Even so, don't pass that stress onto your customers especially if they're paying to DEstress. First she told me to get on the massage table face down, so I did. I got under the sheet as is usual in all other massage parlors I have been to, but when she came into the room she got upset and raised her voice at me and told me not to go under the sheet because she was going to give me a towel. 1. She did not tell me beforehand and 2. You should have given me the towel in the first place when you left to let me change Then she proceeded to massage me with the door wide open and a man comes in and they have a conversation. Normally I don't care about this but the door was open and I was exposed. After, she leaves me attend to this man for 5 minutes and I only booked a 30 min massage (40 + 10 tip + 2 cc fee) And the massage itself....absolutely horrendous and haphazard. No technique whatsoever. She also was NOT consistent about doing BOTH sides of the body. Painful even when I told her to adjust the pressure and literally not a massage just her poking really hard and scratching my head quite furiously. This was NOT a deep tissue or Chinese massage at all. It was just her doing random things on some parts of my body. Dry massage, no oil (which is fine but she didn't say. Cracked my neck and back without asking. She as also raising her voice when she was cracking my neck she would say RELAX RELAX! Ummm hello how can I relax when you are literally yelling at me and cracking my neck without telling me what you're through. I left more stressed than I came in. I'm happy I don't ever have to go back here again - so many better choices around!!!!!

After the first 60 minutes, the therapist recommended adding a foot massage and said the total combo price would be $100. 5. I asked if they accepted credit cards and she said yes. After the additional 30 minutes (90 minutes total), I went to the front desk. 6. The man at reception told me the total was $100 and asked for a tip. I had already tipped the therapist in cash. 7. He entered $100 on the credit card machine and showed me the amount. I confirmed it and completed the payment. 8. While the receipt was printing, he left. 9. The therapist then handed me the receipt to sign. 10. The charge was $103.50, not the $100 that I had agreed to and confirmed. 11. When I asked why the amount was different, she simply said, "I don't know." 12. English is not my first language either, but if you run a business, you should be able to explain basic charges, credit card fees, or pricing differences. The lack of communication and transparency was disappointing.

I received an hour long deep tissue massage with hot stone and my needs were definitely met. I focused on shoulders, legs, and feet. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. Well worth the price. It's a very simple set up here, nothing fancy, but they know exactly what they are doing. They try to sell you other things like hot rocks and deeper pressure for more money while you are trying to just relax.
