Best massage I've ever received. Hands down. The masseuse's name was John and he obviously understands muscle structure because everything targeted exactly what I needed. I will go again absolutely. read more

It's always the cashier who ruins the relaxing experience for me lol. Never fails Went there again with my fiancé and had a fabulous time. My massage therapist, Jake, was fantastic, very considerate and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. My fiancé was satisfied with his massage as well. However, when I tipped $25 for both of us on a $100 bill ($104 after paying with card), the cashier lady gave me this awkward laugh and asked, "Are you paying for both?" She was giving off such a weird vibe, almost as if I wasn't tipping enough. Then she started talking to the other male staff in Chinese, most likely explaining the situation. God knows what she was saying, but it completely killed the relaxing vibe. People need to understand that if you want customers to come back, it's not just about the actual massage. It's the whole experience, including customer service. You can have an amazing massage, but one uncomfortable interaction at the end can completely change how someone feels about the entire visit. read more

Royal Massage & Spa - Massage Near Me - Cypress, California

I came in for an affordable one-hour massage. The massage was fine, nothing amazing, and the linens didn't smell the best. Afterward, I gave the masseuse my tip, and she looked visibly disappointed. The front desk employee then said, "That is not enough tip." I didn't have ones, so I grabbed a $5 and gave it to her, but the masseuse still looked at me funny. I was honestly astonished by the audacity of confronting a customer over their tip. I'm now reading the one-star reviews and wish I had done that beforehand, as many people seem to have had the same experience. I wonder what would've happened if I didn't have enough cash or simply refused. read more

I love this place. Good price for body massage $50/hr if you pay cash or $52 /hr for credit card payment. You can't get a good deals anywhere else. Located near Starbucks in Chase bank plaza on valley view & orange in cypress. Relaxing music, clean & dark rooms, all the masseuse are very good & sweet. This place gets very busy so I suggest to call them a few hours a head of time for appointments. Highly recommend this place! read more

Called & walked in an hour before closing for a full body massage and the female masseuse did a great job. I was able to tell her what areas I wanted her to focus on and she definitely worked out a lot of the knots & tension in my back/shoulders/neck. It was also only $52 (& I added a $10 tip after). read more

Just had the best massage ever from lily. She did a great job! She didn't just go through a routine. She really rubbed, it felt great. Thank you Lily! read more

Excellent therapist Lisa was great and it helped me to get stronger I'm so glad this place is there

I'm an athlete and I usually need lots of pressure for massage and they did very well. Had lots of muscle soreness and stiffness. Went here for a body and foot massage and it did not disappoint. Felt like the women gave a massage did very well and helped me with my knots in my back and stretch me out afterwards. After the massage, I felt super relaxed and relieved. Definitely a good bang for the buck. Paid about 55$ and gave a 12$ tip. read more

The masseuse didn't seem to understand pressure points and had to apologize multiple times when she caused pain.

I really do love this spot. I'm always looking for massages that meet all my requirements, good work, cleanliness, good service, good location etc, but it's hard to come by. After many times of trying out different places, I found one I truly love. First, they have great quality work, and I love that they ask what kind of pressure you prefer. I love that they offer hot stones! So relaxing! They are accommodating with my requests. My mom and I always prefer women therapists, and some places try to suggest a man, but not this one. One of the best parts about it (besides very reasonable prices), is the plenty of parking space! Like I said, it's everything I look for, so I'm happy. read more

Just had a couples massage and it was AMAZING! Linda and Lisa were so good. We come here often and really like it. Great price.

Good pricing and one of the best massages my husband and I have gotten. We did the 75 minute couples massage and it was great! Will be coming back read more

My husband and I enjoy getting couple massages. This place is reasonably priced and the staff does a good job. Thanks Dale!

The are really great at what they do! You get the best bang for your buck here! They are very friendly!

Was in the area and just stopped without calling. They were very welcoming as I walked in and went over with me the best option for me. I was suffering with upper back pain and knots in my shoulders/neck area. I ended up going with the 45 min chair massage and followed up with their cupping treatment. Both were firsts for me. I was sat down immediately after no wait time. Heads up the chair massages are done in the lobby. I didn't mind it but some people might. I still felt very relaxed and they kept the sound to a minimum. I was a little nervous about the cupping but it was a breeze. She checked on me throughout and made sure to check on the pressure. She listened to me about my concerns with it being my first time and talked me through it. It felt good and I was a worry wort for nothing lol. Great place and service. Everything was clean and smelled good. Ambiance was an A+. They take card and cash. If you use card there's a slight fee. read more

Terrible place. Didn't even get to do the service yet and front lady was upset at the fact that we didn't tip right away. Gave a horrible attitude and was SUPER judgy. Don't recommend coming here at all!!! We're a paid customer and for them to force us to tip a certain amount is ridiculous! read more

Ask for Yuyu! I can happily say Yuyu gave me one of my top 3 massages ever. My foot message from Yuyu on the other hand was not that great so go with an hour massage instead. I went with a group of 4 and one of my friends was very disappointed with her message so I guess it really depends on who you get. read more

Would not recommend. So many no's! First the front desk lady is not friendly. We went here as a group of five and they asked us if we wanted to be together so we said yes. They unwrapped the curtains so that we can all be in the "same room." On to my massage. I got all elbows! Even in this at most sensitive places. When I asked her for no elbow, she went so light. It felt like she was just rubbing me. It did not feel like a massage at all. But the worst part was that there was absolutely no lotion involved in this process. So when she went to stretch me or massage me in certain places, I got an Indian burn because of the friction. In the beginning, I requested no head and no face. She proceeded to rub all over my face and head cover. At this point, I felt like I was complaining too much, so I just let her proceed. Until she caught her self all up in my hair. Throughout my whole massage this lady kept burping. It just felt like skin a rub. We all went to the bathroom and came out one at a time. And the people doing the massages did the same. However, they ended the same time meeting. Some of the girls got skipped their time. This was not worth the $45 for a body massage. I highly recommend that you skip this place. read more

Very recommend this place!!!! Love it. Nice massage therapy and good service stuffs. Price also ok. Will back again read more

I paid $50 for 75 minutes but only received about 65 minutes. Yes a whole 10 minutes earlier. I wouldve just went with the hour if I knew that's how they roll. On top of that I don't think my masseuse was that experienced as he only had two moves. I suffer from back pain a lot and I really look forward to treating myself with a massage from time to time so this was super disappointing. He tried I guess. Its a hit or miss here. It really depends on who you get for a massage. The time thing is something they really need to manage better though. Thats really unacceptable. read more

Hot inside and they keep a blanket over a good portion of your body the majority of the time. Asked for medium and got hard, until she heard me grunting towards the end and then she said,"you said medium huh, sorry. No more hard." Worst part was the masseuse (Helen)must've belched (burped) about10 times during the hour. She'd stand up and let it Out then go back to working on me The massage was good, just a bummer about the rest. Won't be coming back. read more

The facility has Spartan rooms in an old, worn facility that could be cleaner. There are curtains for doors on the treatment rooms meaning you don't get a lot of privacy, and the walls on the rooms don't reach the ceiling, so you'll hear all the conversations and noise in the whole place. Classical piano music in the background was pleasant. The price is the best in the area, but you get what you pay for. The massage was mediocre, but the hot stones were a nice addition. read more

Had a 60 minute full body massage and I'm very pleased with the masseur I got for this visit. Place is peaceful, relaxing, and clean. I had Wendy during this visit, and I will recommend her with my friends. She is very nice and consistent with the pressure through out the session. Requested for hard pressure and totally given my back the best massage I've been wanting. The hot stones are also amazing and feel good on my back. Will come back and will recommend. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Super noisy and wasn't not a good massage, she barely put any pressure and walked out during the massage FOUR TIMES. And I laid there for a hefty minute. When time to pay I gave a tip in which I FELT WAS DESERVED they proceeded to tell me something and I walked to my car and the lady IS BEHIND ME FOLLOWING ME telling me to give more tip. I was appalled, I was genuinely scared and shocked but still I only gave her two dollars more. read more

Best massage place. I did this time for 90 minutes massage and 20 minutes cupping!! I recommend Linda as the best masseuse!!

I got a massage here today and it was not a great experience. The lady who gave my massage needs to take a course in massage therapy. It was terrible. Also... she kept burping .... And I asked for extra time on my foot massage which was NOT GOOD, she then sneezes and spits all over my leg. So I gave her a 10 dollar bill which is just under 15% tip. I really didn't want to give that for how bad the massage was. She proceeds to shake her head No and starts walking me up front and points at the this picture I attached! Since when do you TELL customers how much tip I'm going to give? Such a terrible experience and I can't believe a place of business would allow their employees to force people to tip more money. First and last time I will be going to this place. Gross !!!!! read more

I called 20 minutes ahead for a 45 minute massage and they saw me as soon as I got there. It was nicely lit, very calm and had a fountain running in the background as well as some relaxing music. I had deiwei (I think that's how u spell it) and he was amazing, constantly checking in on how the pressure was. read more

Not my regular massage place I go to, but I'm glad I came in! I got the 90 minute massage and let me tell you, it was the perfect amount of time, at least for me. Any longer, I would've fell asleep from the relaxation. I forgot to ask the name of who massaged me, but she had them healing hands! I came in with so much tension in my shoulder and I left there with no more pain. I'll definitely be coming back again. read more

As many of the other posts indicated- this place is not friendly and is not keeping up good business practices. Both times I have went, I have been pretty much forced into giving more tip and was relentlessly pressured against my will. They will not accept a 10% tip much less anything less and will make a scene and pressure you to give more. Front desk lady is also super rude, would not recommend this place to anyone and if I ever get pressured to tip like that again- I will definitely report them. read more
