Two of the therapists (a male and female) were talking, laughing, and the male therapist was even eating while working. It was not relaxing at all, especially since we paid extra for add-on services. Additionally, the checkout process is uncomfortable. We paid upfront, but the front desk followed us into the hallway to ask for more money, clearly hovering for a tip. I arrived at 10am on a Thursday. I wanted to do the Happy Hour special that is advertised on their website, but I was told they don't currently offer it. I opted for the 60min body massage ($50). Prior to the massage you tell them how much pressure you want, and what areas to focus on. I kept track of the time and it was definitely 60min. Vivian was very professional! I never felt uncomfortable and had a pleasant experience. The inside is clean and the rooms are private but not sound proof due to the design of the place. I believe this is for the staff's safety and I have no problem with it. I will warn that you can hear everything outside your room, including other staff members and patrons.
