Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, etc.. When I ask the person behind the desk this question she responded "Have you ever had massage before?" I replied "yes". She quickly snapped back with, "Then why are you asking me about the massage? Massage is the same everywhere!" Before I could even respond she was opening the door to go back into the service area the spa. This is extremely bad customer service. I only hope that they do not treat every person that walks in the door this way. I would never want to give these people my hard-earned money. For I am certain that this is not a place that I would be able to relax and heal my body.

I know I am tight and tense, I am a long distance runner so I know what I was up against but I was feeling the pain days after. The man seemed to be unhappy with the tip I left, although I couldn't understand what he was saying-- I felt guilty for some reason so I left an extra $10 and he seemed happier. I would stick to the women if I were to return, my first experience here was wonderful but this last time was pretty terrible.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. This was honestly the worst massage I've ever received. Then, after only about 1 hour, the woman giving me the massage told me we were done. She then said she would only charge me $200. I got up to leave expecting to receive the $100 difference back, but when I asked for it, she suddenly said she didn't understand English. The owner then disappeared into the back room instead of coming out to resolve the situation. I drove 30 minutes for this experience and left feeling completely ripped off and disrespected. If you're going to charge premium prices, the service should at least match--and if there's a pricing issue, the owner should be willing to address it directly. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
