Unfortunately, the service was terrible. This was honestly the worst massage I've ever received. Then, after only about 1 hour, the woman giving me the massage told me we were done. She then said she would only charge me $200. I got up to leave expecting to receive the $100 difference back, but when I asked for it, she suddenly said she didn't understand English. The owner then disappeared into the back room instead of coming out to resolve the situation. I drove 30 minutes for this experience and left feeling completely ripped off and disrespected. If you're going to charge premium prices, the service should at least match--and if there's a pricing issue, the owner should be willing to address it directly. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

5-star Nail Salon in Orange County, CA…read more If you here on vacation, scope it out or if you're from the area, it's easy to drive past; however, worth looking for as It's a relaxing and serene salon atmosphere to come here and get pampered. We all deserve it! Who doesn't want to get their money worth, especially for salon services?!? This is my 2nd time here and I recommend you do try this gem, ladies and gentlemen , to get your nails done by this business. I finally found my "go to" nail salon! Today, I got gel manicure and pedicure plus extra $ for callus remover, which I highly recommend as Mindy does a phenomenal job of making sure my feet look & feel like a million dollars. My gel manicure was also getting my hands summer ready, as I got an amazing spa services included like cuticle clipped and all the works for my hands. For a pedicure, I suggest you pay extra for callus remover as this feature of a complete pedicure. Don't skimp by not getting callus remover, as I am well versed in determining if something is worth extra money and this salon's upgrade is worth the extra fee. I'm extremely pleased nails from head to toe w/gel for at least 3 weeks and both the lovely ladies whom dedicated their time& patience to their craft. I do not feel rushed nor ignored here . Mindy w/that callus remover was much needed to ensure my feet are "summer ready." Nail'D It Salon in Stanton, CA is a hidden gem in a quiet strip mall but worth stopping in for both men and women to make sure your nails are in shape. I will see you soon.

Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, etc.. When I ask the person behind the desk this question she responded "Have you ever had massage before?" I replied "yes". She quickly snapped back with, "Then why are you asking me about the massage? Massage is the same everywhere!" Before I could even respond she was opening the door to go back into the service area the spa. This is extremely bad customer service. I only hope that they do not treat every person that walks in the door this way. I would never want to give these people my hard-earned money. For I am certain that this is not a place that I would be able to relax and heal my body.

They said, "Yes, no problem, come on in." Cool. We hop in the car, drive 20 minutes, and I'm already halfway in vacation mode thinking about how nice it's going to be. We walk in the door and the girl looks at me and says, "We're closed." I literally check my watch, it's 40 minutes before closing. She then hits me with, "We only have one girl working and she's busy." Busy? Busy doing what, practicing origami? Playing Candy Crush? If you only have one person working and she's booked, why on earth are you telling customers to drive down like you're running a spa at the Four Seasons? So instead of a full body massage, I got a full body workout pacing around the lobby wondering why I wasted my gas. I left with the same tension I walked in with, plus the added stress of being lied to on the phone. They should really put a sign out front. "We're open... unless we're not. Depends on if Pam feels like working today."
