She does care, she checked with me how I wanted the massage, and which parts were tired, and she followed through. Affordable price, super efficient, super clean and amazing place, and also I think she used essential oils with healing property. Make sure you call ahead as she is fully booked. I was lucky that she could accommodate the same day appointment today (my first appointment).

I called to schedule on Wednesday evening for Saturday afternoon - they were WIDE open, offered me any time I wanted. I chose 3pm. Woke up Saturday to a barrage of texts, the last one quite pushy ("Coming????"). I asked if they could push to 4 (figured it wouldn't be a big deal since they were so wide open just two days prior). You can see the rest - rude and pointedly unaccommodating. I appreciate that this is a budget service, but trust is essential especially for a prenatal massage. Stay far away.

The staff were friendly. I got a Swedish massage with hot stones. I forgot her name but the masseuse was incredible. She knew what spots to hit. How deep to go and the right rhythm. The hot stones were great. Although she did one stone at a time for the most part and I am used to two stones at a time. She did do 2 stones for a bit and felt wonderful. My only complaint is that at couple of times it got a little cold. The flooring is tile too so having to step in the cold floor before and after the massage is not ideal. I'd recommend to either bring sandals with you or be prepared for the cold floor. I was also on the right side rooms and I could hear people talking. It looks like it was the next door people so be aware. It distracted me a bit. Overall I will definitely be back. Price is good too.

From there, I was taken to a cozy, quiet and cool shared space where the had me lay back on a reclined bed / seat. The combo focused on my arms, shoulders, neck, head, forehead, legs and feet. I believe they'll also massage your stomach but I specifically asked them not to due to a recent abdominal surgery. Things to know: - they only accept cash! - recommend calling in for an appointment, this place gets busy - the front desk gal was super sweet - most of the venue is a shared space but they have curtains in certain areas and private rooms upon request (my mom and I were in a shared space section closed off by a curtain so it felt private) - staff is super friendly and provide firm massages - shared parking lot next to Claro's Italian market - prices are reasonable, they have a water dispenser in the check in area for post massage hydration 10/10 recommend. I'll be back. :)

Good deal on yelp too! Don't know why there are bad stars, but my massage was amazing. My therapist's name was May/Mai (not sure of the spelling). She has been by far the best massage therapist I've had in my entire life. You know how some paces are good but not amazing, and you feel like you get shorted when you leave? Not with her. She kept her pressure and worked on all my knots. It was so good that I was thinking maybe I'll get a massage from her every week while I was laying there .
