Lucky enough, a lady picked up my call and I was able to get an appointment right away. I was 5 mins early and the massage therapist started on time. The therapist had strong pressure yet very gentle and careful with my injury. My neck and shoulders are very tight she pays a lot of attention on the details. In terms of my shoulder injury, she right away elevated my shoulder to make it more comfortable. During the massage, I did inform her to have lighter pressure and she right away adjusted which I really appreciated that! I walked out with feeling much better and lighter. Suffering from shoulder injuries and my whole upper back is compensating. This experience helped me to get some relief. Thank you very much Sunny.

The attention to detail that Gael had given made my first time a very memorable one, with thw way she exercised care and tenderness throughout my body, especially the focus areas I had stated in the beginning. By the end, Gael had really stretched me out and had my entire body feeling much-needed relief that I had been wanting to tend to for so long. This time around, I got Yuri, and man does she know how to work on those focus areas with strength and intensity! Compared to my session with Gael, Yuri had walked on my back and even cracked my spine several times, which helped relieve a lot of tension & pressure that had built up in the last month since I was here. She also applied hot stones, which were a nice surprise! Overall, Yuri really tested my limits in terms of pressure and heat, and by the end, I was really proud and amazed at how strong my body was throughout our session. I will continue to be a committed, returning customer & look forward to sessions with other specialists to see what they have to offer! Also shout out to the receptionist Tahyla for helping make a last-minute accommodation and for her friendly service :)

I had quite a few tight knots, and she was able to work through them really well without making the massage uncomfortable. She checked in with me just enough to make sure I was doing okay and adjusted her pressure depending on the area, which I really appreciated. You can tell she's experienced and really pays attention to what your body needs rather than just giving the same massage to everyone. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and loose. I would definitely recommend Yuri if you like a strong, therapeutic massage, and I'll absolutely be coming back!

I love a good resort spa massage on vacation, but even the nicest of spas can't compare to this. I've been a regular here for almost 8 years, and the Swedish/thai combo is my go-to. Nikki has a way of listening to what your body needs without you even having to say anything. She reacts and adjusts based on what she observes. I always leave feeling stretched and relaxed. And one of my favorite parts of the experience is sitting quietly with the tea & crackers they serve at the end. It's a great way to ease back into the day after a relaxing session. I love the new location, it's clean, calm and peaceful. Even with the airport nearby, I never hear any outside noise.

I had Linda who was very sweet & when she started on my shoulders I felt like i was touched by an angel. She applied a firm pressure like I prefer & got all the right spots on my shoulders. I was so excited for her to massage the other areas because I needed it bad & we get massages often so knew right away this was the best shoulder massage I'd ever had. My daughter said the same about her shoulder/back upper back massage. However, I got a little disappointed when she got to my neck & the pressure changed to really light. I hold a ton of tension (primarily in my neck & shoulders) & had a tension headache when I came in so regret not mentioning for her to apply the same pressure she did on my shoulders. The foot massage was honestly pretty bad. There was no technique, no pressure consistency & lacked getting all of the typical pressure point areas expect for 1. I couldn't even suggest what to fix cause it was all wrong. Some areas she applied pressure in a bone or weird area so it hurt bad, I even flinched a few times. And I had to ask her to massage my calf area (I now wonder if it did come with this area & only feet, which if so my mistake). I've never counted down being done with a massage but wished i would have told her to just stop & do my neck/back area again cause that's where Linda shines. My daughter said she felt the exact same about her massage which was weird to have 2 ppl with the same issue. I still tipped 35% cause that shoulder massage. If I'm back in town I would come back here but only for a back massage.
