I looked around and they had good prices so I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I don't have to be in massage school to know that everything was wrong. I walked out upset after only 30 minutes. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE!
The front desk woman barley spoke English which I don't mind, she was playing computer games when i got there, which again i thought was cute. She was kind and brought me into my room quickly. I went to the bathroom and that should have been my first clue... A Shower? I shook it off thinking maybe its for the Therapists, it is a small place after all.
I laid face down for my massage and after a few moments of relaxing the therapist came in. She poured WAY TO MUCH hot oil on me... so much there was hardly any friction to enjoy. she started with some pressure on my spine and hips releasing, which felt great. That was the extent of her talent unfortunately. Next adjusts the sheet exposing my sides from neck to feet, and she climbs on top of the table and straddles me as if it were a personal massage you would give your partner and works on my back. She spent quite a bit of time on my hips, butt, and upper thighs and I remember wishing she'd move on. (Keep in mind I have had many massages and am very open minded). She leans back and is squatting with her genitals resting on my feet and pushes a few times on my calves and feet. Hardly a massage. After climbing around on the table for a bit she gets down, she then tucks the sheets into my underwear and pulls my underwear down a few inches till about a third of my butt was exposed. While working on my back i repeatedly asked her to lighten her pressure however she hurt me repeatedly, digging her small sharp fingers into my muscles as if she was completely oblivious to the anatomy required to be licensed. She used the same strokes the whole time, always on my butt or on my back which she would caress my butt and get to close to my breasts for comfort.
At this point i am concerned...
Next she climbs up on the table again- this time with a knee on either side of my head as she leans over me and uses her forearms to work on my lower back. So she is stretched out on top of me, caressing (not massaging) me with her hands while her forearms do the massage, her chest and hair brushing up against me and her genitals on the back of my head. I immediately told her i don't feel well and wanted to stop. I used the robe she gave me and wiped the oil off my back and within a minute the front desk woman came to me to see what was wrong. I told her i was leaving and wanted a refund, she tried to charge me for an hour, it had only been 30 min, i finally got our after a bunch of hassle paying $45 for a horrible massage that left me feeling violated, hurt, and upset. My back still hurts and I am out the money. I don't know if there are illegal things going on here, or if the establishment hires therapists that are not trained well. I am a 22 year old girl who is in massage therapy school at the moment, i know what rules, regulations, and etiquette is required and I would not recommend this at all! Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. No Therapist should be so invasive in your energy field or brush their privates on you at any point.
