I felt a little sad reading some of the negative reviews for 128 Luxury Spa, so I wanted to share…read moremy experience specifically for their Diamond Glow facial service, which is what my review is based on. I purchased a package of four sessions and have been visiting them for the past few months. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. The manager/owners are always welcoming and helpful, and they consistently make us feel like VIP guests. The front desk staff are also very kind and take the time to explain the different services they offer. Parking: Turn right once you enter the white building. Parking can be a little tight on weekends, but it's still manageable. When you arrive, you'll wait in the lobby where there's a comfortable couch. They provide slippers, a locker key, a clean white robe, and a towel. After that, they bring you to the locker room, which has one of the nicest bathrooms I've seen at a spa (complete with a Japanese heated toilet!). Once you step out of the locker room, your esthetician will be waiting and will kindly ask you to remove any jewelry before starting the treatment. I've had the Diamond Glow facial with Thanh and Tulin, and both have been wonderful. I always leave with glowing skin. The extractions are done gently (make sure to tell them if the exfoliation gets close to your eye or if the pressure is OK) and the treatment also includes a relaxing shoulder, neck, and arm massage. They really take their time and make sure you're comfortable throughout the session. Honestly, it's probably one of the best Diamond Glow facials I've had--and I get facials quite often! After the facial, they bring you to their VIP lounge area, where they serve hot tea, snacks, fruit, and water. There's also a steam room available. The overall ambience is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. Some of my friends have also tried the head spa and massage services, and they all had great experiences as well. I'm not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but perhaps management could ensure that all therapists maintain the same level of training and consistency in service quality. I agree not having the therapist use their phone during a treatment! I'll be coming back soon to try their Vampire Facial and massage, and I'll update my review with the results. Overall, my experience has been a solid 5-star visit, and I highly recommend it--especially if you're coming with a group. I've gone several times with coworkers and we always have a great time!!! Sorry no photos because I'm always so relaxed inside.

I'll start this off by saying that this place was nice, clean, and decently priced…read more I'm rating this solely based on the services I received which was the 128 Head Spa Treatment V2: Massage: Tracy was my massage therapist and she was really sweet and nice. She paid attention to the spots I wanted focused on and worked out all of my knots! However my massage was definitely not 60 minutes and got cut by 10. It didn't help that when I checked in they hit me with paperwork I had to fill out which honestly should've been sent prior to my appointment. But overall the massage experience was decent. Head Spa: Ruby was my esthetician. Felt like it was more of a facial and mini shoulder neck massage than it was head focused. Was offered red light therapy in the beginning, didn't get it. The head massage hurt more than anything and was not relaxing. NO HALO WATER. Like what!? Water was lukewarm to cold the whole time, and when I was getting my face and neck rinsed off it felt like I almost got water boarded when I had a towel over my face and water just came pouring down on me. When it came to the blow dry, she must have had the heat up to the max because it was burning my scalp. This whole experience was just rough. If you want a nice scalp head spa experience, I'd recommend Luvinage. I might come back for a massage, great emphasis on might. I'm sure they have other services and treatments that are great, however, this was not it.

Book your appointment here, you will not regret it!…read more This is my absolute favorite spot. I'm a loyal regular because Julie has made this experience seamless from the jump. I'm also so *appreciative* of their scheduling team. They actually call you back if you miss them, which is basically a miracle. Julie's kindness and warm energy makes me feel like a valued community member rather than just another customer on the books. Now let's talk about Kim. Wow. I've had her three times now and my goodness, she is a wizard. She executes every step with so much care that I now upgrade to the highest package every single time just because she's that incredible. The menu here is next level. Between the jade roller, the gua sha stone, and the red light therapy, I feel like I'm being prepped for a red carpet. The moisturizing serum is pure gold, and the foot massage is the only thing keeping my sanity intact. Hahaha jokes aside, it's amaaaazing. After the head spa experience, my hair feels like a million bucks. But the real highlight? That blow dry experience. I leave feeling like a chaotic mixture of a total baddie with amazing hair and a professional show dog that's easily the prettiest competitor in the ring. I can't wait to return. The ambiance and the service equals premium relaxation for me. As someone that works really hard, booking these appointments is everything. 10/10 would recommend!

She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel luxurious from start to finish. The scalp massage, warm water treatment, and attention to detail were so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. My hair and scalp felt so refreshed and clean afterwards, and I left feeling completely relaxed. You can tell Tracy really cares about giving her clients a great experience.

I noticed a lot of a younger crowd here (early 20s) - good for them prioritizing their wellness - I guess price point works for them too. And sadly maybe a lot of then, they do not know what is good versus atrocious. But, this is a place where one could leave with some serious skin and/or health issue, it is that bad. i was with MDs here. never again. i had 4 services here and each one was SO terrible (too chatty, bad services. it was painful all around). i found the slippers, towels, robes, showers - even the lockers/seating/walls/toilets/sinks/flooring - NOTHING was clean, just smelly/nasty - much less the amenities and pooled water/all seating. do not waste your money like i did. just YUCK. also why did they have like: zero q-tips, any product, disposable combs - like very basic items any spa always has. like even equinox has this stuff. Also their AC is always broken (we rescheduled twice due to their broken AC - they called us. guess what, we showed up - STILL NO AC it was stifling) so they bring in these loud industrial huge fans. nothing seems/smells clean (say 'green products'...). sadly, so many of the employees sound SO sick with heavy wet coughs/colds. they seem to hate their lives. and there is zero food. lucky to get water if it is not empty. too bad because it could be a nice place if they cleaned, cared, had good services. basic upkeep, and did not let in a gazzilion guests at a time. So much better to pay more at another spa and not contract some serious health issue here. i still tipped well because the employees seem so miserable and overworked/clueless, yet polite. but i want to warn others - do not repeat my mistake by going here (even if someone sends you for free, get a refund, or try a different location).

The entrance fee…read morefor single access to the amenities and common area was $40, and they accept credit and debit cards. There was plenty of parking right in front, though it was quite busy when I arrived. They offer full-body massages and skincare services, and the spa itself was clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. However, once I entered, I noticed the steam room wasn't hot at all. it was just warm, with sprinklers. The Jacuzzi felt murky, and the cold plung had too much chlorine which made my eyes burn. The steam room was the main reason I came, for a warm, muscle-soothing session, but it just wasn't relaxing. I told the staff, and the manager, Asia, was extremely kind and professional. She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Still, I was aiming for a hotter steam, and I believe a proper steam room should have a strong flow of steam not just a warm room with sprinklers. That said, I left within 20 minutes but I give this spa five stars because of the cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially Asia, who handled everything with care and understanding.

AJ, the owner, is a cool dude...and his wife is great too. AJ is definitely a talker and very upfront with the rules, but they're simple and reasonable. As long as you listen, respect the space, and follow directions, your visit will go smoothly every time. Rinsing and washing off before and after is mandatory, which honestly just keeps the place clean and enjoyable for everyone. They're open daily Monday through Sunday, opening at 12pm and usually closing at 2am...sometimes later depending on the day and request. Walk-ins are welcome. Cash is preferred, but they do accept credit cards as well. The rooms are very intimate and relaxing. Some rooms include a sauna, and all rooms have a shower. The lighting is moody and adjustable from bright to dim. Radios with Bluetooth are available, blow dryers are provided, and they supply full body towels and washcloths. You're also allowed to drink and smoke inside the rooms. Cups and ashtrays are provided, and if you bring a drink that comes in a glass bottle, they give you a plastic container to pour it into since glassware isn't allowed in the rooms for safety reasons. It's a solid, well-maintained spot that's clearly been doing things right for a long time. I highly recommend Neptune's Lagoon and will forever book a visit here whenever I'm in the area.

K Spa is in a corner shopping area with a big parking lot. It was surprisingly busy on Saturday but I was able to find parking. The staff were very friendly. As soon as I entered the locker area I was greeted by one of the staff that asked me if it was my first time. She showed me where all the different areas were. The facilities were pretty clean. It was a busy day but it did not feel overcrowded. Everyone was really respectful and it was not too loud. I like that they provide some common amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairspray, and qtips. I brought my own shower supplies and they had convenient baskets where I could place my products while I showered. They constantly brought out fresh towels as well. The towels are small so if you want a bigger towel you should bring your own. Inside the women's area they have warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, steam sauna, and dry sauna. They also have a seated and standing shower area. The scrubbing area is in the back past the pools. They have a clock so that you can keep an eye out for your appointment time. But the scrubbing women do come out and call out for your number. I got called in a little before my appointment time. They do recommend you arrive 30mins before your appointment to soak in the tubs. The body scrub was really nice and the lady was very nice. It was a relaxing scrub with a good amount of pressure so I felt that she was getting the dead skin off. They also put product on your face and hair. The hair/head massage felt really nice and the products left my hair feeling soft. They give you an envelope to tip but they also have zelle and venmo if you do not have cash. The common area is smaller than the other spas I have been to but very nice. I did enjoy the salt room. Everyone was really respectful and kept pretty quiet. There is also a kiosk where you can order from the cafe. They text you when the order is ready and you have to go back out to the front to pick up your order. They provide slippers for you to put on and then you can bring the food back to the common area. The kiosk has limited options. For more food you can go to the restaurant itself with your spa clothes. The restaurant is very small so gets busy quickly. The food is delicious though.
