tub to soak first. This is not optional in my opinion... it primes your skin and makes the scrub about 10x more effective. There's a cold tub, too, if you're into contrast baths. When my service lady (Sunni) called me for the scrub, I was already loose and ready. She went to WORK with those scrub mitts and honestly the amount of dead skin that came off was both alarming and deeply satisfying. Smooth and polished is an understatement. My skin had a whole glow-up right there on that mat. Shower off again, back to the mat, and then the oil massage. I asked for firm pressure and she delivered exactly that. No guessing, no awkwardness. You just tell them what you want and they handle it. She also did a facial and washed my hair. Included in the cost. Fabulous! After I was done, I had full access to their sauna rooms and the sleep room, but the clay ball room is where I ended up today. You literally lie down on warm clay balls in a heated room and just... sink in. Feels healing in a way that's hard to describe. Like the earth itself is giving you a hug. Walked out refreshed, relaxed, and glowing. Already thinking about my next visit. Lux Spa, you never miss.

I felt a little sad reading some of the negative reviews for 128 Luxury Spa, so I wanted to share…read moremy experience specifically for their Diamond Glow facial service, which is what my review is based on. I purchased a package of four sessions and have been visiting them for the past few months. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. The manager/owners are always welcoming and helpful, and they consistently make us feel like VIP guests. The front desk staff are also very kind and take the time to explain the different services they offer. Parking: Turn right once you enter the white building. Parking can be a little tight on weekends, but it's still manageable. When you arrive, you'll wait in the lobby where there's a comfortable couch. They provide slippers, a locker key, a clean white robe, and a towel. After that, they bring you to the locker room, which has one of the nicest bathrooms I've seen at a spa (complete with a Japanese heated toilet!). Once you step out of the locker room, your esthetician will be waiting and will kindly ask you to remove any jewelry before starting the treatment. I've had the Diamond Glow facial with Thanh and Tulin, and both have been wonderful. I always leave with glowing skin. The extractions are done gently (make sure to tell them if the exfoliation gets close to your eye or if the pressure is OK) and the treatment also includes a relaxing shoulder, neck, and arm massage. They really take their time and make sure you're comfortable throughout the session. Honestly, it's probably one of the best Diamond Glow facials I've had--and I get facials quite often! After the facial, they bring you to their VIP lounge area, where they serve hot tea, snacks, fruit, and water. There's also a steam room available. The overall ambience is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. Some of my friends have also tried the head spa and massage services, and they all had great experiences as well. I'm not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but perhaps management could ensure that all therapists maintain the same level of training and consistency in service quality. I agree not having the therapist use their phone during a treatment! I'll be coming back soon to try their Vampire Facial and massage, and I'll update my review with the results. Overall, my experience has been a solid 5-star visit, and I highly recommend it--especially if you're coming with a group. I've gone several times with coworkers and we always have a great time!!! She paid attention to the spots I wanted focused on and worked out all of my knots! However my massage was definitely not 60 minutes and got cut by 10. It didn't help that when I checked in they hit me with paperwork I had to fill out which honestly should've been sent prior to my appointment. But overall the massage experience was decent. Head Spa: Ruby was my esthetician. Felt like it was more of a facial and mini shoulder neck massage than it was head focused. Was offered red light therapy in the beginning, didn't get it. The head massage hurt more than anything and was not relaxing. NO HALO WATER. Like what!? Water was lukewarm to cold the whole time, and when I was getting my face and neck rinsed off it felt like I almost got water boarded when I had a towel over my face and water just came pouring down on me. When it came to the blow dry, she must have had the heat up to the max because it was burning my scalp. This whole experience was just rough. If you want a nice scalp head spa experience, I'd recommend Luvinage. I might come back for a massage, great emphasis on might. I'm sure they have other services and treatments that are great, however, this was not it.
