Highly recommend! I came in on a whim, hoping that they could take me in as a walk-in. I'm a hairstylist/bartender so sciatica, my shoulders and legs/feet are in constant pain. I'm also only 411 so people tend to not want to give me a good for Massage. I sadly did not get the name of the wonderful massage therapist that I had. She was not afraid to get in there and put some pressure on those really tight spots in my shoulders and even my sciatica she wasn't afraid to get in there and massage. My shoulders are a mess typically and right now, I left about 30 minutes ago, they feel so good and like I feel my shoulders are actually relaxed versus tight like they usually are. I didn't even realize how tight my neck was but she really gave That some attention and I really think that will help with some of the headaches I've been getting lately! The environment was really nice quiet and comfortable. I knocked out a couple times there. I probably was snoring. I just got hired nearby so I will definitely be coming more often to get some maintenance done! read more

Ladies here are all so nice and welcoming. The massages are amazing and they do a good job. I love going here when I need a massage.

I want to sincerely thank Summer for his outstanding work. He is a true professional and a genuinely kind, caring person. Summer helped me recover after a pinched sciatic nerve, and thanks to his knowledge, skill, and attentive approach, my condition improved significantly. Every session is done with great care and professionalism. You can really feel his experience and dedication to helping people feel better. He always does his work beautifully and treats clients with respect, warmth, and genuine concern. Thank you, Summer, for your excellent work, your kindness, and your support during my recovery. I highly recommend him. read more

Cici is great! Very strong and good technique - especially with the elbows. Highly recommend

Very good massage and good price , it's a professional massage, relaxing music, very clean place.

My daughter and I went together and we both experienced the worst massages we ever had,by different people. It was a big disappointment. $70.00 dollars each plus tip . We shouldn't of even tipped!!! read more

I am a very strong person, because I exercise regularly, so I have a lot of muscles, I need a very professional massage, but I found the masseur I like here, got a perfect deep massage, the price is very cheap, I will always follow here read more

Massage was great, really needed it. Service was friendly. The shop itself kind of smelled bad.

Best massage ever!? No harassment just good massage. Everyone it's very professional massage is great and like I said no sexual harassment.

Service was TERRIBLE!!! This place scams your money and then is incredibly unprofessional. My significant other and I came here for a massage and on the bottom of their price list it clearly says "FREE HOT STONE". As a client, anyone would know that hot stone is included in the service. I personally did not received the service and asked the manager why and she said "oh you have to tell us that you would like the hot stone because some clients don't like it". That's a bunch of crap...the worker should have offered it to the client from the start especially if you're a new customer. How would a new customer know you would need to ask for the hot stone?? The owner also kept on insisting that it was our fault (as the customer) that we didn't ask for the service. Went back and forth until the owner disrespected us and had the audacity to say it's because you don't want to tip us.. and also insult us and say "we know your kind and the type of people you are." Completely inappropriate and disrespectful to say to a paying customer. My significant other also said that she had to call out the owner about the hot stone (as that was her massager) and she gave an attitude about it while also answering phone calls during the session. Completely rude customer service! Wont ever come back again and new customers/ returning customers should not come!!!! read more

I have been going here for over a year. I noticed some of the reviews talked about being forced to tip a certain amount, but I have never experienced that. I had Summer for my massage today and she is awesome! Very professional and strong hands! We paid the $50 fee for 60min upfront and then tipped a little over 20% after the massage. They were thankful. They do charge a $2 fee for credit card usage but I paid cash. I have had some massages that were okay there, (not bad but not super amazing) but Summer was the best so far! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I should've read the reviews before but they are all right! They have an attitude if you don't tip them the amount they want. They made my boyfriend add more money for a tip. Massage wasn't even that great, they do the same massage movements over and over nothing special. There's way better spot to go to! Please don't waste your time and go somewhere else!! read more

Came here a few days ago and found out that Mia is no longer here.. I had Annie, and she was amazing!!

Professional therapeutic massage by a kind and skillful masseuse. I was achy from working in my yard and she worked out the kinks in my muscles. I was good for several days after that. read more

Deep tissue massage! Never disappointed. I come here often. Regular customer. I would totally recommend.

Coming here for massage every week for my sore shoulder. I love Heidi and Andy. Both of them have good skills...gental massage without feeling pain. They avoid bony area and focus on deep tissue. I feel refreshing after each massage. So lucky to have both of them for my weekly massage. read more

Always trying to upsale you into getting a full body massage. If I only want a foot massage I should be able to get one. I've called multiple times to get a foot massage and multiple times the lady on the phone tells me there isn't anybody available for a foot massage but for a full body massage there are plenty of people. What is the difference? Avoid at all costs read more

I came here for the first time yesterday and paid for a 45 dollar 1 hour body massage. I had Jenny and she kicked ass! Very polite and did a full hour no problem. Never asked for tip and never felt pressured. I tipped her 20 and well worth it. I will come back! read more

What an AMAZING massage by the kindest women!! We got there just in time for our one hour massage and in no way did they rush either my daughter or I!! Great service and VERY clean and as a bonus 5 minutes from my house!! read more

Great massage. Included hot stones! I recently went to Elegant massage for the first time and was overly impressed. Clean and quiet. Music plays and you don't hear people in and out much. Lovely place if you want a clean, authentic and GOOD massage with no hidden tricks. Ask for Amber she's the best!!!! read more

Real review. Be cautious! The employees will ask for 50% tip up front. Absolutely unbelievable! They might as well just advertise 50% more and no tip needed. Business misobservance has just been committed! read more

I went in for a foot massage and when I tipped 20% (I had looked up what is the standard tip for massage therapy) the lady said That's it?! I told her it was a 20% tip, then she said it wasn't a restaurant. I ended up leaving a 30% tip and don't think I'll be back. read more

These people charge you a transaction fee if you use your credit card. Fine, that's nothing new. But they DOUBLED that fee for me because I was paying for both my mom and myself. I asked them why, that it was only 1 transaction so why are they doubling the transaction fee? And they replied that it's because there's 2 customers (me and my mom) so they have to take the credit card transaction fee for each one of us, despite it being ONE TRANSACTION ALL ON ONE CARD. I was too tired at that time so I just paid it anyways, but I'm NEVER coming back here again. Ridiculous how dishonest these people are and how they try to take advantage of you. Their massage was just average, something you can find anywhere else. You're not missing out on much. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE . read more

Wow last minute call / walk in coco did me right I've been to a few in the area. Hands down the best I've experienced so far. Did not pressure for a tip and super cheap. I paid 41 and left a 20. I'm 6'2 205 so sometimes they lack the size and strength to handle business but Co Co did it ! read more

Best massage I've ever gotten in my life would come back anytime felt like a new person after

I was in the area and decided to try this place out because it had good reviews. Bad mistake. Let me preface this by saying that I regularly go to Chinese foot massage places and I know what usually goes into a body massage or a foot massage. I got the 30 min body and 30 minute foot combo. Usually, when you get a foot massage they also work on your neck, shoulders, head, face, arms, and hands slightly. It's not for long, but they release tension in those areas. Here, I didn't get any of that! She literally only worked on my back and my feet. That's it. She rubbed oil on my feet for 30 minutes. So uncomfortable. I was getting antsy from getting so bored because it was not relaxing for someone to rub circles on one area of your foot repeatedly. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. I'M NEVER COMING BACK. I was told that my tip wasn't enough for a 90 min massage! And I was asked to tip them 15$? Are you kidding me? I CHOOSE HOW MUCH I WANNA TIP YOU BASED ON THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE. That was just extremely rude and unprofessional. They just lost another client. read more

I've been coming to this place for years. My go-to experts there are Sunny, Evi and Coco. I've tried others and they're, at worst, extremely relaxing. I travel over an hour to get here, but they've eliminated any desire to experiment another massage place. I would like to find a place this solid closer to me, but that wouldn't keep me from coming back. read more

Horriable Service. The massage therapist was very mean rushed the service. In the end she demanded a tip and was yelling. Suggest not to go there unless you want to waste your money. read more

I gave this place one star because I went to get a certain spot on my back worked on, and when I asked about the 30 min pain relief treatment the girl didn't even know how to do it. She said "no one ever gets that one" So I went with a normal body massage. The massage it self was ok.(wasn't as much pressure as I hoped) At the end when I was leaving was the most worst thing I ever seen in a business. The girl straight out demanded a tip. I was going to leave a tip anyway, but before I was able to she DEMANDED a tip. I gave her $5. She than gave me a disgusted look and said "I only work for tips. Do you got another $10 or maybe $15?" I took a couple hospitality classes and management classes, so I know how to treat a customer. And that is not how you treat one. read more

I got $20 massage. they think $20 is not money. They rub body without power and i felt they are playing with my body. This is not massage shop. Never come here. read more

Lucky Elegant Massage - The pricing... - Massage Near Me - Cypress, California

They are super rude and gives you attitude about tipping them. They made me tip them $20!!! Please don't support businesses like these.

Had a full body massage for $40. Be advised it's an additional $1 to use card. I had Lisa. She was nice. I was bummed that they were talking through the walls half way through my massage but I guess you get what you pay for. Everything was good except for the end when she stared for her tip and then stated that it's $10 tip and up.... isn't that For the customer to decide. That's a 25% tip and UP...yet since you pay before you have the option to leave it on your card... so do you get less of a treatment based on the tip you leave??? That part ruined the vibe for me. I would say 4 star massage, 3 star service. read more

I'm a student at Cypress College currently, and I had a good four and a half hour break in between classes one day. I have a job that requires a lot of bending over and lifting and so after four days straight of working, my back and shoulders ache. This is right down the street from Cypress, so I decided to try it. Their prices are pretty standard from what I've found. I do wish they'd have a 30-minute full-body massage instead of the 60-minute for $35.00. I ended up going with the $30 for 30-minute pain relief massage. I briefly explained that I have back/neck pain as well as migraines. Their menu says hot stones are complimentary, so she asked if I wanted hot stones and I said yes, but my massage therapist never ended up using them. They do charge an extra dollar for using a credit/debit card (which is actually illegal now, but I digress), heads up. The massage itself was pretty good. I was taken to a private room, but the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear everything else going on around you. It's not a big deal, but it makes the room feel less private. She kept asking throughout the massage if it was okay, which was nice. She would notice when I would flinch because I have a lot of pain in my upper back, and she was sensitive to it so I wouldn't have to tell her to soften up in that area, and then resume the harder strength later. Nothing special, but the prices are good for a decent massage. I'll be back if it's convenient. read more

I decided to get a massage here based on the reviews by women (something says "Warning: happy ending place!" when I see reviews by only men at massage parlors). I walked in without an appointment and was greeted and served right away. I got the 60-minute body massage for $35. My masseuse was Kasey, who did a really good job. She worked on my back, arms, legs, face, and scalp (no feet probably because we ran out of time; or she thought I could use a pedicure. LOL). As a previous review said, the walls in each room don't go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear people talking but it's minimal, at least while I was there. And honestly, you're paying $35 for the massage, not the ambience. Anyway, I paid with a credit card and was informed there would be a $1 service charge for it. No biggie. Was worth it. I'll definitely be going back here. read more

Had a bad neck cramp and needed to find someone to take me asap! Luckily this place is close to my work and home so decided to give them a try! I called for an appointment and they were able to take me for the same day. This place is located in a small strip mall, with own parking. Was taken into a small room immediately upon arrival. I believe my masseuse was named Angel (I think), but she was great! Told her my issues and the pressure I wanted and by the end of the hour, I felt so much better! She also put this medicine cream on for my soreness on my neck and she was just very attentive. Will def come again! read more
