They did apply a sheet mask, but there was no hydration. When we left I had to immediately go home and moisturize my face. The vibe there is that it's a different kind of service. The lady's were nice, but I do want what I pay for. I would have asked for a refund, but I think I was so shocked and stunned by the whole experience that I just wanted to leave. I only hope that they do not treat every person that walks in the door this way. I would never want to give these people my hard-earned money. For I am certain that this is not a place that I would be able to relax and heal my body.

They primarily speak Chinese, but Jack would always check in to see if I'm feeling okay. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a thorough deep tissue massage.

However, when I tipped $25 for both of us on a $100 bill ($104 after paying with card), the cashier lady gave me this awkward laugh and asked, "Are you paying for both?" She was giving off such a weird vibe, almost as if I wasn't tipping enough. Then she started talking to the other male staff in Chinese, most likely explaining the situation. God knows what she was saying, but it completely killed the relaxing vibe. People need to understand that if you want customers to come back, it's not just about the actual massage. It's the whole experience, including customer service. You can have an amazing massage, but one uncomfortable interaction at the end can completely change how someone feels about the entire visit.

I love this place it's the third time I am back! The most relaxing massage ever! I usually come in here and book 30 minutes. They take appointments and walk ins which great! The receptionist is super sweet and she answered all of my pesky annoying questions without giving me attitude. On the down side there are only female therapists. I've came in to see Linda ever since the first time I came here. She gives the best massage hands down. I had an ache in my shoulders and also lower back she was able to relieve the tensions. It is absolutely relaxing. I timed the therapists from when they first put their hands on me and started and my end time and I was not disappointed. They don't rush you and it's also on time! I love places like this that doesn't rush customer in and out. I've been to another place that massaged me for only 20 minutes and kicked me out the door, but not here! I checked the clock and I had 10 minutes left and Linda gave me a facial massage too. I get a short mini facial and a full body massage. So I highly recommend my fellow yelpers! 30 minutes is $40. Grand Opening with a NEW owner and NEW management. The new receptionist is HOT! They have a happy hour special every day from 9am-3pm which the rates are 30 minutes is $30 and 60 minutes is $50. I just went ahead with the full hour. CMT qualified massage. I timed my massage since the last person here said she only got 40 minutes of her 60 minutes massage. I highly recommend coming here. The therapist that I got her name was Linda she really dug into my knotts and gave me a completely relaxing massage. I had a horrible time the last time I was here but this time everything went great and smooth! New Management and New Owner = New Quality of Service. I visited Softly twice last week because I really liked the massage given by Diana. The first time I only tried it for 30 minutes, but the second time I splurged and went for 1 hour. I felt totally relaxed both times when she finished with me. She was quiet and professional, with a very sweet personality. I was having lower back problems and she made me feel like I had just taken a Japanese bath- very relaxed and warm. I was pleasantly surprised because she didn't pressure or hint about any extra "services". When I am in the area again I will definitely return. I hope Diana is still working there. read more

I came there after a long day at work and another reason is because this is a grand opening massage place that is very closed to my house. The massage was not too bad, but the massage therapist whose name is Kelly made me so scared by the way she talks to other therapists on phone and people working there (I tjink she is also the owner). I also noticed that my 1 hr massage wasn't a full hour, it was more like 45mins. They also don't give you clothes or a gown, which was a bit strange. They ask you to get naked and place a towel over you. I'm just glad the towel seemed clean and washed. I kept my mask on the entire time and noticed the masseuse had hers on too. I probably won't be coming back, but can say I got a decent massage before dinner!
