Came back today with my sister. Let me start off with trust the process. I had Lindon and she was amazingg. My sister and I got the combination for one hour, 30 mins deep tissue and 30 mins foot massage. At first the deep tissue was hurting but I could feel all the knots in my back loosening up. Its been almost a year since my last massage and I just moved so I knew my back was knotted pretty bad. When the 30 mins for the deep tissue on my back was done, I felt so refreshed and all the pain in my back was gone. Then Lindon, went and got the hot stones, put a towel on my back and then left the stones on me. Let me just say its one of the best feelings in the world. She moved on to my thighs, calves and feet. I have flat feet which cause me to always get knots in my calves. At first the pain was pretty bad but I held out. Now I'm not gonna lie, after the massage I still felt pain but when Lindon used the hot stones on my calves wow. All the pain was gone. I honestly feel like a new me. I got my massage at 2:20pm. Just a wild guess lol. Anyway, Wendy and "Yoyo" are the best! The service is impeccable and Wendy responds via phone and text right away. They are incredibly nice and good at what they do. I get their $55/hour body massage (comes with hot stone), but they have different types and price points. They have 75 and 90 minute massages as well. Went here a couple weekends ago while on call in the area. It's definitely an unassuming sport, but I'm really glad we were able to fit it into our schedule. It's located right next to a popular brunch spot, so you could easily make it a relaxing two-in-one kind of day. Fortunately, we were able to get an appointment within the hour. After confirming availability by phone, expect to receive a text message to officially confirm the appointment. You can also book online, but keep in mind that online scheduling closes an hour before appointment times. We booked a couples massage and the room was quiet and comfortable. We each paid $45 for a 40-minute full-body massage (you pay first), and it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I've had in a while after months of built up tension. It felt thorough and unhurried, and they'll work through your tender points. They also included hot stones at no extra charge, which was such a nice surprise as I haven't experienced it before in a massage. We also both received complimentary water at the end. The shortest session available is a 30-minute deep tissue massage so it could definitely be fit into a work day. Another perk is that they have a stamp card, and after 5 visits, you get $10 off. There's a parking lot behind the building, and even with the brunch crowd next door, we had no problem finding a spot. One small thing: the rooms are semi-private, and we were in the back, so we could hear a soft timer/music noise from a washing machine or dryer nearby. I'm not sure I'll be back here. The customer service is extremely curt and abrupt. I would even say rude. I've been here a few times to buy gift cards and once for a massage myself and it's been rude each time. There are no questions about your health or injuries, no questions about any preferences you have for your massage. I've had about 100 massages in my lifetime and I love a massage that is deep tissue and really targets trigger points and tense areas. I've had great massages that even left me bruised but were really effective. This massage, however, was just really painful. Like skin pinching, intensely painful. It seemed like a problem with the technique. It may just be the massage therapist I had, but based off the poor customer service, I don't think I'll return. read more

Few feedback: - The cushion for the face was so minimal my jaw started to hurt a little laying face down. - I felt really warm and stuffy during the massage which I communicated a few times and they didn't remove the thick blanket. They did turn the heating pad off on my request. - I didn't opt for deep tissue but it felt like one and the 90 minutes felt long because it felt repetitive. My second time here and just as great as the first time! Again, I was immediately greeted by Wendy. This time I got a 90 minute. I thought I was gonna pay $75 for 90 minutes but when she asks if you want regular or deep massage. Please note the deep massage is $100 for 90 minutes. Which it does state in the pricing sheet. I just didn't understand. Let me tell you that, and I get massages frequently, when I get a deep massage. I always leave wishing it was deeper. NOT with Zoey. She got allll my tight knots. I found this place on Yelp and I was looking for a good place to take my mom out for Mother's Day. I was looking for a decent place but I also didn't want to spend $600 on a massage so this place seemed to be my best bet. I called to schedule an appointment and they said okay and hung up.. I was not asked for my name, what service I wanted, what day or time I wanted to come in or how many people, etc. I then received a text message around 10 or 11pm asking me these questions so I thought that was pretty odd. The day of, I had gotten a bit lost and I showed up about 5 to 10 minutes late but they were very accommodating and understanding unlike other places who would've charged you or taken time out of your service. I was asked to pay upfront before the service and personally, I tip based on price but also service so I'd suggest you bring some cash to tip at the end. So, about the massage. It was one of the best massages I have ever received and the price was great. I felt super relaxed and all the pain in my body was completely gone. What I wish was different, was the rooms. They were semi secluded. Meaning, you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Totally not the establishments fault but at times it was hard to relax with people talking or making noise. Also not sure if it's available (as it was not made known to me) but I would've liked some aroma therapy or something to make the rooms or the oil smell nice. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed myself very much. More importantly, it was probably the best place to get the most out of your time and money. read more

I had the deep massage for $100, 90 min and my mom had a regular massage for less money. The room and linens were clean and smelled good. It wasn't the quietest of atmospheres - you could hear cars outside and the laundry going, but it was okay. Parking could be a challenge in the back lot - we got lucky with the last spot available. Finally found a new massage place for me and the hubs. We used to go to royal spa in cypress but the quality of service and being pushy on the tips pt us off. Called tonight for a couples massage and the lady was super nice and accommodating. Only 10 mins from our house and the plaza has lots of parking in the back. Front lobby looked nice, clean, and welcoming. The lady asked what we preferred and their pricing was pretty reasonable. Okay let's begin with the positives (reason for the two stars): 1. I called around noon on Father's Day and they were able to take me in immediately. Big plus there as I was thinking it may be hard to get an appointment same day on this holiday. 2. The masseuse used a different technique on my upper back around the shoulder areas that felt really good. Felt like she was getting out all the knots as I just played some golf the day prior. That's it. Now for the things that can be worked on: 3. They made me pay up front. Which is odd because how would I know how much to tip if I didn't have the massage yet. I just gave the standard 15-20% but could have been more if the service was amazing...but unfortunately it wasn't. 4. I paid for the 90 min massage and the first 30 minutes the masseuse was just literally using her hands to apply pressure on my back with a blanket over me (almost like a substitute for when they step on your back and use the ceiling handle bars for balance). I felt that could have been cut down to 10 mins max. 5. Throughout the entire massage the room door is cracked open so you can hear folks walking back and forth, workers on their cell phones, and there was this one worker that kept coughing every 1-2 minutes. It really placed a bad vibe on the entire experience. Can't be relaxed with that type of disturbance. 6. Lastly, once the massage was over I checked the time and I didn't get the full 90....it was more like 80 mins. Overall the massage experience was underwhelming as I've been to other establishments that are a bit cheaper with better service. read more
