And then on top of waiting nearly 15 min for the lady to come in the room she was about 5 min into the massage when she asked if I wanted a body to body whatever that means.. after asking for just a regular medium to deep tissue massage the massage lasted another 10-15 min max before she said the 30 min was up but I was looking at the clock and only 18 min had passed from when she began massaging! read more

The receptionist who processed my payment comes into the room and she happens to be my masseuse (already a bad sign i know) She tells me swedish is a medium pressure massage. I tell her ok and think, "sure, i'm fine with that" well, i wasn't fine with that. SHE BASICALLY OILED & RUBBED ME FOR 40 MINUTES. I've gotten enough massages to know THERE'S A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RUB VS. A MASSAGE. WHAT SHE GAVE ME WAS A RUB. I even specifically TOLD HER MULTIPLE TIMES THAT MY SHOULDERS WERE ACHING. BUT SHE JUST DID HER ROUTINE THING... which wasn't even good. Come to think of it, she didn't massage my shoulders at all. I tried to be understanding. BUT WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS DONE & LEFT THE ROOM, I WAS UPSET. I paid for a 60 minute massage. And she left after 40 minutes..! I don't want to be petty, but YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEIR TIME. A very clean, friendly, relaxing and professional facility offering a wide range of massages. My massage therapist was excellent and knew what she was doing. She worked on my tight shoulders and upper back for an hour and applied perfect pressure to alleviate my pain. I felt amazing afterwards and will certainly go back many more times. Ok so let me start by saying I made a Yelp account just so I could write a review on how HORRIBLE not only the massage was but the customer service so that should be the first red flag. I walk in and it's your typical off brand massage place, I told the lady that greeted me I wanted to get the $60 massage for 60 minutes and add the deep tissue for $10 so $70 total. They ask me to pay first so I payed with card, (THEY DONT TELL YOU ITS A $3 CHARGE BTW) then I go in the back and started my massage it was going good but then my massage therapist leaves the room for about five minutes she comes back and leaves two more times for a couple minutes later on in my massage To go to the front desk or whatever, I had to keep telling her to go harder (I PAYED EXTRA FOR DEEP TISSUE). Keep in mind I looked at my phone before the massage started and it was 6:36 on the dot then she ends the massage at 7:20. I felt kind of awkward telling her to keep going like I paid for 60 minutes not 45 but I'm not a cheap person and I was planning on tipping her so I didn't think it would be a problem. She tells me no no we do 50 minutes I said no we started at 6:36 and she tells me no sorry no no no and just pretends like she doesn't understand me and closes the door on me. So I get dressed quickly and go out to the front and I point to the price chart and I said "look I paid for 60 minutes and I added $10 for the deep tissue and I only got a massage for probably about 40 minutes because you kept leaving the room" then she tells me every massage therapist is different some do 45 minutes some do 50 minutes & some do 60 minutes so I told her well then why did you Let me pay for a 60 minute massage if you only do 45 minutes and she said no we did 50 minutes & your not nice so leave. In my head I was like what the hell are you talking about I swear I thought it was a joke I was so confused. Then I told her well that extra 15 you charged me could have been your tip and she said I don't care get out. I was literally sooo confused and baffled.
